    Very happy with my wine glasses and water bottle labels. My mom is turning 50 this year so I wanted her to have things from the party she and the family could keep for memories. Both of the things I ordered look great and I'm excited for my mom to see them at her party. The only issue I did have was a few of the labels were printed crooked. After I contacted them they sent replacements no problem.

    Another company cancelled my order last minute so I needed wedding reception favors ASAP! Best price favors had very nice wine glasses which I got personalized, and I got personalized coasters. They told me they could do the order and they came on time, as they promised. Very happy !

    If I could give a zero I would! Ordered items for my Daughters Bridal shower and did not even have what I ordered for her special day.I received the products after approximately 3 weeks but did not receive the custom tags that went along with the theme. They are due to arrive after the event.I contacted them and said there was nothing they could do and would not even issue any type of refund. Terrible customer service, totally unacceptable!I would not order from them ever again and if you want the items that you are hoping for, DO NOT order from them!

    I was disappointed as the free tags were the main reason that I chose your product as they matched our theme.The option that you provided me to print up the tags on my own was not feasible. I never did receive the tags even though I was told they were sent out. Unfortunately there have been many reviews that look similar to mine. I only wish they lay I had seen them first.

    I'm very happy with how my favors turned out. I wanted to match my wedding colors and they did that really well. It's not a perfect match but close.

    Unfortunately found myself in the same circumstance as so many others have posted. Ordered favors in April, never received. The email response to my refund request was received the same day, but as for the actual refund, it's now October and still nothing credited back to my account. That's months of paying interest on merchandise I never received. This month's email advised the refund was sent to another card and it was being investigated and resolved next week -- that was October 7.

    I placed an order for gifts for my wedding. They arrived in separate boxes and the tags came in an envelope in the mail. I panicked because they came on different days and I thought half my order was missing, but ******** explained and sent me tracking. I had a good experience and I'm happy with my order.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BEST PRICE FAVORS is 100% SCAM. I ordered in August and was given a delivery date of two weeks prior to event. Exactly two weeks prior to event, company indicated half of my order couldnt be completed and a partial refund would be credited to my account. Then a week prior to event, I received another email stating their inventory was damaged and a total refund would be issued. I have numerous emails with this company regarding my refund and to no avail has a refund been received.Company told me that I would receive an additional $40 for the inconvenience. I am currently awaiting $583.61. My bank advised to ask for a trace identification number which I havent received a response. I ordered half of the order with Rally Towels which cost me an additional $209.34 in rush order fees and other half with Amazon. Both orders were received in the allotted time frames. DO NOT PURCHASE with BEST PRICE FAVORS! After reading all of these reviews, the companys replies are the same lies to all of their consumers. BEST PRICE FAVORS should be investigated for fraud and their company forced to close.

    I placed an order which I didnt receive. Apparently my order got mixed up with some elses. It was inconvenient, but I was upset about it because I understand these things sometimes happen. I was sent an email on Aug 16 saying my money was refunded and it is now Oct 6 and I still dont have my money back. After getting a couple of run around emails, I was informed that was refund was given to someone else and they were looking into it. I responded 9 days ago asking what the hold up was with the refund since this was their mistake and I still havent heard back. Im now wondering if this is a scam. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

    I would not order from this company at all. My daughter and I both order from them and received the same exact response,. " We are sorry there has been a mix up and we are unable to fulfill the order. If you want to take a chance on them, you better order a back up. Because it will be a day before your event and you will not have your items. They do not care about you as a customer, plus the only way to contact them is by email.
