    Purchase made on August 30, 500+ dollars Site and agent promised delivery on September 1st Site didn't save my request correctly, had to correct, delay of a day Agent never warned of 2 days for Hawaii delivery When submitting correction, Site didn't update delivery date. Delivery date delayed by 5 more days, family won't even be in hawaii anymore to pick up shirts Company gave a discount in purchase that only amounts to 95% of the DELIVERY FEE , I'm still paying for the full price of the shirts!!!!

    Due to issues with the customers shipping, we provided them with a shipping label to get the order returned to our facility. Once we receive the order, the customer was offered a full refund for the inconvenience.

    8/01/22 Order number #******* Amount Spent $1,039 USD After Receiving Product (T shirts), there was a concern about the Height Placement of the Designs on all of the T shirts. The Proof That was agreed To on the Order Represented a Higher Placement on the Chest and Benefited the Design as Such. I Filed a complaint on the Website, emailed 2 Separate Times During a 8 day Period and Finally was able to Reach someone. By Phone a representative heard my concerns and told me "Well there wasn't an agreed upon Design Height" I then questioned about The Designs Proof being an agreement, i was met with more excuses. I was told to send more photos and was told to place the shirt on Customers to see how the shirt looked after. ( I have ordered and sold Thousands of shirts over the Years...this is just trying to find an excuse to say that they don't look that bad..and that my concerns aren't needing of a refund.) I agreed to send more photos and after reviewing those photos i was told to then go back and Measure each shirt to give them all the Design Placements height.....( this again is more information that they can try to use to disagree with a refund) I told them that i am not their quality control and that this is not my job, the photos stand for themselves and the Design was not placed correctly on the Shirts. Some Shirts were actually not even placed centered and there was ink splotches on multiple shirts off design...... This is a product that i will not stand by for my customers. I have not gotten a reply in 2 days now. These shirts were supposed to be sold 2 weeks ago. I have lost my sales and its put my brand in a bad light. $1000 is a ton of money for a Small Tier Band or company . I am Very disappointed with the way their customer service is trying to wear me out with tasks until i eventually Give up..... Stand By the Customer RushorderTee. You are acting like the companies you compete with on your commercials.

    I ordered 6 shirts from Rush Order Tee on 7/31/22 and added an additional shirt on 8/4/22, for a total of 7 shirts. All shirts have the same design. They were delivered on 8/19/22 and I paid $287.59 for order #*******. Immediately upon opening the package, I saw that the font color on the shirts was incorrect, in addition to one shirt having a printing defect. I created the design, so I first made sure the color mistake was not on my end. I confirmed that the mistake was not my fault. The font color in my design is a bright white (#ffffff). The color on the items I received is a light blue (#******). I have contacted the company via phone and chat to create a Support Case Number #********. I was contacted by 3 different members of their Customer Care Team through email and finally got someone to help me. They agreed to refund the money for the defective shirt and gave me 10% off the remaining items. I responded via email on 8/22, stating that their offer was unsatisfactory, and I was not willing to hold 90% of the liability for a mistake that they made. I was never contacted by the company with a proof to review and approve. I have submitted images of the shirts with the baby blue font, but I was told that the color is correct and accurate from the proof. Since I never approved any proof, it is unclear what they are using as their color standard. I am confused because the font color on their invoice even shows bright white, so I am left feeling perplexed as to why they printed the wrong color.I would like Rush Order Tees to stand behind their Print-It-Right Guarantee and take responsibility for their mistake by not placing 90% of that responsibility on the customer. Reprinting is not an option for me due to a deadline, so I am willing to hold 50% of the liability since I must use the shirts.

    I ordered 35 shirts from Rush Order Tees. One print color, one print location. Received the shirts last week. All 35 shirts are misprinted. !! The image is 2 to 3.5 inches off center on every single shirt ! I called the company, they had me send photos, I did. The rep who emailed me back said she agreed the print is not centered. But they will only replace 15 of the shirts or give me 10% off my next order. My purchase price for the 35 shirts was over $400, 10% of that is nothing. 15 reprinted shirts still leaves me with with 20 bad ones. I own a business and I was planning on selling these shirts to my students. I can't sell any of them. I don't want the poor quality to be a reflection of MY business. The company says when you approve the print art that they resize and reposition the design to ensure proper placement. And also claim 100% satisfaction guarantee. Those two claims alone warrant a reprint of the 35 shirts. When I sent a picture of the shirts with a ruler showing a 3 inch off center, the rep said it falls within their company standard. If thats the standard you are holding yourself too, then you shouldnt be in business. The off centerness of the shirts is the 1st thing you notice before you even see what it is. 100% dissatisfied with the shirts, with the customer service and with this company.

    Customer received 15 replacement t-shirts. The RushOrderTees Customer Experience team will reach out to customer to get another 20 shirts printed, assuming the first 15 shirts that were sent as a resolution were printed up to the customer's satisfaction.
