      Zito is horrible, their tech support and reps are from India and I can't understand a word . Its called a language barrier, they never resolve issues or hang up.
      Zito swears their new fiber optic modem lines will run faster with no wifi problems and yet everyday I have issues .
      Now Zito tells me they can't guarantee 100% modem speed that I'm paying for.

      Horrible service. Wi-Fi was constantly going in and out. They have really bad customer service. I wrote a letter in in July to discontinue my service as of August 1. They are still billing me now with late charges. And they continue to bill me. Why? What can I do to get rid of Zito. Absolutely the worst media service I’ve ever had.

      In the past 3 months Inter had been out at least 3 hours every single day. Every night around 9pm it goes out until 8 am. When I call to get a tech, they want to charge me to fix their problems. As a matter of fact, when I threatened to cancel, that was easier to do than getting someone to fix the problem.

      Have been with Zito for almost 4 years now. After moving to this area from a place that had Xfinity, I was in shock of how slow 'high speed internet' can really be. I have experienced dial up, and I can say that Zito might take the cake for slow loading/connectivity. Frustration beyond belief.
      Claims of 1 Gbps is a complete joke and false advertising. I've tested my connection a numerous times, and on the days that they have said that I am 'in the green' it's not even 1/32 that speed.
      They will prorate your bill if your internet is completely out for 24 hours straight (and if you call them to complain), but if it goes in and out 567x a day you are SOL. Working remotely is nearly impossible and extremely stressful with this service. Praying we can get something better in our rural area soon.

      1 star is far too much. I've been trying to get my internet fixed the entire time i've had a contract with them. The customer service is beyond bad, rude, and unreliable. They do not listen to anything you are saying, nor care about anything but moving you through the line. There is no fixing, just quieting you down. I have had 3 'appointments' with technicians who were supposed to show up to my house, and no one called or showed. When I try to talk to the customer service about it (text OR phone) it is fruitless. They have even lied to me at points, and I only know that because they state the truth on accident later in phone calls (I don't have a supervisor -> My super visor is busy).
      When I initially signed up I was told I couldn't get fiber. I got the highest tier they had, as I work from home. When the one and only technician i've seen showed up to install the internet he informed me we COULD have fiber! I was excited. I called to have that set up, got an appointment and.. No one showed. So, I call them back about the fiber and tell me no, I can't have fiber and it was canceled without contacting me (I JUST had another conversation TODAY about the fiber, no one in this company knows what they can and cannot provide).
      The short of it is, this company is a mess and it shows that they in no way care about their product or fixing anything. On top of all that, in these small towns there is very little competition for them so this is a VERY predatory business and is unavoidable.
      I wish I had never interacted with this ISP. Zito media is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

      We haven’t internet for a month. Every times technician comes out and says the same thing. Zito is a monopoly and refuses to let any competition into the area.

      Not good. Zito recently bought Country Cablevision in who had been our internet provider in Burnsville, NC (Yancey County) We always had affordable good quality internet provided by Country Cablevision, and if there was an issue their tech support was local and great. Usually a modem reset would solve the problem.
      Literally the day Zito took over, our bandwidth and speed decreased, and we have had service interruptions all the time. One tech support call said we would need to upgrade our service to a more expensive package for things to improve. I'm looking for alternative providers.

      So I have been trying to fix my internet since it’s been completely out for two days now. I have lived here for a little over one year now and have only experienced bad things from this company. The past two times that I have requested for a technician to come out. Nobody has come out and they company I said that they sent two people but nobody has ever shown up to my apartment I have a ring camera and I know every time anybody comes to my apartment. Yesterday when I called, they said that they would email me when a technician was going to be coming out, well they never sent an email and me and my girlfriend were both at work today when the technician called and said that he was here at the apartment. He said something was broken outside and he would work on it and that should fix it but if not to call him personally and he would come back the next day and fix it. So he didn’t even come in the apartment at all. He had no way to get inside. He only worked on the outside, so of course it didn’t get fixed so now I’m back home and I still have no Internet going on three days now I called the company to see what was going on and why nobody ever seems to actually wanna get things fixed and their answer was I don’t know, one technician said that they don’t send emails ahead of time and only call when they get there but on the phone the company tells you that they will call you or they will send an email ahead of time, so you can be home when they are supposed to be looking at the router! in my town this is one of two places that you can get Internet with. It is ridiculously over priced and seriously the service is crap and their customer service is terrible. If I lived anywhere else that they had any other kind of Internet, I would pick it over this one in a heartbeat. This company does not want to fix any problems, but wants you to pay the full price for their services that are not good. my service is in Palestine, Texas. Stay away from this company

      I had zero issues for almost 2 years, now they want to say I didn't pay my bill, shut off my service, and I have provided numerous emails with banking proof of my payments. It's nearly impossible to reach them, the email associated with my billing statements is not in service, the call back feature on the phone doesn't work. I have had no internet for 9 days, with homeschooling kids and no one will even read my emails (found another one online), to review the proof I sent in. I am beyond frustrated; this is the worst customer service I have ever had. As it is NO customer service.

      Zito may be the one of the worst ISP on the planet! My internet drops DAILY for several minutes to several hours at a time and has been doing this for the past month. It starts at around 10 am to mid-afternoon then again at around 7 pm to about midnight, EVERY DAY! There are a LOT of tourists here and this is typically when they all get on to stream or game. If Zito cannot handle the bandwidth, then limit the number of subscribers or upgrade the equipment, PERIOD!
