      I was off with COVID. I was out for six days. A check was sent out to me for *****. It take five to seven days before the check reach my home. I took the check to my bank and several days later I got a letter from my bank saying the check was returned. No one call me from Lincoln Financial Group not even my case worker. They had enough time to reach out to me and I would never took the check to the bank. They will have my bank where they will not accept checks from Lincoln Financial Group. A letter need go out to the branch manager of ************************************** and to me as well. The address is **** us-64, *****************************************. This was very embarrassing to me. Once again Lincoln Financial Group had time to contact me before the check was taken to the bank. There should be disciplinary action on my case manager. I am very not please with Lincoln Financial Group. I would like to talk with upper management about this. I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

      I had my daughter at the end of August. I made sure to call Lincoln financial right after having her to process my claim that I had opened with them. It has been almost 8 weeks without getting my short term disability check. I have called almost daily now to speak with someone to figure out why I have not received my check. Every time I speak with customer service they are unable to put me through to the claims specialist as they are currently on another line. On one occasion where I was able to leave a voicemail for my claims specialist I have not received any calls back. They also attempted to get me through to a supervisor who was also unable to answer their phone. Customer service representative gave me an extension to the supervisor. When attempting to call them on my own I got a message saying that it was an invalid number. Its very frustrating to keep attempting to call them with no answers at all.

      I have been out of work since January 6, 2022. I was just informed my claim was approved. The Case Manager, *************************** does not return calls neither does she keep me updated on the status. I called today and it seems like Lincoln Mutual is making it up as they go along since they are back logged. Today ****************** blamed my employer and I need a supervisor to bring accountability to this situation. I would like another case manager because it is obvious that this individual does not have a interest in helping me. I have left multiple messages and had to follow up with a supervisor in times past. It is has been a very frustrating and overwhelming process with this company. It is unacceptable that they keep passing the buck and there is no accountability.

      Good afternoon. I have been trying to get some consistent and accurate assistance from the personnel within your company and I can not. I received correspondence from your company for the first time back in May of 2022 about a pension compensation due to my deceased mother. I started working with your company in May to settle and close this account. Everything they have asked of my sister and I we have already completed and submitted. Every time we are asked to submit something we do. We were told they had everything they needed now we are told that the paperwork submitted to declare that my mother had nothing when she passed because her and my aunt were roommates. We put all the information that was told to us, got it notarized and submitted it. The first representative could not pull up my mothers account with the information I have been giving since May, therefore I asked if I could be transferred to someone else I was placed on hold and transferred to someone else. I ended up hanging up and calling again and then speaking with the second representative that told me they had all the information they needed from me and the paperwork is being processed. No matter what we do we can not get any honest assistance with getting the money we are supposed to receive from this company.

      I was off work for a medical procedure as of 07/25/2022. My paperwork and my employers was filed 08/08. I didnt hear anything as of 08/19 at which time I tried contacting Lincoln Financial and was told they hadnt received the doctors statement, which was given them on 08/05. I contacted my Dr. and was informed it was faxed. I logged in and seen my first and last name was misspelled. I contacted Lincoln Financial again and they said they would correct it. Two weeks later and 3 more attemps ,my name was corrected. A of 08/12/22 I am still "pending" apparently now waiting on medical records which my Dr. says were never requested, at least in my name. Its a shame you pay all those premiums thinking you will be covered and have to get ignored.

      I obtained a life insurance policy 9 Jun **** from ********* Life Insurance. The company has been sold twice, next to ********* and most lately to The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company. I have faithfully and timely paid my premium for the last 30 years. I was recently informed that my insurance will lapse in December **** on a guaranteed basis. Not only will I no longer have the value of the insurance policy at the time of death but the cash value would only be about half of what I have paid in. I called the company and given no other options.

      This is my disability company! Claim # *******! I have requested both in email & several verbal conversations to be called when something is sent to my email or mail! Cynthia W************ has ignored this, and refuses to adhere to it, even after she advises she will! I sent documents filled out back on July' 18 2022, Since them I keep receiving an email to submit them!! I have called both Cynthia & the Manager Audrey leaving vm's w/ times and dates to call back when I am available, around my Dr's Appoints! It goes so far that one vm left for Audrey I advised to call before 3 pm due to Doctors appoint' she had all day, & calls me after 3pm when Im at the Doctors, & can't pick up?? Then that Fri' I left her 2 VM's to call the the next Mon from 10-11 am! No Call!! This is purposely being done to me, & I don't appreciate it!! No person or human being much less a disabled person should have to accept such neglect in handling my claim! I have asked for two years to receive confirmations of request for Dr's records by email & phone! They have purposely not provided? Ever? There is supposed to be a new case worker and no one has provided info! They flat out refuse to properly communicate with me' and provide what I have requested! Leaving me in the dark! They never pick up their phones' they don't respond to emails' I send stuff & they don't advise verbally if received! This is their job to do these things & should beheld accountable? This needs to be rectified, across the board! They get paid to do this not making me suffer, with being completely negligent in handling of my claim and towards me! With it being their choice to do so' I have had several issues' in the past and present! Someone from Corporate needs to contact me! and Handle this properly, from now & going forward! Period! ************ w/ a proper time I can set!
