Our company initially used one box, but starting around 2021, we began experiencing issues. We had the box replaced, which incurred additional costs, and then a second box was provided. After that, we had to call for a third visit to activate our Ethernet because the Wi-Fi was poor. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi continued to switch back and forth, causing interruptions to all our private servers. Our bill has now increased by $200, totaling around $480, yet nothing seems to be working properly. It takes about two minutes for a simple webpage to load. Additionally, when we try to contact support, we can't get past the automated system to express our concerns or schedule an appointment, and the online chat feature is also ineffective. I would not recommend this service.Terrible way to operate business, would not recommend at home or at your business for the money that is charged and lack of support offered

Cancelled my xfinity service because we moved. Comcast owed me $2.16 after the cancellation. They gave me the refund on a pre-paid ********** that has a monthly fee of $3.50! Unbelievable! They have my own credit card on file because they demanded it for automatic billing but they won't issue the credit to that card.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I spent almost 3 hours of my day, trying to get an issue resolved without success. Their AI chat, assistant that I called took me in loops and never connected me with a live agent. When I figured out how to reach a live agent via chat, the frustration continued I was literally connected with four different agents based in *****. Every time one agent would say they were almost done, I would be switched to another agent who wanted to read everything that the previous agent and I had discussed. This company is the worst ever but they have a monopoly in my area. I would highly recommend that if you do not have to choose Comcast Xfinity, dont!

Trade in phone deal is a scam or at least very deceptive and misleading. I got a link to upgrade my existing phone. Going thru the trade in evaluation the site gave me an offer of $700 in credit over the next two years. I agreed and went thru the upgrade. It knew the info on my account and existing line and equipment. Never was there a mention for need to upgrade anything part of the plan or anything. After transaction complete, I get a record showing me credit is only $342. I called support multiple times, which is very time consuming and frustrating in itself to reach anyone. After the fifth time I complained and questioned what had happened, I get an answer that there is some fine print on the deal saying I needed to upgrade my phone plan to get it. You would think the system would offer or mention the need for this, but no. If I did the upgrade to get my deal, the savings would end up only $100 over two years. I feel their website and documentation and promos are very misleading at best and this is a classic bait and switch tactic to make you thinking you are getting a deal when the reality is pretty much nothin close to what was "sold". When this current contract is up, I will be leaving their service no matter the future deals they offer. Very deceptive business practices and almost impossible to get support. You can't even go to the local store as they seem to be independent of the parent company and can't even offer or make the same deals as the online agents.

Having no or poor TV service since ****** including 3 DRV/TV box changes, a supervisor and a tech to the house. They were able to restore service for 1 day and then no TV. Many "hard" resets and nothing. Many phone calls to some other country and no help at all. We have since cancelled service, requested a refund for 3 months of service paid for, all on time and no reponse or help at all. Credit asked for was denied with no explanation. Called and finally was able to speak with a human somewhere in the world. Said my request for refunds were denied and had gone to the hightest level in the company. Not sure where to go from here. Since cancelling Xfinity service and just streaming all is good. Not sure how many hours we have into trying to get service, phone calls, technitions at the house. Frustrated that a business like this can stay in buusiness. ***************** NOT AT ALL!!!!

I was told by Comcast that I would get a gift card for the inconvenience. I went through. It was a billing issue that got resolved and was resolved. They said I can come back and get a gift card. But I kept being transferred to different agents all day just saying hey we can help you. But they never did. The last representative told me that the prepaid card we sent to my email in 30 minutes never happened. Now Im coming to you help. Im tired in the next thing Im going to is called corporate and see what they can do

Xfinity/Comcast **** called my home because I have been a loyal customer for over a year and wanted me to see about other services and products they had.I have never had a security camera before and I thought that would probably be nice thing to get.I had to agree for service in order to receive the cameras via ********* a few days they would call me up to set up installations. I waited over a week. They never called me. So, I called them (Red Flag)When I called them, the customer service guy couldnt even tell that I was getting any camera service. They gave me an appointment time and never came nor called me.When I called back to find out what happened to the appointment that they scheduled, I was told that another company called ********* handles the ***************, I called ********* and they told me that it would be $80 per camera and I had 3. Well, I cant afford this cost on top of the monthly fees. I returned these unopened and insured security cameras back to Xfinity in ********, ***I never received service because of installation fees that I was not made aware of when I first agreed to getting this service. The sales *** flat out refused to explain the process in order to hook in a sale for himself. They didnt hold up to their end of the bargain. They flat out lied to me saying that Xfinity would be installing the ********** extra fees were ever discussed. I thought it was part of the monthly fees. That is the definition of the word scam.I returned these unopened cameras, never received service, and refuse to do any more business with these scammers. I would like them to straighten this matter out.

Horrible customer service, they have lied to me, promising me a payoff for my cell phones if we switch, now we are over $3,000 in debt because of this company. They have lied to me since March and didn't resolve anything. I can't believe they allow their employees treat customers that way just to get a sale, and not worry how it actually affects them.
