    Overall I had good experience ordering favors for my wedding. I placed an order for towels and bottle openers. My original writing would not fit the space on the label and they worked with me to find a saying that would fit. I really appreciated that instead of them just printing what I asked for and it looking terrible so thanks again to ********!

    I ordered the candle tins for favors for my sister's baby shower. The sticker was really pretty, better in person than the photos. Everything arrived safely, no damage. They did take a long time to arrive but were here before the shower.

    We ordered wedding towels and sunglasses for our upcoming wedding. There were some customization issues we had to resolve, support was very helpful in addressing our concerns and get the design and the print how we wanted. They turned out great. It took a little longer than we were expecting but it was worth the wait. We are excited to have they're product's as our wedding favors. Thanks!

    This people should be out of business soon, what they advertised in their company app is false, I had two orders believing I was getting the same items showed in the pictures of little bottles of hand sanitizer it wasnt the case, the same with the second order it was a keychain of a silver carriage and they sent me a gray elephant with a blue ball, received at 3pm on Friday the day before the event, having no chance to return it or claim anything, just accept it. What a disappointment!!

    Do NOT buy from this horrible company. I know now that I should have read these reviews before I placed my order! I placed my order and was told I would have it by August 10. I contacted them around August 3 or 4th and they informed me that they would not be able to process my order and that would refund my payment. It is now over a month later and I still have no refund. They keep responding that your payment has been fully refunded and we notice the funds have already left our account. This is ******. Right now Im out the payment to them (which they will refund, because I will not let it go) but I also had to go out and find replacement favors and buying in bulk at the last minute isnt easy or cheap. I have told everyone I know about their terrible service and I would have done the same if it would have been good, so that was their choice. FYI, they got one star because I had to. These things really should have a zero stars selection.

    This company is absolutely a scam. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Best Price Favors, but I only read the reviews on their website that are obviously fake. Just like everyone else, I ordered my products months in advanced and kept following up with them. They kept saying that they will have it delivered by the date, and even sent me tracking numbers which made me so optimistic, but the tracking number just showed that they created a label and never actually shipped out. Now it's the day before my wedding, and they still aren't delivered. Completely caused me unnecessary stress and will make me look so bad for my wedding.

    The way they treat customers is absolutely awful. These people should not be in the event business if they can’t handle event sized orders. Just because you offered a refund doesn’t mean you did your job.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is 100% a scam. I would not be surprised if all of the somewhat good reviews are the scammers themselves. The back and forth emails I had between ****** and I was ridiculous. It wasnt helpful. It was all a scam. I now am out of a lot of money. People work paycheck to paycheck. These people are scum. DO NOT PURCHASE. Their website should be taken down.

    We ordered a few products (sunglasses, wooden fans, wine glasses and shot glasses) for our wedding favors. After placing the order my husband came across these reviews and we were very concerned and nervous. Our order finally arrived after being delayed and the products were beautiful, better than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend this site, the products are awesome but order early.

    I am not sure how they are still in business, after reading all the complaints on BBB and negative reviews online. We placed an order in May for our August Wedding. Somehow they screwed up the order, and in July when we followed up were told they would not be able to deliver by August. We have been waiting several weeks now for a refund, and contacted MasterCard as the online reviews and complaints show a pattern of this business delaying and people chasing their refunds. To add insult to injury, reading the company responses on BBB - it sounds like a 10 year old giving a coerced apology, like they have no remorse and are annoyed by all the complaints. Feel like BPF has earned the "F" rating. Don't give this business your money; best case, you'll get your refund after wasting time trying to order favors that inevitably won't show up in time for your event...
