    this is probably the worst business company I've dealt with. I placed an order a few months ago, and I have spoken, email, send text messages to the listed number/email to the Owner, who claims he will look into it and fulfill my order. money was stolen and I never received my order even after many responses from the owner of this company

    Do not buy from this vendor they are a blatant ripoff!!!! This vendor charged me $82 to send a six pound package of daffodil blooms from ************ to **********, (standard shipping and shipping). About sixty miles!!! I regularly send six pound package to a further address and the charge was under $15. When I contacted them about this matter and the absurdity of charging me $82 for shipping, they said that my money could not be reimbursed. I had written them three or four emails requesting my money back, but they did not respond. When I receive the bulbs, a third of them that were mushy and soft. Now that daffodil season is almost here. I see no sign of growth from any of the bulbs.Please stay away from this company. has ripped me off twice, charging me almost 8 dollars to ship a small package of seeds, and then they never delivered the item and refused to give me my money back. This is not a good company stay away from it!!!

    I never received the items I purchased and paid for. Unable to reach anyone by phone or email. The chat feature was automated an not helpful.

    I made a purchase from this bussiness. It was for 3 sweet potato slips. They arrived completely rotten, the package smelled as horrible as it looked. I tried to contact the company for replacement and they are completely unresponsive. I submitted a refund request on their website and have still received no response. I am unsure if this is a legitimate bussiness or not.

    I ordered sweet potato slips which came in the mail "DEAD"According to the invoice slip they were sent **** snail mail and took 9 days to reach me.Any small barely rooted plant would die in 9 days of darkness.Then they have an online help that lists their policy as:"Under no circumstances can we take back seeds, bulbs, or any live plants that have been opened" But in another part of their policy it states you have to send the item back in its original packaging to receive refund or replacement. Between the two it makes it impossible for anyone to receive a refund or replacement.Would have left 0 stars but that was not an option

    My order was placed on April 11 and I am still waiting for it. An email notice from the postal office on April 21 indicated that the shipping label was created but till today it's still waiting for the item to be shipped. I emailed the company and no one responded. I called the company and no one answered nor was there an option to leave a voice mail. Is this company legit??

    Immediately after I click place order, when I saw the shipping charge was going to be more than the actual product, I emailed, tried to call anyone at Caribbean Garden Seed - all to no avail. I tried to cancel, no confirmation, nothing. Long story short, When I did receive the product, crates, they were USED. Some had mud and dirt, other still had onion skins clinging to them.These people are a night mare and if you're thinking of doing business with them, beware.

    Do not order from this “company”. I ordered three different types of yam starter plants. They did not send an email confirmation of my order. They did not reply to my email asking about the status of my order. They never answered the phone when I tried calling and no voice mail to leave a message. After I contested the transaction with my credit card company they sent a package, without contacting me or sending me a tracking number. A week later, on the day the package arrived I finally got a tracking number. Instead of sending me the starter plants I ordered they sent me pieces of cut tuber packed in potting soil and sealed tightly in plastic. The tubers were already moldy two days later. This company is a complete scam.

    Ordered $80 worth in Nov. The 25 caladium bulbs have never shipped. The clematis seeds I ordered were not clematis and whatever they were were not the 75 I paid $14.85 for. Wish I could attach a photo of what was sent. Not remotely related to clematis. Emailed twice and have called repeatedly. Nothing. I have made hundreds of purchases online in the past 5 years but this is rock bottom the worst of the worst. I kick myself for sending them a dime. Missing the most expensive item I ordered at $37.99 and the next at $14.85 not remotely the correct seeds and even then not the number stated. Will see if anything I did get will germinate. The worst purchase ever!!!!!!!!!!!! Does not merit 1/4 of a star!

    I didn't get my elephant garlic he said it molded. Now the order said it was delivered. The next order I still haven't received it's been a month. I got the company from a YouTube channel saying they got their garlic and showed how to plant it. I called today they hung up on me. I emailed them with the cancellation. I hope they give me a refund.
