I responded to a promotion from this company that clearly stated, Have an iPhone on us. Based on this offer, I placed an order expecting the phone to be free as advertised. Within 15 minutes of placing the order, I realized there were hidden charges specifically, I would be billed $38 per month. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order, but was told they could not cancel it, despite the extremely short time frame and misleading promotion. This behavior is deceptive and unacceptable. The company ************* its offers, refuses to honor cancellations made within minutes, and shows a clear lack of transparency and customer care. I am requesting a full cancellation of this transaction and that the company be held accountable for false advertising and unethical business practices.

I started my comcast account because it was the only option for my old apartment. They let me start the account online and made it as simple as adding my payment method. I moved apartments to one with a different internet hookup. They will not let you start service without visiting an Xfinity store or scheduling a call for a NARROW window at least four days out. I can only imagine they are trying to squeeze an extra month out of their customers. For the five years I had them, my Internet speeds were way less than they promised, I am a sysadmin so I know that it wasn't my fault. Research your options and find out for sure if you have another way to get Internet! I found a company locally that does free installation and uses much better practices and I wish I had never signed up for this deceptive company.

Returning the Equipment when you no longer live near a center is a totally impossible. I tried calling and they send you a link that when you no longer have an account you can not get in. The person on the phone line for returns knew of NO OTHER solutions and told me to call the 800 number I live 2.5 hours from the nearest locations. I just want to mail it in but they won't give me a return address label. This can lead to an expensive charge and they no longer have an agreement with *** so they are no help at the *** store either.

Xfinity Mobile Denied Valid Trade-In Refusing to Honor $700 Credit I sent in my iPhone for a $700 promotional trade-in credit toward a new iPhone 16 through Xfinity Mobile. The phone was in perfect working condition when I shipped it. Xfinity later returned my phone claiming it did not power on. This is falseI powered the phone on the moment it arrived and have video proof.I contacted customer service multiple times, had two support tickets opened and then closed without warning, and still received no resolution. Now Im being charged the full device price over 24 months without the promised trade-in credit.Xfinity is refusing to correct the false rejection or accept responsibility. This is deceptive, unethical, and borders on fraud.I am requesting that Xfinity immediately reinstate the $700 credit or cancel the phone contract entirely and accept the return of the phone. I have all supporting documentation and proof of the phones **************** not trust their trade-in promotions. **************** has been ineffective, and escalation has been ignored.

Have been with them for years, and since April of 2025 I've had nothing but severe anxiety dealing with them. They have done nothing since then but misrepresent themselves.

The absolute worst service. I work from home and there are constant outages with expected times for a solution 5-7 hours later. As soon as possible, I will switch to EPB

They promise promotions and then they do not give you the promotions. I have been dealing with Comcast since Feb. they said if we send our mobile phones from say ******* to Xfinity the promise a 200 gift card. I have not yet seen this and it is middle of July. Then when you call them you do not get a person . ****** at corporate will not return a call . Ext3005882 no matter what time of day it goes to VM .they are committing fraud.

Ive been an Xfinity customer for almost 9 years, always paid on time, and trusted their service. What I experienced recently was nothing short of disrespectful, dishonest, and ************* started with an unauthorized charge of $132.58 on my billcompletely random, with no explanation or prior notice. I contacted customer service, and an agent offered me a new plan for $76.05/month, which I officially accepted and signed with a valid order number.I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. But the next day, a different agent told me that the deal no longer existed because deals change dynamically. In other words, Xfinity made me sign something they had no intention of honoring.Over two days, I wasted hours in chats with agents who contradicted each other, gave generic responses, made empty promises, and never resolved anything. In the end, I had to cancel all services out of frustration and distrust.Whats worse than the billing error is how Xfinity treats long-term customerswith disregard, delays, and zero accountability. Their customer service is chaotic and completely disconnected from reality. After 9 years of loyalty, I was lied to, overcharged, and *************** NOT sign up with Xfinity. They might seem reliable at first, but when something goes wrong, youll get silence, runarounds, and broken promises. There are better providers who respect your time, your money, and your trust.

I cannot imagine how they are still a company. I guess their sheer size is keeping them afloat. I have been a member since ~2020. I had internet at one time and then switched that off and continued with ********. In July of 2025 I was trying to switch my old ******* S21 to a newer iPhone. I spent over 3 hours on their "chat" and 3 hours on the phone. Originally I simply wanted to switch the devices and maintain services. However, after the first 1.5 hours of the first chat session I had to end the chat saying I was going to cancel services. During that timeframe I was engaged by approximately 7 different people. Each time saying they would reread the chat and catch themselves up so we could start where we left off. Each time, without fail they would reaffirm what was already discussed. Following that, later that evening I tried again, with the same results on the chat. I went into a ******* store and had to call Xfinity to get instructions on how to get a transfer pin. The app was not working. The website was not working. I even gave them access to my account, which seemed weird to me. They asked for my password and accessed the account, to no avail. I spent 2 hours in the phone with their people, again transferred numerous times. I have the chat transcripts screenshotted and downloaded. I am receiving the verification codes just fine, but cannot for some reason get the transfer pin. The app says it was successfully sent, but they seem heckbent on keeping a number I have had for 20 years. These are the absolute worst people and worst customer service I have ever experienced.
