    I ordered wedding towels for my wedding in July back in May on June 25 I was told that my order happen canceled because they did not have the towels in stock yet they still charge my card and never sent an email about canceling the order. On June 27 after I sent a screenshot of them billing my account they told me that I would receive a refund in 5 to 10 business days I had already contacted my bank about the situation. This company lied to my bank and told them that they had shipped my order on June 28 yet I had never received the order or a tracking label so my bank was unable to dispute the charge. In fact certain days I was never refunded my money. And they have stopped answering my emails since June it is now September this is a horrible company. Looking to see if there is a way I can file a civil complaint. This business should be taken off line immediately

    We ordered our wedding towels from this company in April 2022, set a dead line of august 1st 2022 and requested a “proof” which we never received. We never received our order and have been contacting them since early July for a resolution. They tell us their order is delayed and give us the ‘run around’. Now they are refusing to answer our emails. We spent over $100 on simple towels which seem to never be coming in stock.

    We did see another complaint on their website for the same issue, this company should be taken to court.

    The agent involved in this conversation was fired immediately after management was made aware of what happened with your order. After this incident, our quality assurance department has placed protocols in place to prevent similar incident from happening again.

    I have contacted the company twice with no luck. Had to get the credit card company involved. This is a horrible customer service account.

    Placed order for bottle openers, paid over $600 to get order delivered before our event happening on August 6th. Received notice order was delivered but there's no box at the delivery address. While their support was good at responding to our quests, we need the products delivered for event Or a refund issued at once so we can make alternate arrangements.

    UPS confirmed order was delivered to your address. Sometimes their delivery driver drops off package at neighbor's address by mistake. Please check with your neighbors to retrieve your package. If you cannot find package then we will send replacement set before event date. Please update us when you find the package. Sorry for this issue.

    On June 3, 2022 - I placed an order with BestPriceFavors.com for 50 personalized sunglass as wedding favors for my wedding and requested I receive the product by 6/25/22. My order cost $74.09. I was aware that the order can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery and my requested delivery date was past the 3 weeks mark.

    On June 25, 2022 - I have not received my product and followed up with customer service. On June 26, Amanda P. (sales agent) informed me that my order is being shipped out and a tracking number will be provided. I receive the tracking number. On June 28th, I check the tracking number but it appeared the sunglasses have not been shipped. Once again, I contacted customer service and informed them that I was leaving out of the country and needed the sunglass no later than July 2nd.

    On July 1st, still no sunglass and I contacted customer service and told them that if i did not receive my order y July 2nd, I would like a refund for my order. Amanda P. stated that they are investigating why my order was not delivered and it appears to be a mix-up of the orders that caused the issue. She also said that the order has been refunded and funds will be back in my account in 5-10 business days. July 15, i have not received any funds in my account and I followed up. Amanda P. states that she will find out why I have not received fund. I did not hear from her so I followed up again and request that I receive my refund by 7/22 or else I will file a complaint with BBB. Amanda P informs me that BBB will not be able to do anything for me and that funds have left their account. It is now July 26 and I have not received a refund from BestPriceFavors.Com. BestPricefavors.com also goes by the follow names: Favorsandgiftshop.com and Sandgiftshopcom which both of these names appeared on my credit card statement. I just want my refund that they told me I would receive.
