    I ordered their product of Credential Verification Service (CVS) for New York state for my license application. Since they have my documents/credentials already as i have previously applied for the visa screening where it has the same required documents, I was enticed and opted to applied their services again due to the privilege of not resubmitting those papers. Upon ordering that services/product, it was indeed received automatically to their system of my credentials but upon checking it, the overall status is just under review. Days, weeks and now for more than a month, there was no movement happened. It was a dismay that even though my credentials was review and verified before, I had to wait for such a period. Their price is quite pricey as well. I hope they should make an action and necessary adjustment for this long processing especially more customer are relying and choosing on them since they've been in this business field for a long time.

    ZERO Stars, this organization should be dismantled it is worthless, so many people scammed out of money and poor services to the people. It is a shame that boards of nursing and the national nurses association lets this crap continue.

    I had been used CGFNS for my credentialing nursing education in China since 2010. I have O 12 years nursing education in China before I came to America to pursue my MS-NP and and the DNP education since 2009. The overall the process of all the credentialing including Visa screen and the CSE service for more than 6 months to process by numerous phone calls and mails communication. I was moving from New York state to MASS state in February 2023 and that the process of CES started oN 8/15/2022. I used my Visa screen which was done to receive my MASS RN and license in 6/2023. I was going to give up the process of CES service for my MASS state license a few weeks ago because they asked more documentations from China. Ms. Junie Chek contacted me and encouraged me to continue the process of the CES because that she review all my documentation since 2010 and she helped to receive the report of CES in a few days. I was going to give up in the last minute for my CES report because I felt hopeless of the process. I could not do it without her encouragement. I feel she is really valuable asset of CGFNS. I really appreciate any of her help and support!. She did beyond what her suppose to do! It means a lot to me! She made a difference for us who had nursing education outside of U.S.A. ??????

    I have acquired an e-saved product from CGFNS for faster acquisition of my CES report. The e-saved product has stored all my extensive documentation used from my visa screen. I have filed this CES request from July 3, 2023. To date, the status is FOR FINAL REVIEW ONLY. When I called their business office, their response is it will take 12-16weeks for them to re evaluate my papers. My sentiment is, why do these documents need to be re evaluated if in the first place they were already docked/ stored in our e-saved portal. One business office personnel have mentioned they even had an error of requesting more documentation from me because it is originally included in my TOR. I still had to get documents from my university from my country just to meet their request. Moving forward, I currently have a time-sensitive job application where I need to meet the deadline of getting my license number for New Jersey. When I emailed, the response was only "CGFNS aims to respond to all support request in a timely manner". We are paying hundreds of dollars for a service that takes soooooo long. CGFNS should consider that everyone applying have a time line too. I hope BBB can help me out acquire my CES report ASAP. And I hope someone can look into CGNFS processes to expedite their process not only for one nurse but for thousands of nurses applying with them

    I am currently processing my CES report for another state. I have purchased their E-saved services knowing that these documents have been reviewed and validated. However, they said it needs another review. So what is the purpose of this e-save product? They have "received" a couple of my documents however, they have not yet updated my status until now. I am under an employment process which is time sensitive and all of their personnel always says it would take at least 12 weeks for them to review? Again, what is the purpose of your e-saved product if you need to review it again?

    I would give you zero stars if I could. This business is criminal. I am sure if enough complainants came together we could put together a class action law suit against this company. They do not do what they say, yet charge exorbitant amounts for the work they claim to do. They are impossible to get a hold of. They give vague, noncommittal answers to all inquiries. They take advantage of people from other countries trying to work in the US. This company should be ashamed. The people who run this company should be ashamed. They must be held accountable for these criminal business practices. They are running people’s lives. They are essentially committing blackmail, asking people to pay for expedited assessment, otherwise you can not know when your assessment will occur. Each time I ask a question they recommend spending more than I’ve already paid for my initial assessment to expedite the process. When they finally assessed my documents, they then decided they needed further documentation and gave me a deadline nearly impossible to meet. I can not state how distressing this process has been. I’ve spent hours trying to call to no avail. This company has No oversight and this absolutely must change.

    I am a Registered Nurse. I started my process with CGFNS to validate my nursing degree last May 25, 2023. They received all the requirements and As per their email, I need to wait for 25-30 business days before all the requirements will be verified and completed on my dashboard. However, due to the long waiting time and process for the update of my application, the document from the School which is my Related Learning Experience (RLE) that was sent to them was suddenly misplaced. That’s why, they requested me to send another RLE because of lost documents. Which is very hassle on my part because my School sent all documents completely to CGFNS. They made sure everything are inside the envelope before sending it to CGFNS. They wrote it also in the CGFNS form how many documents were in the envelope including my RLE. I heard a lot of complaints about CGFNS and yet they only provide poor services. I didn’t know that I will experience these problems same with other nurses. So, I don’t have a choice. I have to request again another RLE from my school and based on the tracking, My document was delivered already last July 10, 2023. As per my last conversation with the CGFNS representative, I just need to request another RLE and once the document is received they will process it right away. No need to wait for a long time again. Unfortunately, they emailed me that it can
    take up to another 14 business days not including holidays and weekends for confirmation of my documents being received. Please help me with this matter. I just want to finish the application to get my Credentials Evaluation Service Report from CGFNS. Because this is one of my requirements for license endorsement.

    10 months and I'm still waiting!!! CGFNS offers the worst services, and I've discovered something unacceptable after visiting this page. I've realized I'm not the only applicant whose processing has been delayed because they wanted to verify a "signature" from my college and each time I called customer service, I was told that CGFNS has sent an email to my college with a verification form and have been waiting for their response. After 2 months of frequent calling and arguing with CGFNS they mailed out the form to India, (my college) which took > 1 month to arrive (I wonder if they walked to India to deliver the mail). Little did I know all this was just to buy more time. I've put in a request to talk to one of the CGFNS managers so that I can explain my situation about not being able to meet my family because of this piece of paper & I'm still waiting for the call.
    Worse than all these things is, they work along with ICD ("same umbrella") but they could not use their evaluation report for the processing, how can you not trust one of your own agencies? My experience with ICD was bad too - it took them forever to complete my application but they did not at least blame my college for pending verification and not being able to receive correspondence.

    I believe as licensed professionals we should be able to go to other agencies for the same service. CGFNS continue to make themselves unavailable for questions and increase the need for an “expedited” process for their delaying things. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on getting my licenses and haven’t gotten very far because of the stranglehold that’s happening. They are not accredited so why do the gov. sectors use them?

    I hired the CGFNS to validate my educational credentials ,requested documents sent and received in March and so far the review for CES release has not occurred.
