      I have waited nearly one month for one item out of an order that was not on backorder. Ive called the last 3 weeks, and the only answer I get is it will ship within 24 hours and someone will follow back up with me in 72 hours. Apparently they have no idea how to cancel an order. I am submitting a chargeback on my card, as there is a lot more I can do with $130 than wait on a horrible company with incompetent customer service to figure out how to assist me.

      I placed an order with Free People that is owned by Urban Outfitters, that was delivered to my building lobby where it was stolen. Not only do I have a police report, my building management provided me with video showing the theft. They use a carrier called OnTrac that Ive never even heard of. They refuse to send a replacement so I have to take the $140 loss. Thats unheard of and unacceptable!

      They sell overpriced products that will degrade after one clean even if you follow the care instructions of dry cleaning. Will not honor a return.

      They charged my debit twice for a single item, then refused to refund me. Told me to call my bank. I called the bank and confirmed they had double-charged me, they still refused to refund the item. Terrible customer service. I've filed a fraud investigation through my bank.

      I spent $1500 on the Marte queen sized bed. As soon as I received it, I tried building the bed but it was missing an important piece to finish it. The middle bar the is supposed to hold the two set of slats so that my mattress could be placed on the slats, without the middle bar, the slats fall through the bed. I have contacted customer service on the phone twice and at least 4 times via email. 2 weeks after I sent the email, an agent responded that I would hear back from them in 4-8weeks. Not only did I not hear from them but I never received the piece for the bed over 2 months later. Everyone keeps on telling me I should received a response in 4-8 weeks and that is ridiculous. To pay 1500 for a bed that can't be built because the company can't ship me a piece of wood is insane.
      Terrible, awful customer service.

      I visited Urban Outfitters, Inc. (aka UO) in Little Rock, AR (Chenal Promenade) on 09/22/2023. I purchased several items, but some of the items needed to be exchanged. I returned on the morning of 09/23/2023 to make the exchange. I returned the items and found replacement items as well as purchased other items.

      I chose a light blue corduroy bucket hat which was on sale for $14.99 with a regular price of $45.00. After the sales associate (who was quite nice) rang me up, I questioned her about the price of the hat that rang up for the regular price ($45). She examined the ticket and saw the sale sticker of $14.99. She inquired about it to another store employee and that employee stated that it was not supposed to be on sale. I went and brought the other colors of the same hat, which were all marked down. She stated that it was a mistake, they are not supposed to be marked down. There were approximately twelve to fifteen hats, which were four or five of each color (light blue, black, and khaki). She commenced peeling the stickers off the tags. I asked the sales associate at the register which was three to four steps from her, if a manager was present that I could speak with. She eyed the other employee (who was peeling the price stickers off of the tags), letting me know that this was the manager.

      I was appalled. This "manager" never looked at me, never addressed me, but just quickly continued to change the price right in front of me. She did not check the system to verify if the price change was actually a mistake or just a store merchandise markdown.

      Every store that I have ever shopped in, when faced with similar circumstances has allowed me or other customers to make the purchase at the ticketed price and remove the merchandise from the floor until it is confirmed that the price is right or wrong. This inexperienced manager cowardly rushed to correct their perceived mess up.

      Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD MANAGEMENT is an understatement! BEWARE!

      Worst customer service of all time. Returned items from 2 orders, all received at the warehouse within days of being shipped. It’s been THREE weeks and I’ve gone through countless conversations with representatives and have yet to see a refund in my bank account. Lied to me multiple times about it being processed to the point where I called PayPal and they confirmed that the company hadn’t issued a refund. Agent I spoke to at FP after that confirmed that the previous agents had lied and that they’d never issued the refund. Still out $300.

      Absolutely horrible. They sent me a desk by accident, then charged me for it, and then when I tried to return for them, they gave me the wrong labels because USPS wouldn’t accept the return. As an apology they gave me 15% off code. WTF am
      I gonna do with that?? Absolutely horrific customer service

      I purchased two shirts from their website. One is from a 3rd party vendor. It arrived without a receipt. It is an irregular shirt sold for $29. Even though I bought it by way of UO, I have to contact the seller myself to get a return label shipped to me in the mail. In addition to this obnoxious inconvenience, the shirt has no labels or tags on it. It’s as if someone poorly stitched it up in their basement. I feel cheated/scammed and will not be shopping this brand online or in store ever again.

      I dropped my nuuly off after cancelling my subscription. Too many poor substitutions / no way to get a replacement if sizing is off / etc.

      I was just charged over 550 dollars for product I don’t have because someone at the post office I suppose decided to keep the nuuly I dropped off. I am unable to reach nuuly support. I have not heard back about the matter.
