Dear representatives of The Better Business Bureau of Philadelphia, I hope you are doing well in Pennsylvania and I hope that you are healthy and safe from The Covid19 Pandemic. I'm writing to you because I would like to file a complaint against The ******** **** **** Settlement Administrator located in Philadelphia. ( This office is located in your home state of Pennsylvania)  I was approved for a compensation by The ******** **** **** Settlement Administrator around July 2022. The court hearing was around the end of June 2022. I was approved for a check of around $51 US Dollars but I haven't received anything from the ******** **** settlement administrator. I called them many times and I sent them many email messages but they are not replying to my email messages, they are not calling me back either. I called them several times but I always got their answer machine.  A family member told me that she got her check from The National Grid Settlement Administrator in September but I haven't received anything even though my claim was approved a long time ago. Here is the information of The ******** **** Settlement: ************************************************************ I submitted my claim in January 2022 and I have been waiting for this check since that time.I spoke with your office of The Better Business Bureau on the phone a few days ago. Your office sent me a claim form by mail but I decided to do my claim on-line instead because I have been waiting for a long time. I sent them a letter asking about my compensation  but I never received any response from them by mail either. They have been ignoring me for several months. I can mail you a photocopy of the letter that I sent to them by mail. I will wait for your complaint form first and I will send it to your office in Philadelphia. Feel free to call me at ************. I'm available to talk anytime after 4:00 P.M. Kind regards, *******************************

The ** Fridge Settlement administrator ("they") has denied my claim even though I have submitted a valid claim. I have called them several times. I have submitted a complaint to what ** calls "Share Your Voice with the ** President." *** but to NO avail or NO response at all. The ** Fridge Settlement notice to the plaintiffs reads: "NOTE: Class Members can still submit claims for No-Cooling Events that occurred after September 22, 2020, but the date to file a claim for No-Cooling Events that occurred prior to September 22, 2020 has passed." "after September 23, 2020" is what I have understood from the reading. The date of my purchase was on 9/29/2020.The date for the first No-Cooling Events was on 12/24/2020. I remember the date because it was the day before Christmas in 2020.Initially, they had claimed that the date was missing. Now, they claim that "the date does not qualify for this settlement." I have even sent them a copy of my purchase from ********** on 9/29/2020.

cLAIM WAS REJECTED BECAUSE BOTH THE DATE OF THE PUYRCHASE AND THE DATE OF THE NON-COOLING EVENT DID NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS SETTLEMENT.  WE SENT A DEFICIENCY LETTER.

I recieved a check from a class action lawsuit for $2,500. I am handicap and have a fulltime caregiver. I have no bank account and cannot open one due to lack of qualifications. This check has been denied check cashing at every liquor store, grocery store, *******, and check cashing store Ive gone to. My caregiver then said she would let me cash it through her personal checking account and her bank wouldn't honor the check. My caregiver has been calling the Angeion Group and leaving 4 - 6 messages a day to get a resolve to this. We gave up driving all over 7 different counties trying to cash this check. My caregiver has literally spent hundreds of dollars in gas helping me. The very least this company could do is have someone answer the phone, call back and get a resolution- like putting the money on my ****** or issuing a new check through a bank that is in the county where I reside. The settlement is for -***** et al v *****-. Its a class settlement for inmates of the ***** ****** Jail in Sylvester Georgia. I cannot Imagine any of the other recipients of these checks are having an easier time cashing their checks ( unless they are lucky enough to have a bank account in their name) I would like to have the woman at extension 104, Iesha, at the Angeion Group, answer her phone! Call Back! Resolve my issue so I can collect the money I was awarded. This check expires in 151 days . (It is good for 180 days of the date on the check). Please help me get my award money from this settlement .
