    I pre ordered and paid for a kit of ****** Models **** *** **** * Late Production Tank w/Full Interior (New Tooling) plastic kit. The price I paid was $103.99. ***-**** is their stock number. I received a confirmation number of ***-****. I know ****** models was very slow in producing this kit, but they did make it available late last year. Military Model Depot has shown it as in stock and available this year, but I have not received mine yet. I have sent them many messages by email and on their websites customer service asking them where is it??? I have been completely ignored any them. They do not have a business phone listed that I can call. I want what I paid for!

    I ordered two kits totaling $99.35. I have not received either kit. I have used the contact form on the website to no resolution. The company does not respond. Looks like the same story for a lot of people. I have filed a dispute with my bank. hopefully I can get my money back.

    I ordered a model airplane kit from the online retailer, Model Airplane Depot, on November 24,2022. My credit card was charged for correct amount for my purchase the following day and I did get confirmation that my order was received. Order confirmation number “ ********”. On December 17,2022 I emailed the company requesting the status of my order. My request was not answered, so a second email was sent on December 27,2022 and a third email was sent on January 3,2023. Today is January 13,2023 I have not received any correspondence from Model Aircraft Depot. To note I have checked my junk and POP files and no emails from this company. I would call this company directly,but there is no phone number to call and I am not wasting a stamp for them to disregard a written letter. My problems with Model Airplane Depot are no way unique. An online search revealed numerous complaints of poor and non existent costumer service from this company . I seriously doubt that I will ever see the ordered merchandise or a refund from this company, but I am open to either option

    Never received my order and no refund on my credit card.My order number was****. The company appears to be fake. No phone number. They don't respond to my emails.

    I placed an order on 11/11/2022. Order number is ***-****. Total amount was $49.22 USD. I have emailed MULTITPLE times and never received any responses back. I called on 11/23/2022 and spoke with a customer service person. However, reading other complaints online about this company made me doubt I would ever hear back from them. My two conflict resolutions for this would be either delivery of items IMMEDIATELY or refund me IMMEDIATELY.

    In late July, 2022 I purchased via the internet four scale models from this vendor. I received three of the scale models I ordered and a fourth that I did not order. I contacted the vendor on multiple occasions to correct the mistake, but the vendor has failed to rectify it.

    I ordered two model kits from this company. I received one. They have charged me for both but I never received the second. I have sent numerous emails to them with no response. I’ve  asked them to either send the kit or refund the amount of the second kit. There is no customer service at this place. I paid them $113.70. The kit not delivered was $55.95. The order number was *** ****.
