      I never had Comcast Internet at my new home, but they keep charging me! I've had my bank remove charges but Comcast just keeps on charging me, even though I never activated service at my address.

      I think if there was any other option I would not be with Comcast currently. I have been customer for 7 years and all of a sudden one day they just take away my channels. then I am told that if I want them back I have to pay an additional $40 a month. To cancel cable and just have internet cost me more or near the same amount I was paying for the bundled cable and internet. Who is in charge here. This is a rip off and it's definitely not how you treat customers.

      The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are unable to answer any questions, rude and refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor.
      Clearly their employees have not been trained to read billing statements, understand contract dates, read what their own legal documents state or be polite to paying customers.
      In addition, their internet is slow and constantly dropped service.

      Comcast has the absolute worst customer service! I've had many issues over the years. Today I called them to let them know a $5461 payment was applied to my account but it wasn't mine. I spoke to 3 people and they said they cannot fix it as they insist I sent the payment. I didn't. They said they cannot access the payment information as they don't have it. I asked if they don't have the payment information how do they know it was meant for my account. They said because they verified it but couldn't advise how they verified it. They insist I just forgot I sent the payment and need to check my records. I did and it definitely was not me who sent $5461 when I only owe them $153. I then requested for them to refund it to where ever it came from. They said they can't unless I confirm the account number. Since it's not my payment how would I know the account number???!!!. Seriously, it took an hour and a 1/2 for them to even put a ticket in to see if maybe someone with a brain can figure out how to remove a payment that is not mine from my account. So if you're missing money on your account they probably applied it to mine or someone else's and good luck trying to get that fixed.

      Just putting this out there. Extremely Extremely disappointed with Comcast/Xfinity! My 76yr old father with health issues has no service including phone service since Monday evening. I called them yesterday and was told a tech would be out to reattach the lines from the storm same day. Never happened instead the tech reported the lines fixed. Now after placing him on a wait list for today they are telling me they can’t get anyone out until tomorrow 07/28 morning. Sir/Ma’am did you not hear me say my father has no phone service and your tech messed up. Oh and let me add I have been calling since 9:30.. promised call backs. Received none and there is no one in escalation for me to speak to. Are you kidding me! ??????

      Xfinity, has the worst technical support possible. I only get them to do anything when I contact the CCC and the BBB. They make it impossible to get service because they want you to get frustrated and hang up. Shame on you Xfinity. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU WILL BE ONE OF THE 2500 ONE STAR REVIEWERE. Beware!

      This company is as shady as they come. Charged me an early termination fee when it wasn’t terminated the names on the account were switched.

      Having read a few of the reviews I'm not surprised by my experience. In one word - ABYSMAL. I'm curious if anyone hears back from their own complaints. I was told by three different people something would happen that didn't. They have my money and I don't have my cell phone. And I will never get it. Not sure how I will go about getting my money back based on what I have read. Does Mr. Roberts the 32 year Chairman and CEO have a clue how awful their customer service is? Like many other customers I have spent HOURS on the phone. I've repeated my problem at least 20 times. Where are the notes from the previous eleven people I've spoke with over the last eight days? Will anyone respond to me? One star rating is too high....
