      DON'T! JUST DON'T! I recently ordered checks from here, because you know, they were cheap. So why not. DON'T. They supposedly shipped the checks out, but then stated that my credit card company denied the charge. First off, why would you ship them if they weren't paid for? Anyway, I called my credit card company, and they said they've never gotten anything from this company, so therefore, it was impossible to deny the payment. I then called the check place back, and the girl said that it's possible the charge was transposed prior to being mailed out. I asked what that meant, and she said she didn't know. So I asked for my credit card to be taken off the account, because I do NOT want this company to have my information (even though it's too late). She asked if they could take the charge straight out of the checking account, and stupidly, I said yes. So I will be checking my statements DAILY to see how much they are going to try to screw me out of money.

      Paid for 2 day shipping via USPS to my USPS Post office box. They waited almost 3 weeks when the order should have been here in 8-11 days. Ordered 12/9 and arrived 12/31. This was a new account so needed the checks ASAP. They said they could not USPS 2 day to my USPS post office box…..RIGHT……no contact after about 20 emails. Called and got the lie about not being about to mail USPS to a USPS post office box.

      they shipped my order to the wrong address, never got any notification until I started digging to find out where my order was. Can't get thru on any of their phone lines. One time got thru and the recording tells me they are "higher than usual call volume" and hangs up. I just want my money back and I will take my business elsewhere.

      This company advertises one price but adds a lot of charges to deceive the customer. It is wrong for BBB to give this company an A+ rating.

      This company is a RIPOFF. The industry standard for number of checks per box is 200. This company only provides 100 checks per box. Then they charge you $8.95 "handling" for each box. The only way you know there's 100, not 200 checks per box, is to read through the damn FAQs page. This is not only deceitful, but unethical. After reading through all the complaints to the BBB my question is, "Why do you continue to allow them to be rated and use the BBB logo on their website?

      This company added costs that were not requested, ending up with twice the amount of a previous order, provided no confirmation or tracking info, have said that I should receive my checks "anytime" and has given me different information every time I called. This last time, the customer service lady hung up on me when I was trying to understand the added costs. I would caution buyers to verify every detail before committing to purchase checks from this company.
