I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is still unsatisfied to me when you have a store that is in my city that has the product I'm looking for & the size. How is it that you're just going to send a return label & be done with your customer wash your hands with this customer when there's one of your locations that has the exact product that I need. How did you as a Company resolve my issue????? You didn't!!!!! As a company you washed your hands with this customer by sending me a return label!!!!!Regards,

My order from SNIPES was marked as delivered, but not received. I reached out to ***, they said there was nothing they could do and I also reached out to neighbors. Still NOTHING. I reached out to customer service, STILL NOTHING. I do have a ring door bell camera and there was no movement at the time of delivery. At first I wanted a replacement because these were intended for a birthday gift, but now I would simply like a full refund. I will not be shopping with the company in the future.Business Response

I still have the sneakers I both my son and the have never been wore can i please exchange the sneakers. I call the **********'s store manager /supervisor several times after I came into the store to return or exchange the sneakers because the sneakers was to small. The sneakers costed me $230.00 and requested a exchanged or store credit for the sneakers. I still have the sneakers brand new never wore or used my child just can not fit the sneakers.Business Response

In an email on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, sent by the Snipes **************** stated " A prepaid return shipping label has been created for your order. Please check your inbox and junk folder for the electronic label from *** Quantum View. Our returns team will process a refund within 5-8 business days of the package being received."The package was dropped off at The *** Store #**** in **********, ** on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 11:40 am. It was received by Snipes in ************, ** on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 10:39 am. The tracking number is 1Z2EF0669090232405. Based upon their email on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, "Our returns team will process a refund within 5-8 business days of the package being received." Therefore, I should have received my refund on or before Wednesday, September 18, 2024 (I did not include the weekends as business days).I reached out to Snipes **************** regarding my refund of $144.16 and have yet to hear from them or receive my refund. In the supporting documents, you will find the Drop-off package receipt, a copy of the Proof of Delivery, a copy of the packing slip and a copy of the return label.Business Response

On September 15, 2024 I ordered two pair of shoes from snipes. My order number is SNP13990197. I only received one pair of shoes and I ordered two! And no it has nothing to do with delivery. I was there to receive the package in hand, the moment it arrived at my door. I only received one pair. The package stated 1 of 1! Meaning only one was sent out for me and my address. *** informed they had nothing else on the truck for me. So why does it state both were delivered when both were not. I am requesting a refund for the pair missing please. Which totaled to $106.20. I received the low dunks (which arrived dirty)And I am missing the campus 00. Please help. I submitted an order through **********************. Order Number: SNP13953883. I immediately recognized that the website automatically entered the shipping address instead of duplicating the billing address within seconds of the order's processing. The billing address is the same as my residential address and shipping address. I have not resided in the location where the order has been being delivered for many years, and it is not my residence. I promptly received an email response from SNIPES USA, informing me that the shipping address had been updated and that the order would be delivered.Nevertheless, despite SNIPES USA, *** continues to display a shipping address that is not mine. ************* informed me that the issue has been resolved. Subsequently, I promptly notified SNIPES USA via email that *** was transporting the item to a location from which I would never receive it. The second ******** responded significantly harsher, and they did not attempt to rescind the order or modify the address. I requested that they rectify the situation once more. I require the urgent cancellation and refund of this order. I will include the email from SNIPES that declares that the item is being shipped to the correct address, even though it is not.Business Response

Once an order has been made it is not guaranteed that we can update or modify any part of the order. The only solution to this inquiry was to issue a refund which was processed on 9/17/2024.

Aug 25 2024 i went in snipes ************************************************************************************************* and bought two pairs of sneakers for my kids back to school the sneakers totaled to ****** I swiped my card the machine didnt work I swiped a few times more per the customer service person still didnt work I eventually got tired and paid in cash only to get home to see I was charged on my card for the purchase. My wife was told by a snipes representative last Friday sept 6th 2024 that he had no problem making an exchange with an online purchase but we couldn't make it in so we decided to go on Saturday sept 7th 2024 so when we went the service was horrible period I don't know how they train the young ones on customer service skills they don't do a good job and the exchange never happen so I'm on better business bureau to let them know about how snipes treat there customers period and don't support them in near future SERIOUS!!!!Business Response
