  I would give them 0 stars if I could. We ordered our wedding favors from here. We chose rally towels with our names and date. We were guaranteed they would be delivered by the date we needed. Our order was confirmed but after that we heard nothing from the company. We were never sent a proof of our order. As the delivery date for closer I reached out to customer service and hit a dead end. We were told it should have been delivered by now. They told us that the towels were out of stock so they could not replace the order in time. After asking for tracking information on the order, there was no further response from the company. Very upset that our order never made it or probably was not even shipped to start.

  Ordered glasses for our wedding. After 40 days we reached out for an update and were told there was a delay with product but our items were shipping out by the end of the week. They gave us a tracking number, which didnt exist with **** After another 25 days we reached out again and they said how soon do we need them? Well is been more than 2 months, so ASAP? They responded with one sentence refund process to your account we never received a refund and had to involve our bank. After that point all emails went unanswered by BPF. This is a fraudulent site, beware.

  This company deserves a -5. I ordered favors June 15, 2023 for my daughters out of state wedding and another order on July 14th. I sent emails in which there site indicates they will reply within 24/48 hours. I sent my email July 16, 2023 and have not yet received any reply. Today is July 29, 2023 and I have not received either of my orders. There is no phone number on their site and I'm extremely worried that my order is nothing more than a scam.

  0 stars if I could. Customer service is lacking. Rude, unprofessional, and childish. It was like speaking with ***** teenager who thinks theyre always right. Im sure this will be listed as a fake review but I can assure you this company is not worth your time. Made an order, never got any info on shipping, was still waiting to hear back and I had to reach out. No one knows what happened to my order and it was just days to my wedding. When I expressed frustration and contacting BBB I was met with a snarky, unprofessional response. Ive worked years in customer service and ***own a business. I would never speak to customers that way, even if I didnt like their response. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you want to be stressed out and screwed over.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered $240 worth of merchandise for my wedding and they promised me 3 separate times that it was being delivered before the wedding. Then at the last minute they said they didnt have the color I wanted but they would send a different color within a few days. And that never happened either. Finally I had to cancel the order and they said I would be refunded within a few days3 weeks later and no refund!!! They totally scammed me!

  At the last minute my neighbors nominated me to choose the favors for this years block party. We've been doing this for 10 years now and thought it would be nice to give something small for everyone to keep and remember our time as neighbors. I ended up ordering the plastic cups printed with a logo another neighbor made. I thought they would be nice instead of regular plastic solo cups and also something everyone could keep and reuse. We had issues with the image i had seent them. I dont know anything about these kinds of things but customer service was very helpful in making it into a file they could use. My order did take about a week longer than I was told originally but it worked out since there was still time before the party. I got the glasses yesterday and they look great. I took them to our party meeting and everyone really liked them. All in all I'm pleased with my experience.v

  I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered towels for my wedding Oct of 2022. They were never shipped- called and they said oh yes we dont have that color so I ordered another color. They promised they would arrive Friday, the day before the wedding. Never got them. They lied in several emails. Told me they were 1 hour from me and they would get them to me. Then said they were delivered to a wrong address and they they tried to get them back with no luck. I finally had to call my credit card company to get a full refund. I will never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Horrible company Id rather pay twice the price and work with a great company. These people ruined my wedding- these were to be the favors and we had NOTHING. They do not care about their customers!!!

  I placed an order for over $900 in April and it is **** and nothing has been received. They keep telling me my order is being shipping that week and another week goes by and nothing. They took my money and didn't ship anything. I sent them an email stating I made a mistake with the amount I ordered and they stated they issued a refund for that amount. I still haven't received that. I am highly disappointed as planning for a wedding is already expensive and to lose this money, I feel they take advantage of people when they are trying to have a nice wedding. I highly do not recommend this company.

  I was trying to see if my order had shipped and came upon this site. These reviews really upset me so I insisted I talk to someone. I got a call the next day. I don't want to leave her name but she was very helpful and promised it would be delivered. My order arrived Monday and I'm very happy with how everything looks. They're just towels but they're important to my fiance. I wanted to make sure to leave a review and say thank you.
