Inmates in ****************** are buying packages from Aramark. They are taking their money, but the inmates are not receiving what is supposed to come in the packages. Inmates have to wait weeks to receive missing items. When making a complaint to Aramark supervisors, nothing is being done. I am writing to formally file a complaint against Aramark/Vestis regarding a series of ongoing issues that have resulted in a breach of our service agreement and have caused substantial disruption to our operations. Over the course of our relationship with Aramark/Vestis, we have experienced repeated failures in service fulfillment. Garments that were ordered as part of our contract have frequently gone undelivered, leaving our team without the necessary uniforms to perform their work. In addition, we have been charged for garments that were not lost by us, without any substantiating evidence or justification provided by the company. Moreover, we have experienced consistent discrepancies between the uniforms turned in for laundering and the garments returned to us. This has resulted in a cumulative shortage of inventory and operational inefficiencies. Despite raising these concerns with company representatives, the issues remain unresolved. Most critically, Aramark/****** has engaged in a continuous pattern of charging us for garments and services that were not included in our original agreement. These unauthorized charges constitute a clear breach of contract and have persisted despite our attempts to address them directly. We have had no benefit of a contract, and have lost faith in ***** a resolution, we are not solely seeking reimbursement or restitution for past issues. Rather, we are also requesting that our account be restored to its status prior to the commencement of the current contract, with all charges halted and no penalties applied. This will allow us to terminate the relationship without further obligation and provide us with thirty (30) days to find a suitable replacement vendor. We respectfully ask for the Better Business Bureaus assistance in facilitating this resolution so that we may end this contract cleanly and without further financial impact.Initial Complaint

On March 29 I attended a concert at the ****************************** and purchased 4 ****** Lites at $13.46 a piece and 2 Bold Rock ciders at $14.59 a piece. However, I was charged for 6 ****** Lites and 3 Bold Rock ciders. I have been in contact with the company since April 2 about the overcharges. I have emailed one staff member for this company over the past month trying to get my money back. They finally said that I would be reimbursed, as it was a technical issue. Vestis is a uniform delivery service, we have a service agreement with them that details the quantity and style of items we should be receiving on as a part of our weekly delivery. With their service they claim that our shirts are our inventory. In our case we have 230 on our service agreement for our inventory. I have been requesting transparency on our inventory because our weekly deliveries have continuously been less than half of our inventory, this would be "okay" if we had remaining inventory on hand, however when you total the weekly soiled shirts that are returned, the clean shirts delivered and add in the shirts that are currently in use by the staff we are often about 20-25% under in inventory. I have emailed and sent certified mail in Feb to express my dissatisfaction with their service. Their ** has reach out to commit to improvements and to follow up in 2 weeks. Despite my willingness to provide details and problem solve the the issue they continue to make false promises, under deliver and charge our account full price for their service. I have requested to end our service agreement and they have threatened legal review. At this point I would like for them to allow us to end our service agreement without any penalty. I do think we are entitled to financial reimbursements due to underdelivering but still invoicing at full price, but this is not my main objective.Initial Complaint

My husband is currently incarcerated and Aramark company ***** offers for inmates families to send them fresh hot meals like salad, pizza and hott wing at an absorbent price. They take the families money and NEVER provide the inmates with their meals. It's been almost 2 months and my husband still hasn't received either of the meals I ordered. This company was canvassing the area after the January 7, 2025 fires in ********. We asked them to survey and on January 11, 2025 ServiceMaster came and inspected and proceed to take pictures and said he would contact our insurance rep. ** left and came back in 20 minutes and said he got approval from our State Farm Insurance and left an air scrubber. I told them its not approved yet and why are they leaving the machine. We asked them to pick it up the next day and we got a call from them and said we were holding their equipment. We then got a bill from them for $334.40 for the survey and equipment and because they didn't get the job they are charging us. They are scamming people. And they have called to bother us about this bill and emailed also. I told them this is through our insurance and it wasn't an emergency call. We did not pay this bill. Aramark is contracted with the Missouri prison system. My son is incarcerated at the ******************************************. For the past 2 months, the dishwasher has been broke and they are washing dishes in large garbage cans with toilet bowl brushes. This is not only disgusting, it is unsanitary and poses a serious health risk. Yes these are prisoners, but they are still human beings with families who care for them. If this company does not want to spend the money to fix their broken equipment, they need to leave and let another company take over. This is going to the local news as well!!Initial Complaint

I ordered my brother an entre of chicken tenders and nachos from Aramark's **************. It was to be delivered to him hot, but was not. Their icaregifts entres are served to an inmate population in *******'s *************************: this particular order was delivered by Aramark staff at ***********************************. Hot meals are to be served at serving temperatures,i.e. 135 degrees f. When that temperature is not maintained, food is at HIGH risk of contamination. And my brother's meal had been received at such dismally low temperatures this Wednesday at ***********************************.Initial Complaint

I booked a reservation on 3/20, for the nights of 3/21 and 3/22. The next morning (the day of the stay), I received a confirmation email, followed by two cancellation emails. There was no contact number to call on the emails, website, or ****** listing, so I understood the communications to mean I did NOT have a reservation for that night, and booked an alternative hotel. For context, this is a national park lodge that has minimal operations in the off season. On Monday, I received an email asking about my stay, and I noticed that the charge was completed on my credit card.The lodge is now refusing to refund me, saying the reservation was non refundable, and pointing out that there were minor differences in the confirmation numbers in the three emails I received. I only booked one reservation, and I did not cancel it. Their faulty system should not cost me $530.
