      They changed my service to streaming what a piece of crap!.The picture quality ***** and it takes forever to get back to watch TV if you move remote and hit a button. When you turn the stupid thing on you have all these stupid boxes come up before you can get to watch TV. The thing beeps when you change channels.The person how thought this thing up should be fired. Plane and simple blueridge *****

      Every other week it's one thing or another. One week I don't get audio, the best I can't control the vol7me or shut off my TV. My bill is now up to almost $350, per month and keeps going up and service drops. Without question worst cable service I have ever received. Now I know why people move to streaming.

      No stars! Ive been having issues since March. Had at least 4 technicians here. Every time they said it was fixed, it wasnt. They replaced numerous things inside and out. The main issue was the tv picture pixeling. Eventually they said we needed to connect to fiber optic and after running wires outside and adding some new equipment inside they said we were okay.NOT! Now were experiencing buffering! Oh now we need a new router! Purchased a new one but they wont install it. They want us to rent theirs for one year free and an additional $6 a month afterwards. Our bill is up to $250+ for cable,phone and internet! I cant tell you how many hours, days and months,I have spent on the phone and also waiting for a technician to show up. Ive only been given two credits totaling maybe $50! More than frustrating! Having physical symptoms every time I talk to them and even now typing this!

      The techs are good. They know their work. With the new system, recorded shoes are available for 10 days, usually enough to watch, but not always. The old way, recorded shows stayed on. If you want them on for more than 10 days, it cost $5/month. The price dor their service goes up every year and what you get goes down. They pick channels tou don't want at a cost, just to get one you like. It's a racket. Lowest rated cable service of them all.

      I called today to see why my phone not working to learn it was disconnected. I never got no email or phone called etc informing of a suspension (notice). One person states I need such and such amount to get back on them another says different. Told it a soft connect and someone else says disconnect for non pay. On phone almost an hour getting told different things by different people. It was sent to higher escalation which could take 24-48 hrs to be contacted. Thought about it and need house phone so called back to pay amount. Did that and then transferred to someone else who informed me I need $25 more to pay reconnect fee which wasn't told when paid amount. I said can't they add to next bill and lady went to check comes back n tells me she was able to but since I have another account for internet which is separate due to being on acp program and there is an amount of $56 past due I need to pay that to get reconnected. Highly irritated here. Getting told different things by different people, feeling because on acp I'm getting treated not like regular customers. I never had to pay to get an account reconnected 8f other was past due ever. They are 2 separate accounts!!! Plus now in phone again almost another hour just to get my house phone turned back on.

      Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Any time I called for assistance, I would be told what I have to do and how to do it but would have to contact a different department. I would contact that department and be told that won’t work or they can’t fix it or they can’t do anything about it. Constant run around. I was a customer for less than a week

      Internet slow buffering even @ 500Mbps installed to TV wirelesly causing buffering, had to purchase supplies to wire ethernet directly to TV as their Technicians would charge to install needed equipment, everything's a charge evidently. Unsure why more costs from stated setup. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere...

      The only solution for North Eastern PA is to have another internet provider. Blue Ridge is not providing good enough service only competition can change the way Blue Ridge treats their customers.

      If I could give them a negative number, I would. I have discontinued all my service with them. After months of haggling about extra charges in error, charges for equipment that I have already purchased, etc. They sent me a "final bill" for $53 that I have no idea what it is for. So I called customer service, and after a half hour of the "higher ups" looking at the bill, they could not tell me what the charge was for. Finally they told me my balance was $0.00. I asked them to please send me a final bill stating that this was the case for my record since it appears that I have an outstanding charge. They told me they cannot do that as my "account has been disconnected"?!? What does that even mean? They obviously still have my account information available so they should be able to send me a statement. This is the most difficult, uncompromising company I have ever had to deal with and they are dishonest. Our new provider is sooooo much better. My advice is to look around for a better provider.

      Worst TV service ever. Every other day I am have one issue or another. And they are a monopoly in our area yet they do not provide the quality service for what I pay. They are crooks!!
