      The absolute worse and like other areas, for us in Hawley, Pa it's the only company. Repeated excuse coming from them is that your problem is not at there end, it's your equipment. I can't wait to see the day (and it will come) when another major company, ******* or **** will bush thru the gates of our community and put this monopoly OUT of business in Hawley, Pa. O and worse of all, there is no one to complain to who will make a difference

      We cancelled the service and the person on the phone said it was all done and good and we were billed for the next two months when we called they said we never cancelled it. "we have no record of it :)" well it's $300 they're refusing to return. We haven't used the service for those two months since we switched providers. They said they can't send the whole amount just $40 in check within 10 days.

      I've spoken to at least 5 different people, not one of them can answer WHY my bill is $200 over what it should be this month.
      Besides that, we've been paying for 400mb+ and only receiving about 65 for the last 4 years. And there is literally nothing we can do about it, because NO ONE else services this area.
      Every single time we call, they're rude.. Unhelpful.. Refuse to assist you in any way, they told me there is no supervisor when I asked to speak to one.
      Someone needs to do something about them, they're out of control. Charging anything they want to and treating people horribly because they can, because we have no choices.

      I live in blossburg PA and I think their services terrible my TV locks up 345 times a day and there's no sense calling them because they say everything is brand new and doesn't need replaced I've already bought modems and TiVo boxes and everything all the equipment in my house is brand new but when it freezes up they say that's what the company sent them to transmit out over their lines they have a monopoly in blossburg and if I could find something else it would give me my local channel 16 news they would be history

      This is the worst ISP I have ever used. Comcast was way better. I have had my internet going out every20 minutes for the past 3 weeks. I have already had a service technician come out who was very helpful, but ultimately found no issues. The internet magically worked for 3 days and then back to going out every 20 min. Thus is unacceptable. I am a hybrid worker and I need stable internet to perform my duties on the days I am scheduled to be home.i pay too much money to have internet that is a tenth of the speed I pay for and is inconsistent. Avoid them at all costs.

      We have had Blue Ridge Cable and internet since January 2022. Prior to moving we had Xfinity who is not available in our area even though we only moved 7 miles. Almost every night on Blue Ridge, buffering occurs on both scheduled tv programs and on Netflix, prime video and hulu. Some times cuts out entirely. Trying to call customer service is very frustrating because no one answers the phone. We decided to switch to another provider. Trying to notify Blue Ridge of our intention to cancel was frustrating. I did reach one customer service rep who was understanding. Explained to her that I wanted to schedule with my other providers first before cancelling. The agent dutifully promised to call me tomorrow, did not give a time. Blue Ridge's name does not appear on any calls just an 800 number. I missed her call and after calling her back and waiting 40 minutes for someone to answer I hung up. This same agent stated that their office in Ephrata is open 2 Saturdays a month and 9/17/2022 was one of them. After my new cable provider installed their equipment, I wanted to return Blue Ridge's. Also wanted to cancel my subscription and alert them to fact that I was cancelling internet on 9/20/2022. I drove 40 minutes to Ephrata, PA with my equipment. There were several cars in parking lot. When I approached the door I saw a notice stating office is temporarily closed. Several customers stated, they, like me, were told to come on 9/17/2022 and, like me, they did. Some knew they were open on the 1st and third Saturday. This company has no regards for customer service (except for the one person who tried to help but even she did not follow through). I am told that all customer service reps work from home and one told me that she waits all day for her phone to ring. Something is very wrong here but Blue Ridge Cable does not seem inclined (or should I say interested) in fixing it. I guess Xfinity needs to get out here and shake them up a bit.

      Specials are given to new customers yet someone that has been with them for 34 years can not get the same deal - Horrible how they treat existing customers
