      Rite aid on Mcglaughlin Pharmacy leaves phone off hook. Will not answer phone at all, even if you call store and ask to be transferred. They will not fill scripts until you are actually there, in line, and Tell every customer to come back 'in several hours' literally the worse place to fill a prescription! This is an ongoing issue.

      The worse customer service. Will not answer phone and have 1 excuse after another. The Pharmacy says they're 4 days behind for the last 3 months. So glad to be changing Pharmacy.

      The Rite Aid in Paradise, CA 95969 is truly in need of some revaluation. After they sent my prescription to be delivered by DOORDASH, they misplaced my prescription and sent me on all these different phone calls to have ME try and resolve it through their subcontracted agency they use for RX delivery (customer is never informed its transported by Doordash and not a Rite Aid member). Well turns out nobody on their pharmacy team communicated where my prescription was, finally somebody called me and said it was sitting on their back counter and is ready for pickup. I go to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy clerk SHOUTED towards her coworkers asking if they have seen my *input RX name here* leaving the general public in line behind me to know all my business. Last time I checked that would be a HIPAA violation. So incredibly uneducated, and unprofessional. I am not sure how the staff here ever passed a background check. I am never trusting them with my information again. Finally switching pharmacies.

      Store number 05307.
      I went to this store to purchase some dental wax for a broken tooth. Spent 20 dollars in the store.
      Went to use the restroom to install the wax I just purchased in the store.
      The.men's room was locked but the woman's restroom was unlocked, open and empty.
      I went in, closed and locked the door and began fixing my tooth when an associate named Dee, threw open the locked door and demanded I leave immediately because "I am not a woman ".
      When I explained that the men's bathroom was locked... she didn't offer to open it or let me finish.
      She just kept saying "you are not a woman and that I had to get out. ".. over and over again.
      I was treated terribly and for no reason.
      All of this because an associate doesn't approve of my sex...

      I work in Hospitals so I have to get Vaccines for Hepatitis
      I originally had an appoint confirmed by Rite Aid online for Friday September 2nd 2022 at 6:45pm PST at Rite Aid 981 Medford Center Medford Oregon.
      I show up at 6:30 and after a short wait without any acknowledgement of my presence for nearly 7 minutes, I was told "there is a problem".
      Apparently they had run out of vaccine and could give me the shot.
      I left disappointed since they should have called me and told me that they had to cancel my appointment. They never did.
      I did get the first round of shots on September 7th 2022 at this location
      I month later I set a confirmed appointment for the second round of shots for today Saturday October 15th at 11:40 am. I arrived at approxiamately 11:30 am to be left standing for at least 4 minutes wihtout any acknolwedgement. Then when I informed them I had an appointment for 11:40am the pharmacist told me " I am on my own to I am going to have to cancel you or reshcedule you"
      This is unacceptable. I have confirmed appointments on two occasions and was unable to complete them
      This has caused me undue worry as I am concerned that I wont be safely vaccinated and I am also out of pocket for two extra trips to the store.
      I have also lost valuable time travelling for cancelled appointments.
      I had to reschedule two of my clients so that I could make these appointments and it is really inconvenient for both me and my clients
      This is unacceptable business practice and I demand an apology from Rite Aid.

      72nd st. Tacoma store was the best around.. Have become insufferable.Auotomated script,unsent to Dr. Unable at EVERY attempt to reach via phone,then store closed..8 attempts,without reaching to pharmacy! It's now the worst place to get medication. Will go elsewhere from this point. What a miserable experience they provide!

      Terrible experience. Needed medications refilled before vacation, but they wouldn't refill because their pharmacist quit. Get back to work!!!

      Dysfunctional phone technology cycles pharmacy callers into loops back to start. When you call corporate, it says "To speak to a customer care agent, please press 5 but when you press 5, the bot voice says "incorrect input!" The Rite-Aid I use and the corporate office seems to do everything it can to keep consumers away from being able to talk with a pharmacist. The Rite-Aid on Golden Mile Highway in the Plum area outside of Pittsburgh has been notified of this several times, but the problem persists. If you call the store itself, after going through the dysfunctional loop several times, they will tell you that they will directly notify the pharmacy and then you sit on hold listening to obnoxious annoying music for incredibly long times...like they forgot about you. I began typing this complaint after spending approximately an hour trying to reach the pharmacy just to know if the medication my doctor office said they ordered several days ago is ready yet or what the problem is in preparing the medication for me.
      When I didn't hear from Rite Aid after several days, I tried to call and have had to put up with this dysfunction again. I'm supposed to take the medication daily but I can't get it. Most of the pharmacists at this store are professional but the store itself, and the corporation, is about as unprofessional as one can be.

      Rite aid is automatically adding the Childrens charity to just about all purchases without asking the customer. This has happened to my children multiple times and it happened to me and there is no way to remove it yourself . You would have to have an employee to do it. I think this is wrong and they should fix this issue.
