    I ordered a product from this, https://******************.com/ , online store almost a year ago. The store is decently well known and endorsed by big name celebrities. The order I placed was a pre-order of 5-6 weeks. My order was never fulfilled. I have continuously reached out to support through email and Instagram in order to be refunded only to be ignored most of the time. The few times I have been contacted back they told me they would refund me and never have. I have tried filing through Shopify as well. I can no longer go through my bank as it has been too long.

    I am writing to address a transaction that occurred on April 15, 2023. On that date, I purchased a "Tyler the Creator: Call me when you’re lost mirror" from your Hiphopheaven for a total of $255.00. During the purchase, I was given a clear assurance that the product would be shipped within 5-6 weeks due to its artisanal production process.

    Unfortunately, as of November 5, 2023, I have not received any information regarding the shipment or updates on my order's status. I have made numerous attempts to contact your company, including reaching out through various social media platforms and sending multiple emails to both the general company email and the designated customer support address. Regrettably, I have not received any responses to any of my inquiries.

    Recognizing that HIPHOPHeaven is a small-scale enterprise managed by a single proprietor, I have been patient and understanding. However, I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of communication and professionalism displayed in this matter. The absence of information about the product's production progress and expected shipping date is concerning.

    Furthermore, I have been unable to secure a refund, despite not receiving the product as promised in our contract. This lack of refund options raises concerns about potentially deceptive business practices.

    To provide reference, my order number is ****, and I have meticulous records of all relevant bank statements and receipts related to this transaction.

    I formally request a prompt resolution to this issue, either by immediately shipping the purchased product or providing a full refund of the purchase amount.

    If a satisfactory response and resolution are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, I may have to consider pursuing legal action to protect my consumer rights. I hope we can address and resolve this matter amicably without resorting to such measures.

    I placed an order from HipHop Heaven on January 15, 2023 for a mirror. I was in contact with the merchant who said I would have in approx 6 weeks. I explained I needed by April for a birthday gift and that allowed for plenty of time. When March came around and I had not yet received anything I sent HipHop Heaven an email inquiring on status on March 6. I did not get a reply so I sent them a follow up email on March 30th. Again no response so I reached out via Instagram. He finally replied via Instagram on March 31st and said he was shipping it out the next day and that it would take 4-5 days to get to me and sent me UPS label created confirmation. I reminded him I needed it by mid April. Nothing arrived and I reached out again on April 14th when seeing on UPS site that all he did was create a label on March 31st that never shipped. He did not reply. I messaged him again on April 19th letting him know again I had not received it. He replied on April 21 saying he was sending me a tracking number? By April 27th I had not received anything and my daughters birthday had passed. I asked him to please issue a refund. He did not reply. I checked the tracking number a couple of days later and UPS site showed that shipping was cancelled by merchant. I messaged him and sent him the cancellation and asked when I could expect refund. He replied and said he would send refund that day. I never received the refund so I messaged him on May 1st asking status of refund. He did not reply but I could see he read the message. I messaged him again May 13th and he still wouldn't reply. I tried again yesterday and he has just completely stopped replying. I checked his Instagram and there are several other people that have posted comments asking for their orders too and in similar situations as mine. This seller is fraudulent. They are taking peoples money and then completely ignoring them and stealing their money. This should not be allowed and I would like help with a refund please.
