      Smelled gas at the vent to our gas water heater. Came within one hour of my call. Checked everything out and serviced the water heater while here despite wanting to go to his son’s birthday party. This was above and beyond the call of duty.

      Patrick Lough, a highly qualified HVAC technician, did an outstanding winter checkup on our two heat pumps. He also brought with him a one year supply of new filters, something that no other organization has offered to do for us "Old People". It is the reason that we have stayed with Aero for many years.

      I am a first time customer to ********************** as of ************/29/24, They were recommended by my best friend as well as a new neighbor. When I called them to look into service for a propane fireplace I was greeted by "*****"! I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the company and their services. their prices seem fair and I agreed to to their terms of business. They will be at my house on Tuesday to get my fireplace hooked up and enabling us to enjoy our gas fireplace for the season!Thank you ***** and thank you Aero Energy!*. *******

      Technician did a very diligent and thorough job of servicing and cleaning my furnace and ac unit.He was knowledgeable about his work and answered all my questions and, just as important, he was very personable. Would definitely request to have **** back again.
