We have had an ongoing issue with service/communication with Aramark. They did not complete service from November 2022- July 2023 and charged us for service. We reached out to *********************** and have struggled to remain in contact with him. We sent 60 days-notice regarding lack of service, per the contract. It has now been over 60 days, and we have yet to receive service. We sent 30-days' notice on 9/29 - which they have not acknowledged.

Written below. Very unprofessional company. I had reserved a cabin for 2 nights, confirmed and deposit paid. Months later when I called to make sure all was set, I am informed that they changed companies and somehow in that transition I got put into a motel room instead of my cabin. They said it was just something that happened during the company transition. Unacceptable! the day before I was to arrive they said I had been placed once again in a cabin. ok, that's great but still SO unprofessional; they should've comp'd me one night's stay for all this trouble. Then on my final folio paperwork I was charged an extra $100 on my credit card for some undisclosed reason, which I still have not heard back from them as to WHY... It has been 5 days. This is a large company (Aramark) but acting very shady.

Aramark has been supplying our business with towels, aprons, rugs and mop covers. I have been using their services long before 2017. In 2017 we renewed a new contract upon their request. As of recent, their service standards have plumeted. Since a few months ago, many issues have arised: (1) they changed their service delivery reps and all of a sudden, deliveries are made whenever instead of the normally scheduled once a week times (2) soiled aprons were delivered that are not laundered (3) towels are not being replaced completely as the rep says he only has limited inventory on hand (4) rugs were not replaced (5) mop covers were out of stock so not replaced as well. I have been in contact with some managers and one specifically has been horrendous to deal with... he (1) accused us of hiding inventory from the service rep (2) accused us of not being happy with the services because we liked the previous rep as somehow we were in chaoots with him providing extra items if we gave him food (we knew the rep for a long time and the rep would purchase food and sometimes my employees would call me and ask if they can give him some extra side items). (3) said we demanded of more inventory than was agreed upon, which is not true. After facing these issues, I just refused to accept the service and now they want to tell me I am in breach of contract as they "automatically" renewed the account and want me to pay a cancellation fee. 2017 - 2023 is 6 years on the new contract with Aramark. We had no issues before this and their services have not been met, it is a breach of contract on their end. They need to stop threatening me with a penalty fee for cancellation and clear my account of the last few charges as services were NOT rendered and terminate the contract.

I am the president of ******************* LLC. I had a contract with aramark uniform that contract was up in August 2023. I contacted aramark to let them know that i was not renewing my contract. i was told that i needed to send in a certified letter stating that. They emailed me the address on where to send it and whom to send it to the "attn" of. That is what i did. As time went on they were still servicing my 2 locations unbeknown to me, and still pulling money from my account. So, i called to find out why i was still being serviced and charged. The person who i spoke to told me that i needed to file some kind of in-house claim to get that resolved. And i did that. Then they sent me an email stating that my claim had been "resolved" ( i still have the emails....all of them), but i was still being serviced and charged. They said that it was because my contract had "rolled over". But i had already sent my certified letter in notifying them that i was not renewing my contract. This seems to me, to be some kind of deceptive practice for a money grab. Again i have all of the corresponding emails regarding this matter if needed to facilitate this process. thank you.

I inquired with Aramark to potentially provide linen service for my small cleaning company. ******, the salesman expressed a great sense of urgency and put pressure on me to sign papers now as he was going to be unavailable for an extended period of time. He met me June1st at a job site, a customers home, while I was very busy and needed me to sign now. I told him I wasnt sure Id be able to afford it long term, what if it didnt work out, if I change my mind, if I need to cut costs again. He told me I can end a service agreement at any time. Its just paperwork. I told ****** that I cannot read a contract right now, and asked if I can trust his summarization which was a complete lie. The product has also been sub par, towels leaving lint on all surfaces we clean, causing numerous customer complaints. Weve tried several varieties and its not working. When I called my d customer service they informed me I am in a one year contract I knew nothing about. I absolutely should have read fine print but I was deceived and lied to. My driver later told me not to throw him under the bus further, but its actually a 60 month contract This past week we received a partial delivery of towels .They did not deliver the towels that leave lint because I had complained but my driver said his boss would leave whatever microfiber towels he had on hand. It was a fraction of normal quantities and we went without Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday. This is breech of contract and caused a huge disruption in flow of business. I had to find a different plan in the meantime and am back to self servicing. Aramark told me it will cost over $18k to cancel my contract. I am a struggling small business owner. I do not want to do business with a company I cannot trust. And the product is not working for us. I just want my service cancelled and I will pay any open invoices. I did not receive any invoices from June to September. Just received my first email last week.

delivery to a correctional institution(Hillsborough county jail) was not completed. order number ******* created in the kiosk was not delivered to the inmate in August 2023. inmate asked for a signed receipt advising that the delivery was completed to inmate. no receipt was provided. inmate was advised as of 09/18/2023 that the delivery was unable to be delivered because the order was under investigation. the inmate is in the medical portion of the facility. The inmate has contacted me on several occasions regarding the status of the delivery he has since received a recent order and prior orders to order number *******. i reached out to your company's representative to verify if my credit card was under investigation and would i need to advise my bank of any issues that someone may reach out to ***** *****? and why would there be a monetary issue since no moneys can change hands with the inmate and any monetary transmission needs to be done electronically and how and why would that be a factor in delivery to the inmate as i asked the represenative and if there was an issue would they not contact law enforcement regarding an investigation and why would they take part in any that would effect my personal account? my questions to the rep who then quoted policy of the inability to discuss the inmates delivery and disconnected the call. how can this company be over soo many facilities and disregard the reason they are in business without anyone overseeing them and ensuring all is being done correctly. remember the reason why they were implemented is because inmates deposits were being mishandled and they are showing no better than the priors who were in charge. there are several complaints regarding this issue and in Florida the State Attorney office does not bode well with any scheme for profit. The inmate needs to receive his delivery for order number ******* and orders going forward as the agreement of payment assures when an order is requested and paid.

