    I purchased 40 calidium bulbs in March 2023 for $86.36, I received 10. I have contacted via E-mail numerous (4 or 5) times without any luck, requesting the missing bulbs or a refund. I have tried calling, but there is never an answer. I do not recommend using this company

    This company is a total scam and needs to be investigated. I ordered some product they deducted the amount immediately from my bank account. They never sent me an order number, when item was shipped, etc and there is no tracking number. After 2 weeks of not receiving my product I went onto the website to check the status of my order and it said I had no orders or order history. They have no contact info on their webpage. They did send me a welcome email when I signed up so I used that and sent an email inquiring about the product and if they did not have it to give me a refund. I sent the email a couple of times- no reply. I found their phone number on the BBB site and called them but no answer. I went to my bank and they are going to file a claim and try and get my money back.

    Can't give less than 1 star.
    Save your money they won't send your order, refund your money, answer emails, or answer calls. I don't see how they are allowed to stay in business, they definitely should not be.

    I want to CAUTION the public to NOT EVER buy from this company. Their website does not TELL you if items are sold out...so, you place an order, receive an email saying THEY received your order but after that, you will NEVER get a response. The phone number they provide will always go to voicemail. I, personally, sent them a letter alerting them I am suing this company. Please be aware. I have alerted AMAZON to remove them from selling any products. Giving a star rating of 1 is even too much. SOB's

    I ordered Tulip bulbs. Never got them. They do not answer the phone. My money is gone. This company is obviously a scam, so why doesn't the BBB close them down? Or is the BBB
    a scam also???????.

    Definitely a scam. Ordered seeds. Never received them. Could not contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
