      ************** bought a leather reclining chair. I also paid extra for the 5 year warranty protection plan. Within a year the arm brace broke. Got the run around. Never talked to same person. Received repair ticket number finally. Tech came out. Took apart(Still in 2 parts as of this writing). Was told had to order parts. Well 8 MONTHS later still waiting. Went to court, won. Now going to next step. After countless times, never got anything done at this point. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO GIVE LEVIN FURNITURE ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. A typical car salesman pitch. Once they got your money. They don't know you. BUYER BEWARE. ZERO STARS

      I bought a leather couch and love seat there a year ago bought also the warranty on it within 2 to 3 months tge stings broke in both pieces they came and got them and said they repaired them they werent backs couple weeks springs broke again cushions fall off constantly called with no response I have bought so much furniture there in the past never again ! I coukd if bought a better quality at a cheap big box store

You are still under the manufacturers warranty for parts; however, labor is not covered. We can provide you with a name of a contractor to help you with your repairs.

      In November I purchased a leather reclining sofa and two chairs. I have had nothing but problems with my sofa The leg rest on the sofa keeps bulging out. I have had this repaired twice. The last repair was September 7, 2022. By September 9, 2022 it was bulging again. I have emailed, visited the store and called customer service today and the girl was very rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I have requested a manager call me repeated times. Never a call. Always thought Levin was a reputable company. Not any more. Ready to call the local news and an attorney. Buyer beware Levin is not what they used to be!!!****************

      I've been laid off since Covid started 3/20. Needless to say...money is tight. We wanted to get our furniture from *** **** as we've had many good experiences with customer service. Truth be told...for the last 2 years we couldn't get anything available at *** **** and they wouldn't even let us back order and wait. I grew up loving Levins (292 Curry Hollow Rd Pleasant Hills, PA 15236) ... They have a commercial saying they have furniture available and can deliver within 3 days. This was true...We ordered a sectional and a Living room chair. The chair was on clearence (we paid around $450.00 for the chair). We bought the furnature on 5/18/22..furniture was deliverd 5/24/22. In less than a week the chair was having issues. 6/3/22 I called Levins to report issue and they said they can have the service dept. come take a look at it....The 1st available date for that was 6/30/22. The technician ordered the broken part which was a piece of cheap plastic. I also have pictures of the bottom of this chair and the quality is below all standards. Here we are in Sept. I've been calling for the last month to see when they were coming to fix the chair. After more calls than I can count...I was finally told that the part will arrive at the end of Sept. then after that I need to call and make an appoint for the service tech to come and fix it (I'm sure that will be another month or 2). Long story short - we purchased the living room furniture in May and will not have use of the chair until October or November. BTW, I asked if they would just return it and give me a refund as it was obviously defective upon delivery. I was told they would not refund as I didn't call to report the issue within 3 days. I will be sending my complaint to Levins and Yelp Facebook as well (with pictures) Zero stars

      They sold me a warranty that ****** gives with all their furniture for free no matter who sells it.So they made a profit with a phony warranty from them when it was already provided by the sofa maker for free.DO NOT WASTE MONEY/TIME.Bought an online only Sofa from Levin.now I see why if you saw it in person you would never buy it.Sofa's wood trim had 3 deep gouges in it.also throw pillows came damaged.Delivery guys wanted to use a marker to color in the gouges.they took pix but to prove delivery but would not take them of damage(clearly done in transit as wood shavings fell to the floor when sofa was unwrapped). They said **************** would help us.Got in touch with them and they say they will get us new pillows and send them with a tech to look at the gouges.Now an email comes saying they will ***** pillows.So nothing is being said about the damge.We tried to get them to take the sofa back (as it is also a subquality item=no springs on seat base and seat cushions totally compress flat when sitting on it) but never heard from them.Now sofa is outside of return limits.Their home office called and said they are taking care of pillows but comfort issue is up to the store.Tried to get them to take this terrible item back and was ignored.It is like sitting on bare wood.NO PADDING OR SPRINGS ON SOFA SEATING AREA>IT IS A PIECE OF PRESSURE BOARD COVERED IN FABRIC.Levin has no sense of what customer service means. I should have read reviews before buying anything from Levin.they sell the lowest quality of furniture and blame it on the company making it.Shouldn't the seller know the quality of what they sell? In short they ripped me off with a phony warranty already provided for free and sold me a horribly made sofa and never made good on damaged goods delivered to me.

      The fabric protection plan that was purchased is for accidental rips, tears, *****, and stains for five years. Manufacturer warranties for fabric are for defects of the fabric for one year. We ordered new pillows and offered to send a technician to inspect sofa. Customer had 3 days to return sofa with restocking fee and delivery charge. Customer is outside of this window. The offer to send a technician to inspect is still open if customer wishes.
