  I decided to try Checks Unlimited because they're about half the cost of the checks I get through my bank (Chase). I didn't verify the dimensions of the new checks I was ordering and accidentally selected the wrong size (business instead of personal). When my order arrived the checks were far too large to fit in my home office deskbook. Customer service answered the phone right away (unlike Chase, which always puts me on hold a long time first) and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They sent a brand new order of checks in the correct size, for no charge, even though it was entirely my own fault. I will absolutely be doing more business with Checks Unlimited!

  In January 2023 I ordered 4 boxes of checks amount was taken out of my checking account on 1/31/23. The first 4 boxes had the wrong check start number. Was told to destroy them and another order was sent out. Second 4 boxes the same thing wrong start number. These were also destroyed. The order was canceled. On 2/15/23 I received a Credit Memo for my refund no check just a credit memo. I have called every month talked to several Supervisors, with the promise of a check going out that month. I sent an email to the company explaining everything. The response was to call the 800 number! Seven months and no refund! Checks Unlimited G.V.

  DO NOT ORDER I order 2 x set of 4 box shoud be $37.89 per 4 box's they charge me $75.50 and second set of 4 box's $72.84 plus free shipping ????? DO NOT ORDER

  Here is the breakdown. The website advertised $14 for four boxes. Then, at checked out it mysteriously showed as $31 plus $8 of shipping fee. Then, today 5/6/2023, I checked my credit card account and learned I was charged over $106. I emailed the company on April 30, 2023 but not one responded. I am filing a dispute against this company for dishonest practices.

  Be careful, the website will trap you into buying all their add-ons, and you will not see/receive an invoice. When you call in, it takes them days to even produce a receipt which i've yet to receive. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to adjust for the price I should have been charged. I will say I received my checks as expected and printing/delivery was very quick. If only they were not so scammy with their selling practices. I'll def shop elsewhere when time to order more checks. Also as soon as I got an agent on the line, they were defensive from the get go, blaming me for missing a step on the site.

  Waiting a month for my checks order for a new business is ridiculous. The website offers zero information on orders, the automated phone system is frustrating and offers zero information on order status and the representative I spoke with said it’s in printing status for 10 days now. She said it should ship out next week. “It should” isn’t very reassuring when your order “should” have been shipped a couple weeks ago.

  1/7/23-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If anyone has had a good experience you are playing roulette! This is 100% TRUTH of what happened and warning everyone! Order through your bank! Any of these check companies can use your checking account number. Think....We used checks when there was no online paying, etc. Well now all is online. I use maybe 3 checks a year. Numbers can be put in online. So, I changed my address July, ordered 1 box of checks. All fine. I moved again (bad relationship) Nov 2022 and placed order for address change again, 1 box. I check my tracking number mid and end of Dec and read shipped 12/13/22. I checked again since didn't receive early Jan and still no tracking, still no order received. So, I decided to see what my July order tracking read. Well tracking read DELIVERED 12/22/22 to Sheboygan, WI when I'm in Illinois!!! I called 3 times. Talked to SAME 2 women who said they didn't talk to me when I had to call back after seeing where my order was delivered. All they wanted to do is print more checks!! I said NO! My 1 box is with someone and my account is still open. The mngr transferred me to the EZ protection, A JOKE! I was told by the initial woman who answered phone-so not another company! I was told to close my account, then call back with new account number to have checks printed at no charge. ARE YOU ******* kidding me!! How is this protection! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had my checks printed by my bank for less money! What a hassle to close/open accounts, then update all my accounts online!! Not worth the chance of using them!!

  DON'T! JUST DON'T! I recently ordered checks from here, because you know, they were cheap. So why not. DON'T. They supposedly shipped the checks out, but then stated that my credit card company denied the charge. First off, why would you ship them if they weren't paid for? Anyway, I called my credit card company, and they said they've never gotten anything from this company, so therefore, it was impossible to deny the payment. I then called the check place back, and the girl said that it's possible the charge was transposed prior to being mailed out. I asked what that meant, and she said she didn't know. So I asked for my credit card to be taken off the account, because I do NOT want this company to have my information (even though it's too late). She asked if they could take the charge straight out of the checking account, and stupidly, I said yes. So I will be checking my statements DAILY to see how much they are going to try to screw me out of money.
