      If you need oxygen this isn’t for you .There equipment is trash and out dated never serviced properly filters dirty everytime.The drivers have all been great but the customer service are rude and obviously hate their jobs and everything about it Billing is a joke! Save yourselves the headache and bull crap you will endure with this company .They don’t care or understand oxygen is a necessity of life

      This company is pretty awful. And I'm a pretty patient person yet. Been with them 10 months.
      First time I have ever complained about a company on the BBB website. They're THAT bad.
      And while I express frustration, I don't ever yell at people. But OMG.
      - They always claim at first they can't find my account.
      - They're supposed to call you when CPAP supplies are due. They never have. Three supervisors say they will fix. Never have.
      - Every shipment but one has been the wrong type of materials/equipment/refills, despite confirming it on the phone. These then have to be sent back. EVERY time but once.
      - When correcting the shipment they send the wrong number of supplies.
      - Supervisors claim they will fix the issue. They never do.
      - After a conversation to check on things, they put you on hold, then suddenly you're talking to someone else like as if the first person never existed and you have to repeat yourself.
      - Often times you get hung up on. (And again, I never yell) so I don't know if this is constantly accidental, or reps that are rude and "don't want to deal with you."
      Can you give Zero stars?

      AdaptHealth is HANDS DOWN the worst company to deal with in both their customer service & billing department. I received an email today that they charged my account (with no authorization for that amount OR what it was purportedly for) $504.00 dollars!?!?!!!!!!
      I called to get information (my husband has a CPAP machine through them).and got the complete runaround.
      I concur with all the other horrible reviews!!!

      Horrible. Turned my account over to a collection agency after I never missed a payment. Now they keep calling me to collect payment after I made an arrangement with the collection agency.

      Been trying to return a CPAP since July. Have spoken to no less than 5 people on this they are supposed to send a shipping label. Someone just called this morning looking for payment. You aren't getting a dime, all you are getting is reported to my states AGs office. It's disgusting how disorganized you are with peoples health and financial info!

      Montgomery Medical Equipment (AdaptHealth) is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Billing department is the worst. Do not do business with them. I have called several times to return my equipment, which they started billing me $44 per month as a rental, but they refuse to send me the shipping box for the return. My CPAP was involved in a major recall so I have not used it in months and still no repair or replacement has been made available. They will not give me the return label u til I pay my bill. I will not pay my bill until they learn how to properly do medical billing for DME. I will not continue to pay for a piece of equipment that I cannot use due to a recall.

      Aerocare called me to ask if I wanted to order new CPAP supplies. I did, but only if my insurance would pay for them. They said their policy is to confirm with insurance before ordering, and if insurance would not pay then they would call me. Afterwards, they called me to confirm my insurance would in fact pay for the supplies, so I ordered them. Insurance did not pay a ***** (no copay or coinsurance) so I called to dispute the bill as I had been misinformed. For months I would call, be put on hold or told to wait for a supervisor to call me. Apparently, they could review the recorded phone conversations to determine if I was mislead, but I never heard back about this. Eventually they started calling me to ask if I wanted to order more supplies, and when these calls began I tried to explain I was waiting for a resolution to the problem I had brought to their attention originally, and again I was told a supervisor would call me. I finally submitted a claim with the No ********************* When Aerocare called me again to inquire if I wanted to buy new supplies, I made them aware of this. The bill then went immediately to collections. So, originally I had been told insurance would pay for the supplies when in fact the representative simply meant that AeroCare was simply In-Network. That is a big difference. I was also during one of the last conversations I had with a rep there that I should have returned the items within 30 days of receiving them, which does me literally no good when I have been told to wait repeatedly for supervisors to call me and that I wasn't even aware I was being charged until after getting the ******************* after receiving the supplies. The final customer service rep was as hostile as a collections agent and literally hung up on me. All of this to say, if you can switch to a different company, you should.

      Horrible company. My son gets his enteral supplies through them. He can take nothing by mouth so this is the only way he has to survive. After getting put on hold and transferred 4 times I found out they had closed while I was still on hold. I was trying to get an answer for 2 hrs and 46 minutes. This is horrible. When I tried to explain how important it was for him I got told "We understand totally, please hold while I get a supervisor " which never came on the line!

      They are the worst. They bill you without notifying you then they will not refund the money or take supplies back that were never used.

      Horrible company!!! They either don’t have their act together or just plain do not care. I spent time getting insurance information straightened out only to get billed. Called to straighten this out, only to get numerous overseas call centers. I still do not have this straightened out !!!
      Not only this , then send incorrect supplies that cannot be used. I am making one more attempt to get this bill corrected before I file a law suit. I am looking for a different medical supplier and you should do the same!!!!!!!
