I have had great customer service every time I call . The only thing is everytime I ask how long this process takes I always get a different answer. If it's going to take a year or months please let us know up front. Otherwise thank you for your help in my debt consolidation.Century Support Services, LLC

Thank you for giving us feedback regarding your recent experience with our team. Delivering Excellence is one of our core *********** are happy to hear that you agree. Congratulations on achieving your first settlement too! You were just about 2 weeks enrolled into the program when we successfully negotiated with one of your enrolled creditors. That is a fantastic start to your journey. We regret to hear there has been some confusion regarding process timeframes. According to your Debt Settlement Agreement (contract), your full program is estimated at 44 months. We present this contract to you for review, prior to your signature, so you can have the upfront chance (as you mentioned) to review the information. In terms of the structured settlement you are currently in with ***********, your last payment is this month and then that debt will be fully resolved. The funds you deposit monthly will start building in your reserves allowing our negotiation team to begin working with your other enrolled creditors. You are on a successful track! Keep staying the course with your consistent monthly deposits and let us know if you have additional questions.Review fromKristi B

DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!! I thought I did my research and came across a good company, and WISH I would have looked at BBB. The gentleman I spoke with in the beginning was so helpful & informative & answered all my questions, made me feel great about joining this company. I was very hesitant, and it took me a few days to finally commit. I thought I had covered all of my basis, but you don't know what you don't know unfortunately. Fast forward to 30 months later, I'm in a worse position than I was in, and my credit score is worse. I submitted around $20k of debts & was given about a $400/month payment to Century for 48-month long program. I was relieved and felt confident and comfortable with my decision until about 1 yr in, when all of my debts were being sent to creditors (which I was told would NOT happen, because it was one of my questions and concerns before joining, the *** told me "NO, that will not happen & don't worry because we will be in communication with ALL of these creditors and offering settlements") HAHAHA. I joined in June 2022, now in December 2024, ALLhave impacted my credit score, and I have been served 2 court summons, and currently my paycheck is being garnished for 8 payments. I have withdrawn 3 credit companies because I am paying them on my own! So NOT ONLY am I paying Century $400 a month, but I am also now paying $325 every paycheck, plus $25 every paycheck, plus I paid off another one about 6 months ago. Life is great. I would have been better off filing bankruptcy in June 2022, but I didn't because I wanted to pay my debts back that I incurred because it's the right thing to do, because I'm a good person. Anytime I call century they don't care or understand. I can't back out of the program because then I lose the "progress" I do have and I lose all the money I've given them. So far, I've paid them $11,079.90, they've paid off $4650 in debts including their settlement fee's... so where is the other $6430-ish dollars you ask?! Who knows.Century Support Services, LLC

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your experience is important to us, and we are committed to addressing your concerns. Our Senior Customer Advocate has been attempting to reach you to discuss your situation further. When you enrolled in the program, a customized plan was created to address your debts over an estimated 48-month period. This plan is designed based on our 20+ years of experience working with creditors to help you achieve the best possible outcomes. While each program is unique, progress depends on factors such as your monthly deposit amount, your balances per enrolled creditor and delinquency of a ******* date, weve successfully negotiated 7 settlements out of the 15 accounts you enrolled. 3 of those accounts are currently in an active structured settlements. Of the $11,107.90 deposited into your program, $8,213.00 has been initiated to your creditors as payments on your structured settlements, $2,412.50 has been collected toward Centurys earned settlement fees, and $428.40 has been collected by ********************************* (CFT) for their third-party account maintenance. All of these itemized transactions are visible to you via your CFT portal at ********************************************************************************************************** settlement fees are only earned after a settlement is successfully negotiated and accepted by both you and the creditor, ensuring transparency and value. In addition, its only collected once a payment is initiated to your creditor toward an active structured or lump-sum settlement. We remain committed to working with you and encourage you to connect with us directly to review your concerns and ensure the program continues to meet your goals.Review fromRoxanna G

I am only in my 5th month, everything has gone as I was told. There were a few things that were not explained well until they happened and after I had stressed out. I am waiting to see what happens after my 6th payment. I feel the communication could be better. I have had two settlements so far.Century Support Services, LLC

I received a letter from a debtor today and was confused so I contacted them, after my questions were answered They informed me that they will be sending me a 1099 because its counted as income. I am on a fixed income on disability! I was NEVER told by century that Id have to pay taxes on my settlements and also this could potentially affect my ******** because if its counted as income. I also was NEVER told that you can still owe even when a settlement is made! When I signed up for this I was told I pay the amount determined for 24 months and that was it, they will handle the rest! None of this was told to me and I am beyond upset! The lady on the phone with century today just told me to contact a tax advisor, I dont have one Im on disability and dont pay taxes on that! This company is disgraceful as this could seriously affect my financial situation now. My credit score has dropped over 500 points because of this, which I knew it would drop a little but now this! I am just so done! If this was told to me before hand I would have never signed up.Century Support Services, LLC

