      I bought a 2024 equinox, currently has 100 miles. Was 10 when purchased but 3 trips back to dealer..., took 3 weeks to get part for rear bumper, and pick up tags that my husband had to install, b/c I live in md and no service techs available to put front tag on..., "MY CHEVROLET" not working and no phone connection, and STILL waiting on referral check...I have contacted dealer several times and got car salesman excuses. I will NEVER purchase from Blaise Chevrolet again!

      BUYER BEWARE !!! This Dealer E-Mailed me a Quoted Price, And Then INCREASED the E-Mail QUOTED PRICE BY $8000.00 ( $3000 on a "misquoted" Trade-In, and $5000 on a "NEVER OFFERED" DOWN PAYMENT !!! ), all occurring AFTER I drove over an hour each way to purchase a 2021 White RAM POWER WAGON from their lot. To Boot: While There, They Stole My Custom RAM License Plate Trim Plate, from what was to be my trade-in, and Replaced It with one of those CHEAP BLACK PLASTIC Alexander Advertising Trim Plates !!! BUYER BEWARE !!!

      My daughter will NEVER buy a car or go to Blaise Alexander Subaru again! She just took her car in for inspection (not to Blaise Alexander) and was told she needed a new lower control arm. This part was supposedly replaced by Blaise Alexander in 2020. The life span of this part is between 90,000 and 100,000 miles so to need this part again after only 3 years is very unlikely. When she called Blaise Alexander service department they told her their warranty on that part is only 1 year. When the repair shop replaced the part, they said it was so rusted that it looked like it had NEVER been replaced. And their warranty on that part??? LIFETIME! because it is not typically a part that needs replaced more than once. We have been loyal customers of Blaise Alexander, but we may have to re-think that. If I can't trust that they are doing what they are charging me for, then I will go to someone I can trust.

      I reviewed your daughters account, and it looks like we last serviced her 2016 Subaru forester on 12-7-2020, unfortunately we haven’t seen the car back since 2020. The service work that had been performed in 2020 by the dealership was (lower control arm bushings) you had mentioned that you needed to have the (lower control arm) replaced this would be two separate items the control arm wasn’t replaced by the dealership’s service department . If you would like to reach out to me at your earliest convenience, I would be happy to review both your old invoice for 2020 and your current invoice from the inspection station to compare what was done on both dates. Most parts come with a 12-month warranty with unlimited millage this a standard warranty from most manufacturers. I have attached my direct number if you would like to discuss further.

      Offered me a car knowing I had some negative equity.
      I knew what my car was worth and has received 2 offers and one online estimate before going here.
      Well imagine my surprise when they told me I had $5000 in negative equity carrying over instead of the $3000 I was expecting.
      They offered me $2000 less and I now have 4 written dealer offers plus the online estimate to prove it’s worth that.

      I called a week ago to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They scheduled me for the next week At 9 AM. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. The gentleman of the counter stated that my appointment is not until 10 AM. All was OK because they said they could get me in immediately. An hour after I showed up, they came to me and showed me a possible bill for almost $1300 for everything that my car needed. I stated that I only wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Another 30 minutes goes by and I have to ask if my vehicle is almost done, The gentleman at the counter states that my vehicle should be done soon. After almost 2 hours there, my vehicle is finally done, and I’m ready to leave. I then get in my vehicle and they couldn’t even replace the sticker or update my oil life in my vehicle. I went back in and informed them of this. The lady behind the counter (not a technician) comes out after writing the new miles on the sticker, peels the old sticker off and replaces it.

      All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!!! ??

      Place looks great. Service doesn’t come close.

      Also, maybe tell the gentleman behind the counter to correct his attitude. I won’t be back.

      Bought a car back in April, I’ve been having transmission issues a week after I bought the car. I took it in to get looked at and they had no idea what the issue is/was so they sent it over to the a different Blaise dealership. That Blaise “apparently” didn’t know what’s going on either.. I’ve been having issues ever since and trying to get it fixed all they’ve been doing is giving me the run around.. and now they want me to just trade out. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend NO ONE get a vehicle here. They are a joke. All they care about is money and themselves.

