  This is the worst company ever. The evaluators are a joke, keeps changing the status from requirements accepted, and the same day changes to waiting for additional stuff . Costumer services very nice actually. I need my CES done to get my nursing license by endorsement. They just need to verify my school in *********** , not all the way tonsecundary school in ***** . I had the choice to waive the all high school thing( which they were already accepted, then not accepted). Ive literally 13 days or the board will withdraw my application , and guess what , Id have to move to another state to be able to work . What can I do !?? I need somebody to finish the all thing for me

  Documents received Last March 1, 2024. Until now there’s no update regarding my papers. The services we pay is too high but the review took a long time. A friend of mine received her Visa Screen certificate a week after completing her profile. Please do something. Please be fair. ??

  CGFNS is the worst evaluation company in the world and disgracefully operated in the best country in the world (USA).
  
  I applied for Visa Screen since June 2023. Having worked as Medical Laboratory Technologist in UAE and Nigeria for 10years.
  
  I was directed to download evaluation forms for my university education, and each licensing jurisdiction in each country. It is supposed to be the duty of evaluation body to know how to contact the details filler in the candidate's profile but CGFNS ask us (Candidate) to do their work and compel other government frm various countries to be in their own standard.
  
  I have issue with UAEMOH body who claim they have digitalize and will not be filing forms on behalf of candidates rather the candidate should send their good standing certificate copy which have a barcode to CGFNS to scan for smooth verification. CGFNS evaluators refuse and were compelling me to tell the UAEMOH body how to run their country.
  
  Secondly, I feel CGFNS know nothing about the medical laboratory profession in US. ASCP have a certification class for specialty technologist in chemistry which as a biochemistry graduate with US equivalent degree will be approved to write exam but CGFNS said my degree in biochemistry does fall under this category to practice.
  
  I was shock when i received message yesterday 2nd February 2024 that my order was deleted and all documents i have strived to send from both Nigeria and UAE deleted from the portal.
  
  There is no trauma than CGFNS. The homeland and USCIS need to remove them from Green Card process. They don't portray what America stands for.
  
  I am seeking a reinstatement and rightful Visa Screen success as am already in the US and my job is at stake. The mental and emotional trauma is indescribable..
  
  Please i need BBB to step in.

  I wish I had read Reviews here before engaging CGFNS; A regrettable decision. I applied for a Visa screen, documents arrived at CGFNS 10days now; doesn't reflect in the system they have received them. Navigators confirmed that the documents have been received. The money we pay is not worth the service; intentional delays. Horrible.

  Terrible (non-existent) customer service, extremely and unnecessarily slow processing times, over-priced and adds no value to the Nurse enduring the ordeal and ritual humiliation of relying on their services.
  
  Shame on any licensing body utilizing their services - they complicit in perpetuating the nursing shortage.

  Cgfns has terrible evaluator (not all). I already completed my requirements for my CES report but still did not certified. They insisted to have the contact name of recipient. I already told them that the recipient is New Jersey Board of Nursing for my license endorsemnt. It is an agency so they dont have the contact name and title of what they are asking for!
  
  Also I have some friends who got certified without asking for contact name of recipient. They just put only the New Jersey Board of Nursing and they got certified in just a week! Some evaluators are not fair in terms of reviewing the documents! Can anybody help me about this?

  Add me to list. This company, like so many other complaints I've read here is the worse company I've ever dealt with. They were recommended to us by the local VA so I can get my school records accredited to US standards so I can get hired by the VA. Not only did I lose my opportunity to get the job, but now because of CGFNS terrible policies, I also signed up to go back to school to finish getting my degree, and now I'm going to have to start back from zero to finish getting my nursing degree. I have 2 years of nursing school in the Philippines go for nothing because of CGFNS. To have to do 2 of my years over again and then another 2 to 4 years to get my degree.
  We had so much trouble getting the schools to fill out the request. My husband and I spent $5000. to go to the Philippines to go to the schools in person. We finally got my school records. We had all the forms CGFNS required and after 8 months working hard to get them we sent them in to CGFNS.
  We were excited that finally my records would be accredited and maybe still have a chance to get in to the VA and finally finish getting my BS in nursing.
  But wait a minute, CGFNS said that because the transcript and course by course descriptions weren't in a sealed envelop they wouldn't accept them. I asked them to send my paperwork back so I can have then accredited by another company and they said that they wouldn't do that because my transcripts are now their property. WTH!!! What are they going to do with them!! Sit in a file for years and then thrown out. What kind of business practice is that. Why wouldn't they help us They're keeping our money, what more do they want. I see on this site that many customers of CGFNS have lost all their money to this terrible so called company. This company should be labeled scammers and shut down.

  I have a BS and a AD degree in the Philippines and they mean nothing here in the US. SAD!!!

  I applied for my CES Professional Report to CGFNS last July 31, 2023, which cost me $450.00. On August 31, 2023, they received my school documents and last September 18, 2023, they already had all my requirements. I tried to call them today to ask how long the process will be to issue to CES Prof. Report and I got an answer from their agent saying that it will take 16 weeks or less. I think this statement is contrary to the advertisement on their website that says fewer than 12 weeks from receipt and approval of all required documents. Also, they offered me an expedite service which would cost me another $400, and told me that it would be within 10 days of processing time; however, they cannot guarantee that I can receive my CES report in that time frame. My CES report is time-sensitive and I can’t afford it anymore to pay $400. It is very expensive for a service they can’t ever guarantee, and I feel it is kind of a scam. They have already increased the fees last year to achieve better service but most of the customers don’t feel it and it's not improving at all. I hope that CGFNS will take the initiative to improve its services and decrease the waiting time. 0/5 star

  I was processing my CES for my license here in the US. I ordered it on August 9, 2023. Everything was going on smoothly then. Everything was “ready for review” which means they have all my documents. I followed up on Sept 11 to ask what’s taking so long to review, they said they’re still reviewing the docs. Then I followed up again on Sept 13, where they told me that I need to submit another credentials from my school, then changed the status to “waiting for additional documentation”. It frustrates me cos hadn’t I followed up, I wouldn’t know and I called a few days prior to ask but they said nothing’s wrong and I just had to wait. Prior to purchasing CES, I called them to be sure and the CS said that all I had to do is pay since my documents are still intact from my visa screen. Then now, they’re having me send the docs again. It’s waste of time and money since I had to have someone process it back in my home country cos I’m already in the US and it takes a while to get the school credentials plus courier/mailing time. It’s just ridiculous.

  The process to become a nurse in the United States is long and CGFNS makes it worse.
  My college sent the required documents many weeks ago and according to the tracking number, the documents were received on 09/08 by the CGFNS, but until today they have not updated the dashboard. I have already sent more than 5 emails and they always send back the same response: “the deadline is 14 business days”. It's been 25 business days and there’s been no update at all and no word back from them about when they will do so. I am very frustrated with this company.
