      I purchased 2 pair of shoes from this website it says it was delivered but never got them I called customer service got a answering machine never received a phone call back never received a email from them I want my 240.00 back this is just crazy how they can take money and not give a refund I won’t stop until I talk to someone for my refund

      I email and call them several times to cancel my order since it will not arrive on Christmas day. Unfortunately, I don’t received any response and got shocked because they proceed the delivery. It stresses me so much. I just want a cancellation and refund for my order.

      I ordered a pair of wrong-size shoes by mistake online. When I turned to customer service, it said that I could not cancel my order before it shipped out but I can return it after it was shipped, which would lead to a cost of twice time shipping fees, which can be avoided. It's such a ridiculous policy! This shop doesn't care about their customer's needs and the customer service works like robot! It's really annoying!

      I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son for Christmas. They still have not shipped and I have emailed snipes customer service and even tried calling customer service and their recording says they are either having technical issues or leave your number for someone to call you back. No one has called backed or responded to my email. I also called the corporate office and the recording says to hit 5 for customer service and the phone rings busy then hangs up. I even tried calling numerous stores and their phones just keep ringing. This has been such a frustrating and disappointing experience with Snipes. This is my first and last time purchasing from them!!!

      Worst Customer Service Policy. I was unable to change the boots size of my order. I was informed that changing my order was against policy. Therefore, I have to wait for the delivery of my order then send it back. I attempted to cancel my order . I was told that once an order is placed online it can't be cancelled. I will never shop online with this company

      I ordered 2 pair of shoes for my son getting A great report card Wednesday 11/02. I have not reviewed any information about my shipment and it’s been over a week. When I spoke to a supervisor I asked for a $10.00 credit since the Timbs I ordered with the 6 ring Jordan’s was “Not in stock” Yet I see the Timbs on their website EVERYDAY w my son size!!! The supervisor emailed me a 10% off the snipe’s website, which was a slap in the face when I went to the site it offered every new customer 10% off so basically she played me like she was helping yet I’m still inconvenienced and out of the product I ordered. Today is 11/11/22 and I have yet to hear anything about my shipment. When I asked customer service for a refund she said “she will try her best” since the order has already been placed it’s hard to refund, Now I’m stuck w no shoes and out of money. This is NOT a good place to shop online!!

      I placed an order with this company on August 19,2022. The confirmation of order email states ‘SNIPES processes orders Monday through Friday. If you placed your order after normal business hours, your order will begin processing the next business day’. It is now the 27th of August,2022 and I have yet to see any progress with my order. It still is unfulfilled, no shipping, no processing. I have tried reaching out the the 800 number during business hours several times, and cannot even get it to ring, then after business hours I get a message to call back during business hours. I’ve tried from several different numbers. I have reached out using the sites email option twice and have not gotten a response. I’ve even tried reaching out to them using the Facebook business page, messenger, there is no reply from this company. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this business. I will be taking action.

      If I could give them no stars I would. I went to exchange shoes that was defective and they said they can't take it back because the shoes spray, that the sold me with the shoes. Messed up the shoes. Why would you sell it to me if it can't go on the shoes? Even before applying the spray, there was a plastic piece detached from the shoe. ****** ain't supposed to have no defects. But it did. They said if I didn't spray the protective spray, that they sold me with the shoes, on them then they would have been able to take them back so they could fix them and resell them. They should not be resold but just trashed. To make matters worse, the manager, Wilmary, she says, came out and did not address me but just stood there and looked at me until I asked if she was the manager. She was very rude, but not as rude as the girl, ******* behind the counter who told me to shut up, and I don't need to know her name, and a bunch of swearing in the background. I even asked the manager what ******** name was but she was reluctant to tell me until I mentioned calling the corporate office, which is next. They tried to make it seem like I was scaming them, but I work too hard and get paid more than them to even waste my time to try to scam. My hard earned money was worth going back in to get a pair of good shoes my money paid for. They need to get fired. I would like to mention that their was 1 young man ( he knows who he is, I wish I got his name, but can point him out) that was very sincere through the whole time and after. He should be the manager. Thank you to him who was the only professional person there. I hope you get promoted. What they failed to realize is that I was about to buy 2 more pair of sneakers at that time as well, but their disrespect attitudes towards me made me choose otherwise. I'm not going to blame the company, because I never experienced workers like this in any other Expressions, I just blame those individuals. You should be ashamed of yourselves
