Ripoff!!! I bought a bed from these crooks years ago and they sold me the wrong one for a higher price. It was too hard, they charged for every single piece separately for a high price like over $100 for the elastic cover.Everything had a separate charge and to this day (almost 10 years later) the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. I am a senior. It is like sleeping on a cement slab.Levin *****. I hope they have gone out of business by now. Crooks.Levin Furniture, LLC

Brought couch chair oct 2022,getting it reupholstered Feb 2023 my cushions turned to marshmallows Levin had someone come out twice and did nothing,was told my furniture was a year old, so I guess if your furniture is more than a year old your supposed to get it reupholstered. Bought dresser, chest of drawers and (1) nightstand. Was told purchase was in warehouse. Nightstand was not there- December 2021. Came in March 2022. I was charged again for the nightstand. Will not do business with ***** again as they did not correct this error.Levin Furniture, LLC

Merchandise was purchased all at the same time. When a customer finances their order, we send the amounts to the finance company as they receive their merchandise. Customer received only partial order in Dec. of 2021. The other piece was received in March of 2022. We billed for the first partial order in Dec of 2021. In March of 2022 we billed for that merchandise. If you add the amounts together, they will equal the original financed amount. I purchased expensive furniture from Levin's in *******, **, in August of 2022. The furniture arrived damaged and was rejected. The second set of furniture arrived damaged. We held the second damaged set until resolution of the issue.......which was never resolved. We then visited the Wexford Levin's and negotiated for a completely different set of furniture at a slightly higher price. Levin's brought the second set of furniture damaged and took the first set of damaged furniture. We held the the second set of damaged furniture (different furniture) pending the arrival of a replacement set.All in all, Levin's delivered six (6) damaged furniture sets. We still have the sixth (6th) delivery and are still waiting for Levin's to fix the furniture. We keep receiving delay notifications that the replacement leather pieces are still on a boat somewhere on the ocean. it is now January 31, 2023 and Levin's STILL has not made good on the repair warranty for which I paid $350.Levin's is a total disgrace. Let me repeat that we have lived through six (6) damaged deliveries over a period of 5 months!!!!!!Never once, did Levin's offer any type of adjustment for all the trouble and interruption of our lives.....even though we keep paying on the furniture. Levin's should be reduced to a DANGEROUS supplier rating. I see that Levin is not BBB accredited. I know why.........Levin's has failed us miserably.Their office tells me we are the exception and not the rule. The Levin's delivery personnel tell me they deliver damaged furniture on a regular basis. The best comment I heard from the Levin's delivery personnel was......."well, they are getting a little better..."Levin Furniture, LLC

I purchased a sectional from Levin and it took over 6 months to receive. However, this is not the issue as I was willing to wait to get a quality (or so I thought) product. I received the sectional in March of 2022. Immediately after receiving, I experienced stabbing from pin-like objects whenever I used the ********************. This continues to this very day (January 2023). This doesnt happen occasionally, it happens constantly. This is even bothersome to my 40lb dog, who tries to remove the feathers with her mouth. How can this be normal? What company would produce a furniture product that causes so much discomfort and pain? Shouldnt these needle like feather ends be removed before stuffing them in a cushion? I have pleaded with Levin to help with this problem, but keep getting this standard reply: Feather migration is not a defect. I have asked Levin to just take this sectional off my hands and I would be willing to lose any money Ive paid so far (over half) and they can waive the balance due. This seems more than fair to me as really, should I even have to pay anything for this POS? They have told me I should just try to sell this sectional on my own. Really? How can I in good conscience sell this to some unsuspecting person? I couldnt live with myself. Could I cover the furniture with multiple blankets to prevent the constant stabbing Yes. Should I have to do this No. Otherwise I would have just kept my old couch and covered it with blankets. Kicking myself for buying from Levin. I was very close to purchasing a ******** sectional and regret not doing so. I have colleagues that just rave about their ******** furniture. I have gone to Levin in the past and purchased a numbers of thing and have ALWAYS been satisfied with the end result. This last time - NOT SO MUCH! I recently purchased a kitchen table and chairs and was super excited to get them in. I ordered it before Christmas and was thrilled to find out it would be delivered before the New Year. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It took 4 DELIVERIES before my table was delivered without any damages/scratches. FOUR TIMES! When I spoke to corporate after my 2 deliveries were a fail, they promised I would be compensated for my troubles. Fast forward to my final delivery after the 4th try and I never heard back from them with this compensation. After calling numerous times myself and then reaching out to my salesperson, I finally heard back to only be told that I will receive a coupon voucher for $150 on a future purchase of something worth over $300! I expressed how unacceptable this was, and they noted they could only offer a voucher or gift card. Needless to say, I asked for the Gift card so I can actually purchase something without being held to a certain dollar amount and spending more money out of my pocket! I would not recommend this business to anyone. In this day and age, customer service is SO important and when spending that kind of money, I would expect ALOT more from them. Truly wish I would have just cancelled the order after them not getting it right the 2nd time! ****** learned that's for sure! Will not shop there again!Levin Furniture, LLC

