    This business notified me of their inability to fulfill my order 5 days before my event. Awful customer service communication. I ordered over $500 worth of favors. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend purchasing with this company.

    We are very sorry to hear that you have had this experience with your order. But the review is full of lies and not what you told us. Your order is also for $345, not over $500. Our manager called you and said we can deliver all 250 cups and another sunglasses frame color that's similar to what you have ordered, before you leave. But you chose to cancel entire order, and CLEARLY SAID YOU DON'T WANT ANYTHING. This was a choice you made, Otherwise, you could have had favors delivered for your event..

    I'm very glad I received my order. It arrived before the christening but only by a few days. The tags and keychains look great but two of the wineglasses were broken and there isn't time to get new ones delivered. This is upsetting but they did refund the cost. I suppose these things happen but I would recommend ordering with plenty of time or order a few extra just in case.

    Ordered 90 favors for my wedding. The wedding is in 5 days. No favors!!! I have emailed and emailed. They took my money fast enough! I am under enough stress with wedding planning. I was told the same thing - *** tracking number provided, however, *** does not have the package. They refuse to give me a refund! I am going to file a grievance with my bank. And when I complained ****************** from the company was very rude.NOT OK

We explained what happened to order and stated order will be delivered before event date. But you chose to use abusive language and cancel order after seeing the posts here. Order was promptly refunded and funds deposited into your bank in 2 business days. Please refrain from posting false comments.

    I ordered favors for my soon to be daughter in laws baby shower back in January. I went back to look at the fa ors for their wedding and saw all these reviews. I got really upset and nervous but was assured my order would be arriving the next week. They did arrive and all the items were there except the tags I had personalized. I had to contact them again and apparently they arrive separately and I have to put them on. Those came in a few days later and look great. I do need help tying the tags on since I have arthritis in my hands so I wish they were already on them but for the price I guess it's fine. I'm glad I ordered.

    I placed an order for candles and shotglasses at the beginning of January. They turned out perfect. My experience was completely different from these other reviews. My design wasn't in a format they could use and they helped me fix it since I have no idea how to do that.

    This company is the worst and customer service is a joke. I placed an order in December 2022 for Christmas and was promised to receive by December 18th, so when I didn't get it I reached out to ******** a customer service representative who said they didn't know what happened to my order. She then said they couldn't fulfill the order and would refund me in **** business days. Well it is February 7, 2023 and they say that their having a problem refunding because of my card. I told her that I was going to file a complaint to the BBB and she said that it wouldn't matter since the BBB is a private company. I guess that means I won't get my refund. Is there a way to put them on a list or shut them down for doing illegal business? Receiving customer money and NOT REFUNDING after not fulfilling an order is that legal?

    I placed an order for glassware (shot glasses and wine glasses)for my daughter's wedding back at the end of December. They arrived earlier this week and they look great, they were packaged well and nothing is broken. My one complaint is it sometimes took a day or so to get a response to my questions.

    I place an order December 19th. I received an email stating they would arrive before my event. Two weeks prior to my event I reached out for an update. They said it shipped but wouldn't provide a tracking number. They sent an email January 9th stating I would get a full refund. Have yet to receive. They said the funds left their account and it's out of their control but can't provide proof that they sent me a refund. I'm working with a small claims attorney and my bank to get my full refund back. THIS IS A SCAM. Do not order from this website.

    I ordered personalized sunglasses for my wedding and I never received it! They told me by email after I questioned them about my product that the colour I chose wasnt available! So I asked for refund!Never got it, I had been about 2 months now!Never order anything from this company! Bunch of scammers
