      Store would not honor advertised price. After published/mailed ad was received and advertised price was not reflected in my "shopping cart" online, I "chatted" online with customer service rep who told me she spoke to her supervisor and they were not going to honor the price. I informed the Rep I would be filing a complaint with the BBB, and still, the store would not honor the advertised price

      Boscov's honors all advertised pricing. The ad that you were referring to is for The Renovation Celebration at the Monmouth Store location. There are items and promotions in that ad that are specially priced for the Monmouth store only, and therefore, not available on line. That is the case with the particular promotion you were inquiring about. The buy one get one free candle promotion is absolutely available in the Monmouth store for the duration of the ad. Our apologies that this was not explained.
