      I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes from snipes on 12/10/22, spending over $200. On 12/23/22 one pair of shoes was delivered and it is now 1/11/23 and the other shoes have not been delivered. Outside of not receiving the shoes, I have been charged three times for the shoes, and continue to keep pulling money from my account.

      Worst CS experience ever and I work in CS !!! Placed an order around the date of 12/6/22. Received email confirmation that my order was placed and that I should receive shipping info soon. 2 weeks later nothing. So I reached out via phone and received a prompt saying you will receive a call back and or asking to email. So I did both. No response to email. Then received an email a week ago saying order preparring to ship ....Then yesterday 1/10/23 after sending multiple new emails finally received a call from CS saying I'm getting a refund because the shipper made an error ??? I asked for a manager and was denied and told no manager ??? So if that is true they have no available cs manager ??? Red Flags. I have not seen the refund post yet and have been waiting over a month for resolve. I purchase thousands of dollars of merch from snipes USA competitors and never once encountered a problem like this. Shop at footlocker / champs / flotation/ nike / but don't deal with Snipes USA unless you want them to hold your money and lie to you !

      I placed and order online but i did not get free shipping like they advertised. I immediately called to cancel my order but they will not answer the phone, i have been calling almost daily for 10 days now and I really want to cancel this order. All the answering machine says is that they are having technical difficulties. I have also attempted to send email but they will not respond. I received one item but it is damaged as well. Somebody please help, this is unacceptable.

      Do not order from this business!! Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and have not received anything! Not even a tracking number which they said would be sent. They took money out of my account but have not sent anything. I’ve sent emails and they haven’t responded. I’ve called their customer service and you wait on hold 20 minutes and an automated machine says they can’t answer and they just hang up! Do not order!!

      I purchased 2 pairs of sneakers for my toddler . I only received one pair . Unable to get through to anyone . I’ve sent numerous emails with no respond …. This company basically robbed me of my money …

      I ordered five items from Snipes on the 18th of December. They managed to send two of my orders and completely went silent. I have called and sent out emails with no response from their customer care team. My order number is SNP06497404.

      I had the worst customer service experience in this location (330 M.L.K Jr ****** The manager on-site was very rude, disrespectful and not helpful or resourceful. She did not disclose her name to us. There were items in the store that were for sale but we were told they are not able to sell us the items. We then further asked for the manger to check another location. The manger send us to another location in a different city (**********) which this store is permanently closed. I asked her to confirm with the other location. She informed me she could not do that. I went to the other location and the manager picking up what was left in the store that was permanently closed since 12/24/2022. I asked if all stores knew about this location being closed and he said yes. I dont believe this was right and the way the manager from the Roxbury location handled it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This happened today 12/26/2022.
