      I made a purchase for Christmas that wa split into several packges. One of the packages was not delivered. Upon looking up the *** status, it stated the order was damaged and discarded and *** had informed the company. There is not live person to speak with. I have sent several emails to get the item resent or a refund. No one has contact me and I only get autmated emails telling me the damaged and discarded status that *** has stated. It seems there is not a live person to read the *** message because the reply emails states the package was damaged and discarded but does not tell me the money will be refunded.

      Snipes USA website to make the purchase *************************************** However, when entering their information the location which I was to pickup my item did not appear. This store is a national sneaker store and this behavior is unacceptable. Also, I looked on my bank statement and it list as Bensalem, ** as the location where the money was deducted from-if that helps.

      We have two options displayed at our checkout.

      Ship to Store is a secure way to receive your package(s). The item has to be shipped to the location of your choice which requires you to still pay the shipping fee if you do not meet the free shipping requirements. Processing time is 3-6 business days plus standard shipping.

      Buy Online Pick Up In-store is same-day or next-day pickup. The item is already at the location of your choice and does not have to be shipped there. Therefore shipping fees are not included in the total price.

      My name is ****** ******** and I placed an order on December 2, 2024 on the SNIPES website and the order # (SNP15086348)that totaled $137.18 it had two items in it, it was split into two shipments and only one item was delivered the other item has still not been delivered. I made the purchase, I paid and they sent me a confirmation email and confirmation number for my order. only to cancel it a few days later and send me a 30% off code with exclusions to purchase something else from the brand/ business store or website.

      I placed an online store pick up for som **** BRAND Airmax 90 for a gift for my niece birthday. when she takes them home the older kids say these shoes are FAKE upon deeper inspection to the quality of the stitching the brown foam thats in the tongue of the shoes that peaks through the white Im like I know **** is not producing this quality of shoe.. Its very upsetting for a whole company to deceive and just take my money and give me fake product without telling me Im receiving a replica/ Fake item the shoe box was also already damage Im not a sneaker person but my older kids are I dont want to exchange for another ********* shoe and if I can ****** something legally Im definitely going to find out cause this should be illegal for a company to deceive and take peoples money. These are definitely not real Nikes. They were priced on sell just like all the REAL shoe stores ******** , ********, Footlocker they were just all OOS. This company knows what they are doing thats why they only offer store credit or exchange and need to be closed down

      I am rejecting this response because:They are now playing games I will just file a civil case because its showing that a package was delivered but when I got to my door it was nothing there out of all 4 pair of shoes I ordered from them how am I only missing the last pair when I tracked the package it tells me that the package was left at the front door I live in ************** Public housing Projects so if they delivered this why didn't anyone knock on my door to at least let me know something was there I am filling a police report as well I'm out of my money and my shoes if I would have known this about ********************** I would have went into the store this is bad for business and yes I replied to the persons email thinking that I would receive my stuff the next day and to my surprise I didn't get anything

      After looking into your account, I can see that you have reported multiple missing packages. Although we only offer one courtesy refund, we have refunded order SNP14261568 in the amount of $169.60 and order SNP14265050 in the amount of $127.19 after the shipping carrier has confirmed both packages were delivered. 

      Unfortunately, Snipes USA is not liable for a package after it has been marked as delivered to the address on file. This means that Snipes USA would not be liable for a lost or stolen package after it has been delivered. We will only reimburse for a missing package if the carrier was unable to deliver the package due to an error or an exception. For this reason, we are unable to issue a refund for this purchase. I recommend filing a chargeback with your financial institution.

      The company asked for pictures which were the same ones I sent to the bbb and I have not received any further response.  I reiterated to them that these shoes are fake and that I do not want the shoes.  With their current policy stating that the box and shoes have to be in good condition to get a refund.  However, I cant get a refund when I received already with a damaged box. If they agree to take the shoes back and box back AND full refund of my money, then I will be satisfied .