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Your Senior Customer Advocate, ******** is making attempts to reach you to further discuss the concerns you mentioned in your review. When your creditor agrees to settle your debt for less than what you owe, the savings may be considered taxable income. Your creditor may notify the ************************ of forgiveness of some or all of a debt and the amount of such forgiveness may be taxable income to you. This is outlined in our Debt Settlement Agreement. Most clients still realize a savings from the original debt enrolled, even if they still have a tax obligation. Century suggests that clients consult a tax advisor to determine whether their individual circumstances permit them to exclude any such discharge of indebtedness income from their reportable income, due to insolvency. You are correct that our program does not promote, nor is it designed to increase your credit score. Debt resolution is suitable for people in a verifiable state of financial hardship that are unable to pay even the minimum monthly payments to their creditors without further financial hardship. Our goal is to negotiate on a clients delinquent debt for less than the full balance. In order for a client to have the most successful program with the most realized savings, the enrolled debts need to be delinquent. Prior to enrolling, you are presented with a copy of your Debt Settlement Agreement so you can review if debt settlement is the best relief option for your situation. In your review you mention that your program was estimated for 24 months. That statement is inaccurate. Per your contract, your program estimate is 30 months. That estimate is based on the amount of debt you enrolled & the monthly program deposit you make. In addition, two months after enrollment, you requested to add 2 accounts. This extended your program by an additional estimated 14 months. You approved these changes by electronically executing a contract amendment on 8/6/2024. Century has acted in line with our contractual obligation with proven success for you. We encourage you to connect with ******** to further discuss your concerns.Review fromDevohn C

If I could put zero stars I would. I wish I could take legal action but because I signed the paperwork I have no legal grounds. This company is NOT A DEBT CONSOLIDATION COMPANY. They simply take your money and negotiate settlements for you and then take a hefty 25% of the settlement as a fee. What the sales person doesnt tell you when you first start, is that all of these accounts have to go to collections first and risk you being sued before they will start trying to help you. As a broke kid with too many credit card bills, I thought this company was appealing at first. But now almost 2 years later, my credit score was basically cut In half believe it or not, and I have two lawsuits against me because of this company. You are much better off calling the debt companies and asking for a settlement or payment plan yourself. Very shady and predatory contracts. Do not use this company.Century Support Services, LLC

Devohn, we value all feedback provided by our clients and would like to learn more about the concerns mentioned in this review. Your Senior Customer Advocate is making attempts to reach ******* are correct that this debt relief option is not a consolidation loan. Our goal is to negotiate settlements with your unsecured creditors for less than the full balance you owe.We regret that are feeling there was a gap during your enrollment conversation. Prior to enrolling, you are presented with a copy of your Client Retainer Agreement. This agreement outlines the program in detail, the service expectations as well as the cost. In addition, newly enrolled clients are transferred to one of our Onboarding Specialist to complete a live welcome call to finalize the enrollment process. The purpose of the welcome call is to provide new clients with clear expectations for a successful program, review important next steps and review the information listed in the agreement for accuracy. Our records indicate you completed your live welcome call on 05/22/2023 with ******* & discussed the 3 keys to a successful program, confirmed the estimated program length of 30 months, reviewed your monthly deposit amount, deposit frequency, the debts enrolled on the program & next steps on this debt relief program. On any debt relief program, your participation is a key to success and part of that success includes your ability to make on- time monthly program deposits so the funds needed to negotiate with your creditors are available. Youve been enrolled in your program for a total of 17 months yet there are only 10 successful program deposits. Century is not able to successfully negotiate settlements unless there are sufficient funds available to do so. Since enrolled, Century has successfully negotiated structured settlement with 3 of your 6 enrolled accounts. That is amazing success realized, in the time youve been on the program. Due to inconsistent deposits, however, the funds to initiate the payments to your creditor have not been available. This caused those settlements to become null and void. When that occurs, your creditor will take the payments made towards the structured settlements and apply those funds towards the accounts balance in full. Our records indicate you have chosen to cancel your program. We encourage you to connect with your Senior Customer Advocate so we can further discuss these details.Review fromStanley R

We appreciate you for sharing your feedback and we regret that you are not fully satisfied with the progress of your Century Program. Your concerns are very important to us, and we strive to ensure that our clients understand every aspect of their journey with us.Thank you for taking time to connect with ***** from our Customer Advocate team. As she explained, your program is successful to date and on track. Your comment that Century takes advantage of people that are hurting is very inaccurate. Century successfully negotiated a structured settlement within your first 2 months of enrollment and that settlement occurred on the largest enrolled debt on your program. That achievement is an important step toward your financial goals. As your estimated program is *************************************************************************** the right direction. As noted, not all accounts are settled immediately, as your available funds need to accumulate to support negotiated settlements.Century is committed to doing what is best for our clients. Our fees are only collected after a successful negotiation and only when you accept the settlement and we initiate the first payment to the creditor. In your case, we even spread out these fees to help you benefit more quickly from the settlement terms, going beyond our contractual obligations to support your financial progress. We are here to help you succeed and believe that our actions demonstrate our commitment to putting people first. We look forward to continuing with you on your journey toward better financial health and we are dedicated to ensuring a clear and supportive experience.Review fromEmery B

I have been with Century Support Services for almost 6 months. 4 of my accounts already have settlement agreements. when I have reached out to ask questions or just because I find the process, at times stressful, all my concerns are addressed. Everything in my original agreement with Century is progressing as I agreed to. They have warned me of possible outcomes so i have no surprises. So far I am completely satisfied. I have to remind myself that Century did not get me into the situation for which I have employed them to resolve. Thanks to Century.Century Support Services, LLC
