      This company will literally have you do 5 separate interviews over 6 weeks. That is expected for a General Manager position.The lousy part is that they 100% ghost you after that. The District Manager and Regional Manager tell you that you will hear "next week" then completely ghost you. No call, no text, not even an email.....Nothing!I find out that someone was promoted from within. At least be professional enough to inform someone you had meet over a dozen people over this amount of time.If anyone runs across a District Manager named *****, he won't respect you enough to keep you informed.

      Please consider taking your business elsewhere as the "service" this company provides to their customers is solely transactional and does not include quality control or communication whatsoever. I have withdrawn my company's business because after several attempts to seek resolution to my issue and asking to be helped by literally anyone besides ****, I have been redirected back to him. **** ******* is argumentative, dismissive, and has siloed the system so that issues are not able to be escalated. He told me today that the only reason he answered my call is because he thought I was a tech calling him back, and then he hung up on me. I have asked repeatedly to be contacted by ****** supervisor (who has conveniently been on vacation throughout this issue's tenure). Apparently, the process to cancel an account "takes some time," meanwhile, I can't seem to get ANY communication from anyone at Aramark about an expected timeline of when I can have materials picked up, or when I can expect this headache to end.

      Worst company I've ever worked for! Worked 2 days then got a *** not return after all the terrible things I heard them do. They had a manager get fired because the other *** told on him to become manager. Then that same *** had me not comeback was the one bragging about how he video taped the *** without his consent! Also he is trying to have all woman work and not men for the ***********! I already reported this to the state of ** and the temp agency they go through. This is discrimination plain and simple!

      Theyve not delivered and have stolen fund from our account for ******************** not provided. Worst customer service. Sporadic on showing up for deliveries and pickup. Different driver often. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

      If I could give zero stars, I would.This experience has been one of the worst Ive had with any service provider. The sales *** reeled me in with promises of nearly 50% savings over my current mat and towel provider. He also claimed they could clean and rotate the mats behind my barsomething they dont normally do, which impressed me.Unfortunately, thats where the positives ended. It took weeks to receive any service at all. When items did arrive, they were frequently missing or out of stock. I gave them chance after chancefor eight monthshoping things would improve.Over that time, I saw seven different delivery drivers. I started paying close attention when I was being invoiced for products that never arrived. I was told someone would deliver the missing items "tomorrow," which rarely happened.The real red flag came when I held a staff meeting to ask why invoices missing items had been signed. My entire team said they never signed anything. I pulled my last nine invoices and was shocked to find the delivery drivers had been forging signaturessigning names like ***** **** and ***.I ***orted this to the fourth service manager Id been assigned and made it clear I wouldnt be paying for items fraudulently signed for. I even sent a certified letter canceling the contract due to driver fraud. In response, they sent a threatening letter, insisting I was still locked into a contract and claiming no responsibility for their drivers *********** I wait to see how far they want to push thisfor a $115/week contract.

      This company gave us a a contract with wrong information on the contract. they actually listed a competitions business on the contract. When asked where they got this fraudulent information the sales team said they got it from google not from something I had filled out. When we asked to stop service they threatened to send their legal team after US!!!!! This company is a complete sham and is determined not give any services but to collect fees and legal actions. This Company deserves to be class action sued from every person who has ever had any contact with them. We will never recommend or do business with this horrible disgusting company and recommend every one else do the same

      I had 2 contracts with Aramark: One for Coffee; One for Vending. Aramark pulled the vending contract, citing that it wasn't successful. (This was a contract where they kept 100% of revenue). When they pulled the vending services, they sent me an $11,000 bill. When I disputed the bill, they pulled my coffee services (separate contract) in retaliation. When I called the company to vocalize my concerns, they told me that's the way they do business, and that they'll escalate the issue to their legal team. They terminated the contract, then tried to penalize me. THEN they pulled a separate contract in retaliation. THEN they had the audacity to tell me they'll send their legal team after me? This is unacceptable behavior from a company who doesn't really know how to do business, it would seem.

      Aramark frost bank center ***** ******** and ******* B are racist and very unprofessional. Our organization were volunteers and treated like animals. Never were we showed any Dignity or respect. Racial slurs and harassment by leadership. To be a volunteer and a minority organization to be treated like its 1940. People of color shouldnt work for this company until leadership is replaced by someone that dont see color!!

      Worst company to work with. Tried canceling our service it has been a 2 month process so far, and now we find out today that we have more steps to do. To me that is just crooked and theft to not return calls and keep charging for service.

      Absolutely the worst Uniform Company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my 40 plus years in the automotive industry. We are under contract for them to provide services they refuse to provide and yet bill us for each and every week. Now they insist on fighting the contract instead of ackowleding their failure to provide the service we are paying to receive. Run far and fast from their corrupt way of doing business.Update: 06-24-24 Now the ** has emailed me to threaten legal action on our company. Wow, they owe us money and refuse to provide the services we are charged and all we are trying to get is what is owed to us and get out of the contract becuae they can't provide service. Unbelievable company, I guess that explains the *** rating from the Better Business Bureau.
