      Watch out for the sly, slick, and wicked, some disgruntled tech at #1 Cochran ****** of *********** used my vehicle to make a few Uber trips, and brought my vehicle back on empty (50) additional miles were placed on my vehicle when I got it back from the service department at #1 Cochran of Monroeville. Beware of the service manager, he's a mean sob who can lie is **** off. This guy should be a lawyer, he can lie with a straight face. For 9 months, I have been riding around in a deathtrap waiting to be killed. A few months ago the steering wheel in my 2019 Rogue locked up on me while I was driving, to this day no investigation. I told the service manager and advisor about the malfunctioning steering wheel, and they did nothing, their solution to the problem "buy a new car" is what I was told. Oh, did I mention the fact, that this place does not have a courtsey shuttle, they use Uber or a customer's vehicle, and the wait could be as long as 2 hours, stressful, very stressful. Unhappy with this place, when I asked for my money back, upper management got ghost on me, I had to put out an APB on missing staff employees who refused to answer the phone. If you go to this place make sure you take along your marjuana medical card, you're going to need it. #******DeathTrap

      I purchased a side view mirror for my ******* because I trusted Cochran. The charge was $316.92. After the purchase, i found the exact same mirror on **** for $37.00. I wanted to return the mirror for a refund but was told since it was installed it could not be returned. I had mistakenly told them it had been installed for free by my son simply to point out they would have charged me for labor. It is nothing more than a mirror in the original box. This is totally unfair and I want a refund.

      In March I contacted Cochran ***** of ********* in need of an inspection and requesting that they check my front end as when I made right turns there was a rubbing noise that would start and remained present until the wheel was turned straight. The girl named ****** had called me after a few short hours of having my car stating that the noise from the front end was due to the calipers, brakes and rotors needing replacement. She also advised me that the hose from the throttle body to the air box needed replaced as did the rear shocks (which had been replaced 2 years ago this July), brake fluid, OEM, and rear differential. Mind you, my car is frequently serviced at this shop and had yearly updated maintance the year before. I had the repairs recommended completed with a bill totaling over $1700.00. Not even a week after having my car at this shop I noticed fluid under my car and the rubbing noise continued. I contacted ***** the service manager at this shop, he had me return with the car and then advised me that the front axle was leaking transmission fluid and that this would need to be fixed for an additional $453. The service was completed yet again. My car continues to make a front end noise, the brakes that were changed are screeching, transmission fluid continues to leak from the front end, and the rubbing noise is still present when I turn my wheel to the right. I have called and left voicemails for the service manager in regard to the above issues and have yet to hear back from anyone. I am beyond disgusted as this vehicle hauls my children and their friends around and at this point I feel it is unsafe. I have had nothing but great service at the previous dealership ******************, and now to experience this, it is disheartening. I DO NOT RECOMMEND #1 COCHRAN *********

      I have been call **** the Manger at used cars for months concerning my toyota. Since I have bought this Lemon, We have had front sway bar issues, and speaker issues and now transmission issues, the car we bought not even a year ago is a lemon, took this car into have it Serviced and each time they made me drive it till we heard the noise in the front end. each time they heard this noise and said its nothing. well my brother n law works on Military vehicles of all types. He has his own garage in Virginia and is a certified Mechanic threw the Military. He only had to drive the car one time to let me know what was wrong with it. Not the three times I had to drive it for the Cochran dealers. They knew what was wrong and have not taken care of this. it totals 2,489 dollars in parts to correct the issues. You would think that how many times we have been there they would have found the issues. They did fix one of the speakers in this car now none of them work. this I was told had a year warranty on it, well still waiting for Mike to call me back. how many phone calls and emails does one person have to send for a response. I would never send anyone to Cochran they do not take care of there customers .

      to date none of my issues have been fixed I am paying on a car that we do not even use due to the problems. Next will be contacting my Attorney.

      I have been getting the run around about a refund that was to be sent back to me many attempts and even as of now I still havent received it @ this point I feel thats horrible service especially when multiple attempts were made by me and multiple people were looking into it as I brought my car 1-10-2023 and its April 26th now along with a leaking windshield washer tank that had to have been noticed when inspecting the car just a frustrating experience and want them to know the wrongs so in the future if they care they can fix them

      This dealership advertises vehicles for sale that come with a Cochran CPO warranty but when I asked for the details they said it doesnt come with any warranty but only the remaining factory warranty. I told them they were advertising the car (and many others, maybe all) with THEIR CPO warranty and the mgr and salesman both then tried to tell me I could have the factory warranty or theirs but not both. Its a total scam. Avoid this dealership.

In this instance, the factory warranty is the best option for our customers and provides the most coverage.       STILL waiting on Body by Cochran. Its been 5 months and even picking up my car has been as issue. Waited 4 months for the wrong part, refused to fix things that could be done without that part. Finally get it in and its been over a week when it was supposedly ready to be picked up 2 days ago Im still getting excuses.

      Selling EASY CARE along with broken cars and scamming clients. Your Equinox had the rear main seal blow out. My technician found the oil leak coming from between the transmission and engine. After cleaning off the oil and determining exactly where the leak was (the rear main seal) he continued his diagnosis to find the cause of the seal blowing out as they dont normally just failMy technician found the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) orfice clogged with carbon buildup, which causes excessive pressure in the crankcase damaging the rear main crankcase seal.We called the diagnosis into easy care and spoke with ******* and he stated that repair will not be covered due to carbon buildup not being covered under the contract.Parts and labor to complete the repairs will be $3192.00 plus state sales tax Our diagnostic fee is $159.99 plus states sales tax since ********* did not cover that either.Let me know how you would like to proceed. It looks like the parts to complete the repair are 2-3 days away and there is approximately 18 labor hours for the entire repair so with your authorization we could likely have it back to you Friday if you authorized it before noon tomorrow.The vehicle is not safe to be driven as it is currently. There is oil leaking onto the exhaust which presents a risk of fire; also, the engine running low on oil could further damage the internals.

      #1 Cochran has already decided to goodwill the repairs on the customers vehicle, as discussed with ********************* on 1-3-23 and the campus service director. The customer is aware of the goodwill gesture and has agreed to it. Parts have been ordered and the repairs will be performed on her vehicle as agreed upon.

      Before visiting the dealership, I went to the Cochran web site and got a KBB online appraisal for my wife's vehicle. According to their web site, as long as the condition is accurate, they'll pay the higher of the online or in-person appraisal. The gentleman I spoke with refused to honor that guarantee. He said they've decided internally to drop it. What's funny is that this same guarantee was present in the dealership's printed brochures in their sales offices. I don't expect anyone to make a claim like this, but if a claim is made, I expect it to be followed. Why is this still being advertised if Cochran refuses to honor it? If they'll do this, how can customers trust that their Certified cars are what they say? When I brought this to the gentleman's attention and said I was upset, he tried to joke about it, which was disrespectful. My wife loved the car, but we ended up walking because of broken trust and a bad attitude on his part. I brought my Subaru Outback new from Cochran. They've lost a customer.

      Vehicle the customer was interested in was sold prior to them coming in and was disappointing to them. The evaluation of their vehicle was less due to scratches and a dent that caused the appraised value to be less based on the condition of their vehicle. We were not able to accept a check from a 3rd party person who's name was not going to be on the title which was also a concern to customer. We do not feel we disrespected the customer and did our best to accomodate their needs but the situation as they wanted it to happen was not possible.