My mom bought a mattress and was told she could trade it for another if she didn't like it and was told by sales person to by a cover for it so if she didn't like it then she could trade it it was to be a firm mattress it is not when you lay on it you sink in and can't move on it sales person would not call back when l called the manager she said that the 120 day warranty didn't apply because she did not buy a pillow the sales person did not tell her that. Now she has a **** dollar mattress that she can not sleep on ********************** there. And the recliner that was to be delivered at the same time did not come was told it was 3 months out don't like to be lied to by sales person .I and my mother will never recommend Levinson to anyone 0 starsLevin Furniture, LLC

I purchased a loveseat and two recliners in 2019 from Levin Furniture. During my manufacture warranty which was 2020, during Covid they filed for bankruptcy and we’re not answering calls for service. After multiple tries, someone got here on 2021 to fix the loveseat which both side seats were coming apart material was coming out of cushions where the leg rest comes out on both sides. Which my manufactures warranty covered this. On to 2022, I purchased a 5 year material protection plan on my loveseat and two recliners. I contacted them because my recliner is now coming apart where the cushion you sit down in the back the stuffing is coming out. Based on my warranty plan that I purchased and paid for in advanced which is covered until 2024. They declined my claim because it is not considered “accidentally” one occurrence because my child walked across it on accident. “It specifically” states “ rips, cuts, punctures from a single relatable occurrence. First of all, you already have my money and second of all this does not states in any way what is considered a “accident”!! So I have requested a refund of cash from them “not a gift card” for the two warranties that I paid for back in 2019 for pieces of junk furniture that is falling apart $2,000 later! If this is how they treat customers then maybe they should have stayed bankrupt and closed down for good!Levin Furniture, LLC

I bought a living room set including a lazy boy recliner in December 2021. The recliner was delivered in March 2022 and the rest delivered a few months later. I am satisfied with the furniture except for the recliner. It makes thumping sounds when reclining and shifts back and forth. After a few months, I called. I have a had a technician four times. He sits in, takes pictures and says its normal to make this sound. And talks me into believing its ok. Rubbish, it is getting worse. Finally they took my recliner to the shop to repair it. For three weeks I waited and called twice to see if it was fixed. Finally the lady got in touch with the shop and said it was and we set up delivery. I asked what was done. She said they replaced the springs. Well, my chair makes more noise then before. I believe the chair sat there till I called for it to be returned. And nothing was done.I dont believe they replaced the springs. This chair is defective and Im paying for it. Ive had a motorized lazy boy before and it never made this cracking noise when reclining. It is motorized. It is loud and noisy and scary. People say what is wrong with your chair. I sat in one in the showroom that never made this noise. I never would have bought it knowing that this noise is normal. The customer service keeps saying its normal. Its NOT!! Im paying over $1000 for a piece of _rap!! What do I do?
