      I have been paying my internet service and for the last 4 months it has not worked but very occasional and for few minutes. (This is on my IL home: **** ******** ***** ** creal springs *****) Mutilpld work orders and no one shows then they adjusted signal and it worked for 15 minutes. The technician said He is the only tech for the whole state of Illinois.

Looking into the services I can see there is a maintenance issue affecting multiple customers on ******** **** **** and surrounding roads. Although these repairs have taken longer than normal, I can ensure that we are working actively to make the repairs as quickly and as accurately as possible.       I recently purchased a home in Bryson City, NC. The only ISP option is Zito Media. I called to have service installed and was given a work order date of July 12th 2022 with a window from 3pm to 5pm. The technician never showed up and didn't call. I called the customer service number multiple times to get the status and was told the work order was still open and was advised to wait a while longer. No one ever came or called. I called back the next day and was given a new date and window for the next week only to get the same result. The technician called at approximately 10pm asking if it was too late to come. I allowed him to come and he brought in a modem and ran a cable, but was unable to activate the service. He said someone else would come the next day, but no one came. On 7/26/22 I received a bill for $101.11. I called customer service to complain that I was being billed, but had yet to get internet service. I was transferred to Retention. The rep responded that they would issue a credit and also set up a new work order for 8/4/22 with a 3pm-5pm window. Again, no one came or called. This was the third time I had taken time off from work to have this work done. All three times the technician was a no call/no show and the customer service reps seem to have no ability to reach the technician or escalate the issue.

      This is in response to the BBB complaint ID: ********** apologize for the ongoing delay in getting services installed at ****s residence. Looking into the account it appears there is currently a disconnect work order scheduled. I attempted to reach **** to verify the situation. I need to know if any of the installation process has occurred. Currently there is a modem on the account which I am not sure was ever installed so I need to verify that piece of information. Once I can speak with **** to get all o the information sorted I will be sure the proper steps are taken to correct the issue.

      I called Zito internet support during the fist part of the week of July 25th 2022. Our internet goes out 10-15 times per day on average. Even rebooting the modem does not help. I work from home when I am not traveling and some days I have to leave to go do office work else where because the internet is so bad. We have limited options for internet in our area, or I would have chosen another provider long ago. During my call with customer support they tried sending a signal to my modem, but while on the phone the phone with them the internet came in and out. I was told they could see the problem on their end and a technician would need to be dispatched. They asked if I could be available July 28 from 3 - 5 pm. I told them yes and took off work for that date and time. No tech ever came, no one called, and the problem persisted. I called support the following day and explained my frustration to a new rep who did the same steps as the first and stated he could see the problem, and stated a technician would need to come out. Another 3 - 5 pm appointment was set for a tech to come out and yet again I took off and made myself available. No tech showed, no one called, and even while typing this complaint I have lost internet service. After reading all of the many online complainants and reviews I am curious if Zito has any real intention to repair or upgrade their services in Monroe County GA?

      This is in response to complaint #********. We do apologize about the reported service issues. We do understand how important it is to stay connected. Records indicate a technician was dispatched  on 7/28, and closed out the work order stating that the tap was replaced. Now, to resolve the issues we  need to have a maintenance technician come out and balance the levels on the road. We have set up the ticket and sent it to our maintenance team.  

      We will continue to monitor this to make sure it gets completed. We will follow up once  completed. Again, we do apologize about the reported service issues. If the customer has any further  questions we can be reached at ###-###-####.
