      Horrible internet and customer service. Have been connected off and on now for 2 weeks with a service order to send a tech which was a no show, no call.
      Been dealing with this internet provider for as long as they have been In Arlington Ky and took over Galaxy Cable (which provided a good service). I have had tech come to my home in the past and agree with my complaints that they do NOT take care of their equipment, customers or employees and then before you know it, that tech is no longer there. They leave of their own accord. I have even communicated with the main hub to get no reply. Cancelling their service. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. Internet was shotty and only worked every other day. Couldn't give me reliable service if their life depended on it. Went with a hot spot and haven't looked back. This company can Brandon itself.

      I signed up for Zito Media for internet. I had it for less than 2 months. I called for service right after it was installed because it would rarely work. I waited a couple of weeks for service. It helped for maybe an hour or so. Then I called to cancel my service and had to wait almost 2 weeks for the disconnect. Then I got an email for the next month's service bill. I called and told them to remove my debit card from their records-my service was disconnected. If fact, I said I should have a credit. I was told I had a credit of $9.00 and some change but they didn't give a refund for anything less than a full month. That is just plain stealing! I shouldn't have had to pay for anything since it RARELY worked at all. This company should be put out of business. All I see are complaints about it. I wouldn't have signed up at all but they assured me it would work for me. That was another lie. I wish I could give zero stars!

      I've had Zito Media for just over 4 years now. I've hated every moment of it. I'm very sure the company is actually trying to swindle people out of their money. My internet service went out yesterday evening, and this afternoon my husband goes to the website to make sure the bill was paid. Everything looked good, we've paid on time for quite a long time. So he calls, and after waiting close to an hour, he gets someone with a very thick accent. He could barely understand him. He tells him the issue, and the service agent sys our payments are "pending." We check the bank statement, and the payment was completed 3 weeks ago. My husband was instructed to send our statement as proof to contest Zito's most recent statement. I'm not satisfied with that, so I call back. After about 30 minutes, I got a decent service agent. I tell him the issues, and I'm then told that our payments were declined. Once again, that is not sure and we have proof. I tell him that he needs to remove the extra charges off of our statement and restore our service. Now I'm currently on hold waiting for a "head of department." Avoid Zito Media. They've turned into scammers since they've been bought out. Get far, far away from this company. You're basically better off with no internet rather than using this company.

      Zito media has been absolutely horrible. Our internet is down frequently throughout the day. I have called customer services dozens of times and am always promised it will be fixed and never is. We have so few options for providers in our area, I think they know that and don’t attempt to actually address the real problems, they just put a band aid on them to get us to think it’s fixed for a few hours before it goes out again.

      I paid my internet every month for a year. I had recurring problem almost everyday they wouldn't fix. They send a tech and charge me 100 and tech said nothing was wrong and didn't fix it. I asked them several times to fix it. They even seen my internet was out and where I've been experience outages and still wouldn't fix it. I canceled it but they made it to were no internet provider except them can provide me internet and won't allow any other company to give me internet which is so ridiculous then wanted me to pay even more money to get there horrible internet turned back on. Now they won't even answer the phone and if they do they hang up so now I'm left with absolute no internet except on my cell phone. I'm currently seeking an attorney. GO TO SPECTRUM. Its way better, cheaper and far better customer service

      Their service is absolutely horrid! The internet constantly goes out and their fix is to reset the modem, which doesn’t work. Can’t wait until another service is available in my area. I am more than ready to get rid of them!

      Zito doesn't even deserve the one star rating. My internet service has been slow. Service also cuts in and out. I have called 4 times and been promised a technician would be out and they NEVER show. Terrible service.

      Awful customer service. Terrible support. It is too bad that they replaced our local cable company
