      After paying all my fees, I was expected to pick up my truck on June 16, 2022. Due to the lack of communication with Penske's "Remarketing Department" Julissa T***** to be exact, I did not know what to expect or when to pick up my truck from Texas. After speaking with my lender, I was informed that all I needed was my Drivers License and Bill of Sale. My wife and I flew to Texas to pick up the truck. Once we arrived, I was advise that I do not have a temporary tag. I need help to get my tags and registration. The previous Better Business Bureau complaints about Penske as well as the negative reviews on ****** are growing, and this business continues to operate on unethical business practices. Moreover a simple reply from a Penske representative is just not enough. A simple solution for me would be, that Ms. T***** acknowledged all of my unanswered emails and apologizes. Another solution would be to inform me that my temporary tag and registration has been sent to me with an estimated time of delivery. I have spent over $12k during this transaction, and as a small business I need my truck to make money. I was renting trucks and this is my 1st Truck. Of coarse I am upset, but the unanswered emails are very discouraging after investing a large amount of money.

      The customer from this complaint was called on 7/14, issued an apology and given the temporary tag that he requested in the attached complaint. We called the customer again today to ensure that he was taken care of and that nothing else was needed. He confirmed he received the tag and that the issue that he filed has been resolved.
