I ordered a shirt that was incorrect on Rush order t-shirt. They have been giving me the runaround about a refund, and I have yet to receive an email about the refund, despite their repeated assurances. As of today, May 31, 2025, I have not received an email regarding my refund.Business Response

Placed my first order with this business and they sent the wrong items. I paid a substantial amount extra for expedited processing and shipping for each item. It took several days for them to process a replacement order which they chose to ship by the slowest means possible. Unfortunately, *** experienced transit issues, which caused even more delays on the package delivery. I had a problem with a printed lettered shirt. All of the letters are in a "block" format...... EXCEPT the *** which has, for no other way to describe it, a noticeable bump on the top. No other letter *** this in t he font.There has to be an error in the font.... this is not a stylized addition. It is an obvious error.I called their number and the representative was not understanding. She kept saying that that is the font I ordered. I asked if they shouldn't remove this font or change the letter to match every other letter in the font. Would this prevent every customer that uses this font from having a problem? Would a company PURPOSEFULLY set up a customer for failure? This one apparently thinks that's ok.Never do business with a business that does not care of their product has an issue. I purchased an order of shirts on 2/27 & receiving tracking information that the shirts would be delivered by 3/6. I then got a notification that the package was delivered on 3/6, and it did not arrive. I reached out to the company letting them know I adjusted my plans to use the shirts 3/7 based on the tracking and I needed them right away. They asked me to give it a till 3/10 to arrive. I waited all day on 3/10 they did not arrive so the morning of 3/11 I requested a refund. By this time I no longer had faith in their service and I wanted to take my business elsewhere. Their company name is Rush order tees and they could not even reliably deliver my order. They refused to refund me and now have sent me tracking info for another order to be sent to me which I did not request. I want a refundBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the packages, and the photo does not match my front door. ****** maps does not even reflect my current door mat so there is no way of them using that as a confirmation. There is clearly an issue with their delivery system and they should file a claim with ****. I have not received any items from this retailer, and have also not received a refund after multiple requests.

I ordered 8 company logo t-shirts from this company and was sent a blank package. I called customer support but did not get an answer. After digging around online I was able to find a number that reached their customer service. After waiting on hold for over an hour they finally said there was nothing they could do to help me. I have never been so enraged with a company. I highly recommend using a different company.Business Response

The customer's ********************** was lost in transit by the delivery carrier. We offered the customer a free, expedited reprint as a replacement. Unfortunately, the customer issued a "chargeback" on the ********************** and handed this issue over to the bank so we were unable to move forward with a resolution. We attempted to correct the mistake from the carrier by giving the customer a 100% free reprint with 100% free expedited service but they took other measures that prevented us from resolving the issue.Initial Complaint

We placed an order exceeding $2000 for products intended for our private country club staff. Unfortunately, the quality of the embroidery and finishing is severely lacking. The letters are misaligned, and there are numerous loose threads on the embroidery patches, rendering the products unusable due to their substandard quality. Upon reaching out to customer service, we were met with refusal to replace the items and were only offered a 10% discount on products that are not fit for use. They claim that such issues are typical in the embroidery process. Nowhere on their website is it indicated that the quality of embroidery may be subpar, nor do they take responsibility if it occurs. We strongly advise heeding this warning and recommend against engaging in business with this company. What a waste of money.Business Response

Additionally, the customer brought to our attention a few jackets with loose threads. I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to pay for replacements as this was a $2000+ order. I was never offered the option to have the vests "trimmed" as stated in the response. Either way the embroidery is CROOKED. Trimming will not fix that. Furthermore, the letters are illegible due to all of the imperfections in the embroidery itself. Ultimately, the Logo was scaled up to be able to embroider the lettering and it still came out in poor quality. HOW IS THIS MY FAULT? The only remedy will be a FULL REFUND of the defective product that was provided

I placed an order through their website for custom t shirts on May 12th , using their design tools which calculates the cost of what the items will come out to. It totaled $654.48 and I used their feature asking for a proof before printing and shipping out my shirts. I paid the amount. They THEN the following day decide to ask me for more money, sending me an additional invoice. Saying the sleeve printing is going to cost me more. I didnt add on sleeve printing after the quoted prices they sent me. They knew I had sleeve printing and charged me accordingly and I paid it. I inquired about it as this is obviously deceptive, and asking to make sure this sleeve printing is embroidered on there as that is specifically what I put on the order. They then tell me that no, its for screen printing. So not only did they make me pay already for something I have yet to get a proof for, but they are requesting more money than already paid and agreed upon. After seeing the amount of complaints for the same reason, I dont feel that bad now. As promised to this company, based on the customer experience we've received, I will take this to the limit. In July 2023, we were working with a designer from this company setting up our company's uniforms- a couple of weeks later, we received our uniforms after spending over three thousand dollars worth of uniforms. When we opened the box, you could tell the shirt quality was not as expected for a three thousand dollar plus product. I, *****************, wore the shirt for a couple of days, took it home, and washed it first thing. The shirt shrank, and the shirts had wrinkles that my regular washing couldn't remove. The shirt started to discolor, and the logos pilled off and cracked with the dryer heat. I gave some shirts to one employee and my business partner to test them and get their feedback. The same issue the shirt's quality received is for a one-time afternoon kids' football play, not for a company uniform is unacceptable. Online this looks great, but what we received is terrible. We immediately contacted this company and got all a back and forth even though they made us wash ten shirts and send them pictures. We did everything they asked us to do- no resolution. After almost a month, I disputed the transaction with my bank, and boom, someone from this company sent us an email intimidating because of the dispute months and months of back and forth dispute with the bank, we took the shirts to the most prestigious and expensive shirt engraving company of ****** we even have a letter from the owner saying the shirt quality is terrible the machine used for the printing is an old technology bad, lousy quality- we have only used ******************************* boxes same way we received it- I will return them same way we dont want to keep. I'm seeking a full refund, and that's it no more back and forth we have everything via email pictures we have provided this company all they need.Business Response

Proof that the merchandise was returned back to the Merchant a total cost to us of 300 dollars when it was of bad quality; they are the ones that needed to pay for this, not us, but we already paid for it this is been going on since August of last year. Horrible experience, avoid this company; unethical customer service which caused me emotional distress. The quality of the print and craftsmanship is poor, much so that this is my first time reporting a business to the BBB. Their customer service is negligent and unethical. They ignored my concerns and tried to offer more product instead of the full refund. I just want a full refund, and to warn other users so they dont experience what I did.
