- Additional Info:On August 9, 2018, BBB met with Thermablaster to discuss complaints received at BBB regarding a thermocouple failure in some Thermablaster products. The company advised that these complaints affect dual fuel wall heaters and gas logs made in 2015 & 2016 ONLY. In these models, consumers may experience premature thermocouple failure. In this scenario, the unit will not stay lit and will require replacement thermocouples. Thermablaster advised BBB that they are actively working on this problem and hope to have a long term solution in the near future.
