Ordered rally towels for my wedding on 9/22/22 with a promised delivery by 10/22/22. No communication from seller about the item being shipped, etc. so I reached out to seller to see when item would ship. They said they did not know and we’re waiting on a product delay. I reached out again a few days later to see if my item would be here in time. They still said they did not know and we’re waiting on a product delay. I requested a refund so that I could find another vendor in time for my wedding. The seller emailed me and said they would refund. I have not received refund and when I filed a dispute with my credit card company, the seller tried to say that they sent me the product. I have not received anything from them and they told me they were refunding me. The seller has no phone number or way to contact them.Business Response

In November of 2021 I purchased Terrible Towels from Best Price Favors for my November 2022 wedding as wedding favors. The items were never shipped, and I continued to email them requesting shipping information and updates on the order and kept receiving the run around. Finally, I asked for a refund and they stopped responding to my emails. I have not received an emails since and have not received a refund. My order was $420.79. I would like for this website to be taken down so no one else is scammed by them.

I ordered from this company *********** September 24th, 2022. I requested that it be processed and delivered by October 4th because this was for and event and it was time sensitivity. The order DID NOT arrive on or before that date. I contacted the company by email and told them if they could get it to me by Friday October 7th, to simply return my money. It DID NOT ARRIVE and there was no refund issued. I have been back and forth with them by email ONLY (since there is no phone number to call, which should have been a red flag for me!). Someone named MICHELLE has been the respondent on these emails and has constantly try to assure me they refund has been sent but it takes time to process back to my card. As of today (October 29th), there has no activity on my card from this company and no mail return of my money. They are a fraud and a scam and something should be done about them.Business Response

I placed an order for my nonprofit organization that was never delivered. When the event the order was for had passed, I contacted the company to cancel the order and get a refund. They have twice told me they've refunded the money and it would be in our organization's bank account in 5-10 business days. The sum of $117.03 was paid to Best Price Favour for the purchase of wedding Favours. After about 3 weeks with no update about the order I reached out and was advised that the items ordered were not in stocked. A refund was requested thereafter in early September 2022 and as of to date the funds have not been refunded. I ordered towels, coasters and candles at the end of August. My sister's wedding is at the end of October. I have not received the candles. I feel like I should be sent the candles and a refund to make up for this headache.Business Response

I had order customize wine glass for my baby shower on June 11, 202. I placed the order April 19,2022 on free rush. On May 6, i sent a message asking about an update. They claim the ly were out of stock but ask for a deadline. The latest date i was willing to accept the package was June4. On May 23 i sent another email wondering if there's an update and then they told me it was shipped. On June 1, i saw that the package hasn't been delivered to the shipping facility. I call UPS and they confirm nothing was dropped off. On June6, i sent an email to them asking them for an update because it was past the deadline i had gave them in the first place and they told me they dont know what happen to the original package, they are out of stock and can't even replace them even after i was willing to accept it after and on later than that Friday of that week. But then i decided i didnt want the package and to get a refund. They said okay stated the refund was in place and to wait 5-7 business day. Thats when issues starts. I sent a message on the July5, telling them i didnt received my refund and they were going to check it out and get back to me. Then i file a dispute with my bank and got denied. On August18, my husband email them and they told me the money was removed from there account and i should get the money from my bank. Which i was denied because they gave paperwork to my bank saying i received the package on July 16 and that it was felt at front door. I didnt received the package since i was in labor and gave birth that same day. Family was home and didnt get any package and even ask for the cameras from my landlord and saw no package was delivered. My tracking number on my side is a different one than what my bank got. I'm out of options and money and i would like my money back to use it on necessities for my childBusiness Response

On Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 03:13:46 PM I placed an order on the merchant website for 136 Personalized Hand Sanitizers that was supposed to be delivered by 8/26/2022.
On Friday, August 26, 2022 1:32 PM I reached out to the merchant to let them know I have yet to receive tracking information for my order and I was told "We are investigating why order is not yet delivered. There appears to be a mix up of orders that caused this issue. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to express ship sanitizers to be delivered tomorrow since they are flammable material and prohibited by air. Order has been refunded due to this issue. Funds will be in your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank".
On Friday, September 9, 2022 4:33 PM I reached out to the merchant because I have yet to receive a refund and I was told "We are checking to find out what's going on here and do what's needed to get money in your account in a few business days". 7 days later I still have not received my refund or communication for the merchant.
