      This letter outlines the deficiencies we have experienced with Aramark, and why we should be released from the contract: Our Sales Rep told us that the contract was standard and that if the service didn't work for us, we could terminate it at any time. Aramark took 6 weeks to get us onboarded, the rep claimed that Aramark needed the time to order new black towels for us and to add us to the rotation; We specifically requested, and were promised, black towels; The towels we were receiving once the service started were poor quality, and not black. I reached out to our service rep about this on 9/27/23, to which I never received a reply. The delivery person explained to my business partner that Aramark was experiencing a shortage of the black towels, and that he would do what he could, but has no control over what is available. We agreed to try to be patient with this. However, the quality of the towels is inconsistent and often so threadbare you can see through them, have rips, tears, and holes, and are pre-stained. As a result of all of this, on Dec. 1, 2023, I reached out to Aramark customer service via email to give our notice and never received an official reply. Only after probing, was I given the number for the regional manager for help to terminate our contract, who then told me he has no authority to end our contract. We made numerous requests via email and text: (12/1/2023, 12/7/2023, 12/19/2023, 12/21/2023 and 12/27/2023) to cancel service and be released from our contract as of January 1, 2024 which is 30 days after my initial request for termination.

      To whom it may concern:I have visited *********************************** (****) in Carlisle, IN several times to visit a childhood friend I met in ****************************** *************************, aka *****. Doc #******. In two of my visits, I have lost $7+ in your vending machines located in the *************** When a guest, such as myself, uses these machines and there is a problem, there is no one on-site who can help or open the machine and provide the intended product. In my last visit on Tue, Dec. 26, 2023, my 92-year old mom gave me her quarters to purchase items. The 1st machine to the left with sandwiches, took my $4. I turned the carousel to the desired ham and cheese grilled sandwich. The door halfway opened and I never got another chance to retrieve the item. The staff, ************, told me that I had lost my $4. In my last visit with my mom to see *****, I was told I could bring $20 in quarters, and make my purchases. I bought 5 items and then was told I could only purchase 3. They kept the other 2.The officer told me that I could not give the other 2 items of the 5 I had purchased. I could not take them with me and my inmate, *****, could not receive them. Therefore, I lost an additional $3+. I do not know if someone ate them or if they were given back to your company to place back in the machine or what. I am requesting a refund or at least a $7+ credit to provide something from your grill at **** to gift to ***** please.Thank you in advance...*********************** ***************************************************************************** ************** ************************

      We entered into a contract with Aramark back on 08/25/2020 for restaurant supplys such as towels and mops billed weekly. Throughout the contact there have been several instances where service was not provided but we were still billed. We reached out to our area manager and general customer service but nothing was resolved. There was a point where we had 3 weeks of no services provided but we were still billed. The area manager tried to negotiate with us and get us to still pay for a week or two since they did not want to credit us. We have timestamped camera footage showing missed deliveries, calls, text messages, and emails showing we reached out but was ignored and never responded to. We finally received a response from *************************** giving us two options. 1 allow for the 30 day service guarantee or 2 if the guarantee was refused the. We would need to buy out the contract. They requested we sent a certified letter requesting cancelation which we have confirmation they received but yet again no response from anyone at Aramark. We are still getting billed without any service being provided and cannot get this issue resolved.

      This company did not refund my money after being unable to deliver two packages to my daughter. The total being $76.37. I did not realize that my money had not been refunded until after they sent a IT error email to me saying they delivered it several months later when they claimed to have delivered it to a facility my daughter was not in. After calling them to receive my refund they refused to refund it because the time was up to get my money back. BUT I should have automatically received a refund when the package was undeliverable, as that is how it has happened before. Taking advantage of folks who are trying to help their loved ones in jail is absolutely unacceptable. If my daughter should be incarcerated again I will not use this service and she will suffer. Unacceptable behavior from Aramark. They owe me a refund.

      We are supposed to get the mats/carpet delivered to our store every week. But since October, we did not get them delivered until now. We've been having this issue for years but this is the first time where they will just ignore us for months and charging us for mats/carpet services we did not received. Also sending us emails for not paying them for the products/services we did not received. Also they would forge signature saying we received the mats. Please refer to "Text Message (1) & Text Message (2)" for text messages between us and the Aramark salesperson. Beside this current issue, we also had wrong invoice charged to us for 6/14/2023. We contacted them numerous time but this invoice was never canceled/voided and now they are telling us we are late for the payment.       Aramark has sent another email for the wrong charges with notification of discontinuing the service that we deserve. Aramark has not solved this issue. The wrong charges are still visible on our account.

      WE have been attempting to cancel our contract with aramark uniform services. We contacted them 3/1/2021 canceling our contract 30 days prior to the end of our contract. They claim this was never received. We have attempted to send cancelation letter via certified letter, this was refused. Per their service contract we are to be delivered new mats bi-weekly. This didn't happen since 2001 at one of our locations and they just resumed this service last week. Although they charged us for their service and have been paid. We have asked for our quantity of mats to be reduced numerous times with our representative AND their superior on 2 occasions and this has yet to be performed.       Armark has been charging us for 3 carpet rentals that are not theirs. They are also charging us for cleaning 6 carpets but only cleaning 3

      Within past 12 months, the service of this company was totally as bad as it could be. We have their towels/napkin service delivery every week. However, in the past year, we had been through random delivery date, always overcharge( not charge on contract price until now), and manager was changed three times. Horrible customer service, every time we called, customer service just simply say we need find local manager. Also, there was no problem solving, the manager’s promise never ever make it. They even don’t tell us how to cancel the service or I would like to say they don’t us to cancel so they just ignore us and move us around between departments. One another important thing, I had been paying invoices by their online portal, somehow they automatically start auto-charge me without authorization and it is also overcharged. Nobody from this company could come out and solve the issue. And we feel we haven’t been treated as a customer. Most important thing, I think they are kind of integrated with another company right now, I was not select AUTO PAY for past 12 months, I always paid by myself through their online portal. Somehow, three weeks ago, they are start to AUTO CHARGING me without any authorization. The reason I always paid online by myself was they always billed me wrong amount, I can pay my responsibility through online portal. I will upload all evidence.

      My business, ******************* (account #**********, has used Aramark for several years (since 2018) to provide linens and uniform services. We've never been able to have consistent communication with our customer service rep ******************************* and they would often drop bags of linens outside our restaurant at early morning hours, unsecured. They never once stepped foot inside our restaurant (as they delivered outside business hours) but still charged us a restroom service fee (around $60) for years. We've tried to communicate with our service rep and had no contact back. we chose to go with a new provider a couple months ago and let them know we would no longer need their services. they still persisted in delivering linens (which we have in storage now) and sending us bills without other communication. When we finally did get ahold of our service rep he told us that we had an automatic contract renewal (nothing we authorized) and we would have to pay for breach of contract and all the linens we had delivered since we tried to cancel. We were told that he would not give us contact information for anybody in a position to further discus the matter. We contacted the main office and asked to speak with someone who could resolve the issue and left a phone number for a general manager. We've had no further contact since. I want the contract terminated, I would like them to pick up their unwanted linens, and I would like someone to talk to name about this matter.