      Dear *** *******,

I am responding on behalf of Aramark Correctional Services, LLC (“Aramark”) to the correspondence submitted to the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) by ******* ****** ******, Complaint ID #********, dated September 20, 2023. After careful consideration of ** ******’s complaint, Aramark would like to provide the below response.

Understandably there may be challenges with delivering ***** packages to incarcerated individuals, given the security and strict rules at correctional facilities, particularly in highly restricted areas such as a medical facility, which are outside of Aramark’s control, and which may frustrate delivery of loved ones’ packages. Aramark always strives to deliver ***** packages in a quick and efficient manner; however, we are ultimately subject to each facility’s delivery procedures.

We truly value our customers’ trust and confidence in us, and we endeavor to promptly resolve any concerns. In the event a loved one does not receive their ***** package in a timely fashion, Aramark encourages customers to contact our ***** Support Team, which is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. E.T., seven (7) days a week. For questions regarding refunds, please refer to Aramark’s ***** refund policy,
which is available at the time of purchase and published at: ***********************************.

Thank you for your time and attention to these matters. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at ###-###-#### and **************@aramark.com.

      Sincerely,

                            , Esq.

Started new business(FEB 2023) and signed contract for linen services. Aramark salesman said make sure to get product before cancelling old service. Tried multiple times to get linen product but could never get everything that was promised in the contract. Aramark kicked the can down the road playing phone tag with multiple employees with illness(for months). We spoke with several different people and even cancelled our account with corporate office. July 2023 they want compensation for products that we never received. Saying that contract states we needed to cancel in writing and give 30 days to fix. We couldn't even get anyone to come out or contact us. Why should they get 30 days to fix when they had months.

Aramark uniform services currently has ************************* in collection. I cancelled service after they threatened me into paying $2400 in 2022 for a contract which they breached by not providing the service they promised more often than not, including charging us for periods of time when we were closed due to covid outbreaks. They proceeded to send a rep in to the Post to coerce a sick elderly volunteer who is not authorized to sign contracts into restoring service after I had cancelled. We refused delivery and I spoke with the driver, the district rep, who was subsequently fired, and the home office. I even sent a certified letter with return receipt proof that they received it and was told it would be taken care of on many occasions.I continued to receive threatening phone calls and now a collection agency has picked up where they left off. I can provide the names of 3 other local businesses which have had the same problem with this company. Inasmuch as I am considering filing a lawsuit against the company for the harassment, embarrassment and stress I have personally endured as Finance Officer of ************* **** I will settle for the following; refund of the $2400 they pressured me into paying previously, annul the debt they falsely say we owe currently and expunge the collection activity on our credit report. Please know I tried numerous times to terminate this problem and that I respectfully appreciate any help you can provide.

I am the owner of ****'s **** ****** and have been since September of 2017. My father, ***********************, previously owned this business DBA ****'s **** ******* and aquired services through Aramark Services. We continued to use their services and pay the bills until we, as a business, switched our services to ****** recently. Aramark is claiming that *********************** signed and entered into a contract with them that evidently has no end date and that they have continuously failed to send us a copy of. We have no valid contract with Aramark Services, we have never signed a contract with them as ****'s *** ******* or *************************. ****'s **** ******* is no longer a business and the EIN has been ended. They call our business and hang up when we answer. They have people call and pretend to be customers to see if we are still in business. ****'s **** ****** and ****'s **** ******* WERE NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND DID NOT HAVE THE SAME OWNERS. Two seperate businesses and two seperate owners. We are tired of their continued billing and harrassment and being told this will be resolved and they continue to send bills and ingnore any previous communications.

We have been unhappy with Aramark's continued lack of service while still charging us We complained to Aramark back in April about not providing adequate restroom service. We sent photos of empty dispensers and also communicated to them that after many weeks after not fulfilling their obligations we wanted to cancel the service. We were told that we could not cancel due to our 5 year contract. Afterwards, restroom services stopped altogether in April. Our weekly bill was reduced to $35/ week. But over the last few weeks, our bill increased to $119/week without notice, without restroom services, and without anyone even coming here regularly. No one from Aramark has been here in weeks. The territory manager, ***************************, cannot be reached. ***************************, the rep who signed us up cannot be reached. It seems their is a strategic effort on Aramark's part to bait people into this contract without disclosing the terms, providing poor service, and then making it impossible to resolve the issues because no one can be reached. After I emailed the 'territory manager", he did not even respond to my email. Aramark has been given numerous opportunities to make this right and they keep failing by not providing services and arbitrarily charging us whatever they want without any explanation.
