Scheduled with Blaise Alexander Mazda in Hazleton today January 20th 2023. I explained to them that I wanted to bring my fiance and I's vehicle in to see what they would give us as a trade in value for a newer used vehicle with lower mileage. Keith had scheduled with me for today at 9:30 however we were running late and made it there for 10:00. He had stated to me on the phone prior to go on to the website that he was going to send to me in a link in my text messages and browse their inventory and come in with a list of vehicles that we are interested in. I explained to Keith that my fiance is very picky and we will have a list for them first thing tomorrow at the appointment. We got there and we were immediately welcomed and felt at home with their customer service. Keith had taken the keys and went out to inspect our vehicle came back in and basically told us that our vehicle wasn't worth anything at all that they would give us a few hundred dollars mind you we have a 2012 Chevy Captiva Sport LS with 90,000 miles on it. We showed Keith the list of the vehicles that we we're interested in and told him that our cap was $13,000. He explained that there wasn't a lot to work with at that price even though we gave him a list of four vehicles under or at $13,000. We jumped our cap up to $15,000 and added two more vehicles to the list that we were interested in. Keith then pulled up a vehicle that was not on our list for $17,998 with 55,000 miles and insisted that we look at this vehicle. Took it for a drive and found out there was only a 30-day and/or 1,000 mile warranty with it in which they only pay 50%. To make a long story short cuz I only have about 300 characters remaining we spent 3.5 hrs of our life there that we will never get back as they tried to con us into spending $20,000 on a vehicle. We were told that the vehicles we were interested in were not an option. I would never recommend this place to any1! These ppl will rip you off every chance that they get.

Blaise Alexander ford in Mansfield cheated me out of money and forced us in to an suv i traded a 2021 f250 worth 44,000 according to Kelly blue book and Nathan the general manager cheated me and stole my truck for a measly $40,000 and then the following week listed it for 51988 I will never return to any of Blaise Alexander dealerships to buy or for service Nathan proved that Blaise Alexander of Mansfield Pennsylvania cannot be trusted. They are all liars and cheats. I really should be reimbursed at least $3000 for all the heartache trouble and anguish that they caused me. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and these people didn’t help me anything

Purchased an Appalachian build 2019 Chevrolet duramax 2500, had tire fitment issues and had to bring the truck down multiple times to be told they had too big of tires on it and need to down size due to the fact it was tearing the inner wheel well and front bumper apart, I compromised put the smaller tires on and they aligned it, I have put less than 10,000 miles on the tires and they are completely worn sideways and bare. While this process was taking place I had taken the truck down to them for a oil change, drove it home and the low oil pressure light came on due to the fact the oil was pouring out of the oil filter. I recently took the truck in to downsize for my family and they undervalued the trade in and wouldn’t work with me on new purchase.

      Mr. Friends,
We appreciate your feedback as customer satisfaction is always our main priority. Your concern regarding your tires from your service visit to Appalachian 4x4 on 4/15/2022 was rectified by us downsizing your tires by one size, to prevent us having to trim your inner fender liner. This was approved and agreed on by you and our General Manager- Joel D*****. The bill for new tires was covered by our business. After the replacement of your tires 6 months ago, we have not had any concerns brought to our attention by you.
On 04/15/2022 your 2019 Chevrolet Duramax 2500 was in our Chevrolet Buick & GMC dealership for a routine maintenance/oil change @ 55,688 miles on the odometer. You called later that evening stating that a low oil pressure light came on and that the truck was leaking oil. Although this happened after service hours, we had a loaner towed to your location and handled the situation immediately. After further inspection the following day, we discovered that the oil filter seal/gasket was deformed and defective. We addressed the defective oil filter with a fresh oil change. Our service department thoroughly inspected for any damage, cleaned your truck, and delivered it back to your location.
We appreciate your recent visit to our dealership to trade in your truck. The professional appraisal you received on 10/07/2022 was based on current market value. The current Kelley Blue Book Value on your truck for Excellent trade value is $49,326 and the current Manheim average auction value is $45,700. After evaluating the current condition of your truck, we determined it needed brakes and several other wear components. Our dealership offered you $50,000 for your truck after all factors being considered. We offered you more than excellent Kelley Blue Book and average auction, as you are a returning customer of Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships. Our team did not subtract for the wear items needing replaced in order to continue our professional relationship.
In conclusion, we apologize that our efforts have not lived up to your expectations. We hope that our response addresses your concerns and answers some of your questions regarding the current market value of your truck.
      Sincerely,
      Blaise Alexander Management

Purchased a new 2022 Ford bronco, we have had it in multiple times for issues regarding the windows. The windows will stop working randomly, will go halfway down and wont go up, cant lower them down, or wont auto drop when opening the doors. Each time we take it in they simply reset the windows which does not solve the issue. Windows are considered an emergency exit, and not having them operate correctly could be a big issue, also doesnt help when it is raining. Are 3rd trip to get this issue fixed, I spoke with a manager named Joel that offered to trade me out of the vehicle or in other words make more money off of us. We decided to contact ford and file for the buy back program aka Lemon law. I was told buy Ford the dealership would provide a rental as our vehicle was not fixed. The service department reset the windows again, and gave my fiance directions how to do the process herself, and said it will have to be done everytime it malfunctions. This is a brand new vehicle. We refused to except this as any form of good customer service and voiced our concerns about it being dangerous. I gave Joel another call at the dealership and he said the problem is solved and they do not have to provide us with a rental vehicle, that phone call was ended with him still talking. As of now he sent me with a final text that they will no longer help us, and we need to go to another ford dealer.

      Mr. H*****,
We appreciate the opportunity to rectify your concerns with your new Ford. Our General Manager Joel D***** offered to give you $5,000 more than what you had paid for your vehicle as a result. In addition, he was going to give you a discounted price on a vehicle of your choice. Concerning your window issue, we have reprogrammed the window several times for no charge to you. This issue is being caused by the opening of the door too quickly. There is no safety threat by this happening and is the way the vehicle was built. After the vehicle windows were reprogrammed, you demanded a vehicle to use during the buyback process. The windows were working when you left and we do not provide a vehicle for customers to use in the event that they may have theirs purchased back by the manufacturer. These loaners are to be used during warranty claims for our customers. We would have continued to try to address this with the **** engineers if not for your outburst in our business. Unfortunately, we can no longer continue our professional relationship due to your recent behavior in our dealership. The way you acted towards our employees included cursing at our managers while they were trying to put you in the vehicle that you wanted to test drive. You also called them liars with no facts of any misrepresentation on our behalf. This was all while we had customers in our showroom, disrupting our business. When asked to leave and not return, you used profanity towards John R**** and stated, "I will be back tomorrow". At this point you were asked by the General Manager Joel D***** to not return for business. As a company we will not allow our employees nor consumers to behave like this in our dealerships.
      Sincerely,
      Blaise Alexander Management

Absolutely horrible customer service, one of their managers Jay K******* hit my car with theirs, refused to provide insurance and caused over 1k in damage. They have been fighting on providing information or getting my car fixed.

Installed incorrect CV axle on my truck and when I noticed something was wrong a few weeks later they told me it was safe to drive and that I needed to replace my rear tires. The CV axle ended up falling out due to it being the wrong size. They also "completed" other services that were not done correctly. This is coming from another authorized RAM dealer.
Blaise Alexander of State College, PA put my family and I at risk all the while stealing from me by charging for services that were not performed correctly and or with gross neglect. I will never take my vehicle there again and strongly recommend against any Blaise Alexander dealership.
