      Many of the Pittsburgh sites are just unsafe. Takes 4-5 days to get prescription meds. If it is an emergent med- you are out of luck. Retail sites never answer the phone. I tried to have our overdue prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy so we could get them timely and no one ever answered the phone. I could not get the transferred. I can’t even say customer service is poor. It is non-existent. Even if you file a complaint- no one ever reaches out. One star review is too many- they deserve a no star review.

      I went to Rite Aid location at ****** ***** ** **** ******** ***** ****** ****** ** ***** ****** ******. I was trying to pay with apple pay and the cashier who is a lady looks like she is 17-18 yr old. She was so mean without any reason. I was asking for help why apple pay is not working if the machine is not working so that I can pay with card. I have worked in retail before. So being a cashier, I know when someone is having a bad day. I was trying to be nice and asked if you are having a bad day may be to cheer her up. She goes straight to another cashier and says i am confusing and go and help me in a very rude manner. All i asked was if she having a bad day and she refused to help me with apple pay. Please rite aid, give your cashier a little bit of customer service training.

      Sent me 4 damaged baby wash bottles and refunded me for 1. I called about 5 times and sent several emails with photos. The worst customer service ever.

      This complaint is for location: 2585 main st in Buffalo NY. I have submitted a complaint directly to through rite aids website once before over 2 yrs ago. This location is the closest to our house which is why we have to use as last resort. This incident was the final draw. Script sent to pharmacy at 9:30 AM from hospital. Came to pick it up at 1:20 PM and was told it isn't ready. Told rep I will wait for it to be ready, she says pharmicist is going on lunch and won't be back until after 2 PM and will text when it is ready. Told rep medecine is for post surgery, reps answer was, "i dont know what i can do about it". I Do not recommend providing business to this location.

      Thank you to Ryan, Rhonda, Eleanor, Gary and Janh for their wonderful assistance in helping me with my reward card.
      They are all incredibly talented and so generous in helping their customers.
      Also want to mention Elvia from Pennsylvania for upgrading my account.
      I live in San Mateo California.
      They are all my very favorite people ????
      Rite Aid has the best people and best store.

      I have severe Rhuematoid arthritis and need pain medication which has been filled by Rite Aid for years. In the past few months or so every time I take my prescription to be filled, there seems to be a new rule or something to not fill. I can understand if you are new but they see me ALL THE TIME. I took the same prescription to another pharmacy and it was ready in 20 minutes. I will be transferring my business elsewhere. They are not god.

      Rite Aid discriminated against people with mental health problems with full time jobs by banning prescriptions from tele-health services. The reason I sought care through telehealth is due to always working full time and the stigma against adults with ADHD. It is disgusting the way they handled this issue along with CVS and Walmart. Leaving people to continue to struggle is absolutely appalling.

      ugh!!!! yuck!!!!
      not helpful at ALL!
      First of all The pharmacist completely ignored me. Didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I had to knock on the window and still continued to ignore me. So annoying and RUDE!
      Three of their staff members were in the front talking, when asking a question about a product they gave vague verbal directions, and instead of walking me towards the product (No one was in the store) only to find nothing similar to the product I wanted.
      You can tell its mediocre check in-check out type of job for them.
      Save a negative experience and go to Safeway. There is better customer service and you can avoid the dismissal of your needs.