      I contacted the dealership inquiring about a vehicle that I was interested. When I was on the phone with the sales person they were rather rude and very unprofessional and seemed as if they did not want to earn my business. I was told that the vehicle that I was interested in was quite a distance away and could not be moved to the location due to mileage. When I stated that I guess that I should just look at different dealership they got very rude and abrasive on the phone. I cant say that I would go back to the dealership or want to do business them at any time in the future unless they would want to fix this problem because apparently my business was not good enough for them.

      Would never buy there again. Was lied to and sold a dodge Durango that within a year. My husband has had to put new brakes and rotars on (we’re told 2 months before they were new). Next within 6 months radiator went out. Also lifters and rockers are currently getting replaced. We have only had vehicle 15 months. Since parts are hard to find we haven’t even been able to drive it for the last 3 months! Was told it was in great shape like new. Also when looking at what package it has noticed the seats were replaced. We paid for seats with dvd player in back headrests. We got just plain leather seats. Currently trying to sue to get them to pay for fixes or give us our money back and they can have to vehicle! Ashley Wagner was salesman. Biggest liar just tells you whatever you want to hear. He knows nothing about the vehicles!

      On March 11, 2023 went to Blaise Alexander Chevrolet Mansfield for a recall notice, oil change and annual inspection on my 2015 Chevy 2500 HD with 161000 miles and no mechanical issues when I dropped my truck off. The recall was resolved without a problem. The mechanic stated:
      1. I needed windshield wiper blades, which he replaced. My "old" ones were less than 4 months old. I requested they be put in my back seat, which did not happen.
      2. Manifold bolts broken drivers/passenger side. So they needed to replace the bolts so it would pass inspection
      3. Driver Side lower Ball Joint needed replaced.
      Now the list that GM recommends: Transfer Case Fluid, Rear Diff Fluid, Spark Plug and Wires, Brakes Flushed, Coolant Flushed, Cabin Filter, Engine Air Filter. I agreed to have everything done because I am planning on keeping my truck for another 5 years. On March 24, 2023, the mechanic had some issues with the Manifold Bolt and could not get them out of the Engine Head. I got a phone call stating I needed to stop in and see what issues they were having.
      The bolt that they could not get out was the back left one against the fire wall. The options that they left me with was remove the cab or remove the head....which either one was going to be EXPENSIVE. On March 30, 2023, I finally got my truck back. After I left the garage I was having issues with the Theft Detection System. On April 1st, my truck would not start. Called the service desk. They send a rollback to pick it up. On April 3rd, they told me I needed a new starter. Interestingly, I wasn't charged for the tow bill nor for the starter. On April 14th, there is now a Coolant odor coming from under the hood and the coolant expansion tank is low. Now they have to pressure test. Now I need a new radiator. Took it somewhere else. They discovered Manifold bolts were loose.

      Referred to Blaise Alexander Mazda by Kelly Blue Book for a cash offer on my vehicle. Reached out to them and spoke with a salesman who kept harassing me to buy instead after frustration I contacted another dealership. He kept sending me messages trying to sell me a vehicle, I, again, informed him that I am not interested in buying. I asked if he would stop harassing me and blocked him. Then another salesperson contacted me offering assistance with purchasing a vehicle. I explained the situation to her that I was looking to sell a vehicle. She sent several emails harassing me to buy. I asked that she stop harassing me and remove my information. I "unsubscribed" and blocked her. I was then contacted by her manager who trying to sell me a vehicle. I explained I would notify the owner as well as the other dealerships of the Blaise Alexander Family of Dealerships if I continued to be harassed l and that I would be forced to go to the police. I did as I said I would, forwarded emails and reached out to police. The owner, "Blaise," replied to my email calling me a "keyboard hero," just for wanting them to leave me alone. Everytime I begged to stop being harassed and blocked them, I would get contacted by another employee harassing me to buy a vehicle and the owner calls me a keyboard hero because his dealership is relentlessly harassing me and no matter what I said or did would not get them to stop, leaving me no recourse and the owner calls me names and condones this behavior??? Is this how he trains his employees just to get a sale by continually harassing people until they buy a vehicle out of frustration so that they leave you alone? Business must be tuff to have to resort to these tactics!!!
