      I purchased a car on 9/29. When I brought it home the next day we noticed that the seatbelt is ripped. I called immediately and was told it would be in by December. I called in December and was told they never received a report of this. I told the employee it was and she said she found it. Each time I call they tell me they are looking into it and will call me back by the end of the day. I have been told this at least 7-8 times and not once received a call back or update.I am concerned that my 17 year old drives this vehicle that was not properly inspected, sold to me, and not willing to fix the issue.

      I purchased a vehicle from car vision 12/17/22, there where issues since day one but I moved forward with the purchase because I paid a deposit to hold the vehicle. After I finally received my vehicle almost 30 days late. I thought everything was ok but 30 days later I never received the tags for the vehicle and the car was impounded. I called the Secretary of State where I live and they tell me that car vision never submitted any paperwork to register the car in my state. The vehicle that I am still paying a car note for is now in the impound collecting daily storage fees and Im unable to retrieve it because its not registered. Im losing money by the day with no end in site.

      I came into car vision Monday February 6, 2023 to finance a car I gave a 2000.00 deposit plus 50 for a service fee I paid with my debit card I was told my car would be ready for me to pick up on Wednesday February 8th the car hasn’t even been worked on nor has anyone even had the respect to call me back or respond to my text messages I came in today February 13,2023 to get some info about my car unfortunately the man that was handling my case happened to be out sick so a man named ***** took over after sitting for over 2 hours I just asked for my money back I was told I had to wait a few days for a check to be mailed to me. car vision didn’t have to wait for my money for my down payment I would like a refund immediately please. no star rating for the customer service I had to deal with

      On 2/3/23 I requested information on a vehicle on Carvision.com. I was immediately contacted and ended up deciding to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price and added shipping. I was emailed a purchase order by the sales manager, *******************, which I accepted and returned with my $1,000 deposit. This was deducted from my account the next day. I also forwarded my license and added the vehicle to my insurance as requested. From there I was told I would receive a receipt and the remaining paperwork to complete the purchase and arrange for transport. These papers never arrived. For the next six days I repeatedly checked in and asked for an update and was told he would get back to me. Finally, on 2/9/23 ************** contacted me; however, he called to tell me he had made a mistake on the car and would not be selling it to me at the price on the purchase order. I was very unhappy with this information and felt that, since this is his mistake, he needs to make it right. ************** told me he would speak with another associate and call me back in an hour. I have received no further communication about the purchase of this car or at the very least, returning my deposit. Through all of this, the car was never removed from the website and was still being listed at the price I purchased the vehicle at. A few days ago, I noticed the vehicle purchase price had changed and was now much higher. I still have no documents, no returned deposit, no vehicle and no further communications.

      The investigation found that the customer sought to make an on-line purchase of a Car Vision vehicle at the price which he had previously seen advertised. However, at the time of purchase and after making a $1,000 down-payment, the customer was informed that the sale price of the vehicle he sought to purchase had increased by $5,000.00.

      The customer's request to purchase the vehicle at the earlier listed price was denied and the $1,000.00 down-payment was returned. 

      As such, Car Vision has adequately addressed this complaint and this matter should be considered resolved.

      So I purchased a vehicle from carvision on jan. 17 2023 with the knowledge that the car needed a sonar sensor replaced and carvision agreed to replace it. They gave me a order form as to when it would be delivered . I dropped the car off on the 24th of Jan. Did not hear back from them so I called to check in and was told the wrong part was ordered and that they had no loaners. Leaving me without a car. Forcing me to pay for lyft rides back and forth to work costing me nearly $70. Not once did they call me to inform me that I would be without a car. Then made mistakes and failed to inform me and left me without a loaner for 5 days. I was told today when picking up loaner that is terrible condition that my car will not be ready till after feb. 2 that would be mean they had my car for over a week to have never got the job done. So I asked to speak to the highest working Manager and it happened to be **** the General Manager. Im concerned with conversation I had with **** the General Manager would result in retaliation. As I expressed my disappointment with the service provided and he had no resolution in sight or seemed to care to address the issue. He offered to "pay for a lyft home" very insulting considering im a paying customer that stuck with no vehicle cause I purchased it from them.

      I bought a car from carvision **********, Maple Shade, New Jersey ***** and my temporary plate is about to expire in 2 days. Called dealership many times, they said they will register in 4 days, did not do it again, then said they would call me back, never did. I called DMV and I know they did not submit application at all, so there is no error or whatever, they just did not do that.

      I purchased this SUV on 12/9/22, on 1/7/23 i got a warning light stating that i needed oil in the car, I called carvision and was not able to be seen within a week so i made an appointment with ***** ****, on 1/9/23 by the time i got to JL my check engine light had came on when they checked my car the noted the following before they changed the "oil" ( visually inpected the brake fluid, check engine light on, unusual engine noise and milky oil pts) i was told that the "oil" was mixed with antifreeze. they changed the oil and told me that the car would need to be serviced that night my car started shaking so i had it towed to Carvision the next day i was told that the motor would need to be pulled because of multiple codes, was told that the car was ran without oil, i let them know what was told to me at ** the service member (****) told me that it was most likely a mistake on ** part, I explained to him that it couldn't had been and the milky oil was the issue he told me that they last changed the oil in october. I then asked for a manager and was given to district manager ** who also tried to blame ** he requested that i ask them for a video proving that they in fact changed the oil, i call ** and got video and sent to the email provided by ED ( [email protected]) called the next day and Ed was not available so i went to the office and was told that i would have to talk to a new manager Sean, was told by Sean that i had to be patient and they were waiting to here back from ******. I asked about my warranty that i had on the car and was ignored and told to be patient. I also ask for a loaner car since they still had my car there was told by Sean that there were none available.

      I purchased a 2015 **** **** from them & they sold me a warranty that they don’t even honor. When I looked at the warranty it states that it was voluntary to purchase, but they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to purchase it they just added it to my bill. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get them to either refund me for the purchase of warranty or honor it and fix the issues. The problem with the truck falls under the warranty and they still want to charge me.

      This investigation found that the customer sought to have wheel hub replaced under warranty. This was denied by the warranty company because the part had not yet failed. 

      Car Vision Complaint Escalations Specialist spoke to the customer and learned that the customer replaced the part at ******* **** for $1,171.88 and canceled the warranty.

      Car Vision, acting in good faith, was able to reach an agreement that approved the claim, pay the amount of $1,171.88, reinstate the warranty, and satisfactorily resolve all matters of the customer's complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      After I lost wages, and still had to pay $850 to get my truck out, when they should’ve paid the whole bill and given me back my down payment. I had to beg and plea, they only pay that $1100 because they knew if I would’ve gotten legal representation they would have had to pay the entire bill plus. I’m not satisfied with the outcome, they tried to have me reinstate the warranty so that the warranty can pay the $1100 they put out! So either way they did absolutely nothing for me! They are the worse type of business and should not be allowed to sell anything! The truck is a lemon and because of its year I can’t use the lemon law. I’m disgusted and angry that they thought paying a part of the bill was going to fix the problem. The bill was over $2000 not $1100! They need to be shut down, they sold me a warranty that was voluntary to purchase, but they never asked me if I wanted it or not, they acted like they were giving me a bonus when I had to pay over $2400 for it, I ask for the spare because they only gave me one fob & it was broken, so they said I would have to purchase one because that was all they had, I asked for the manual that comes with the truck and they said I had to buy one, it has taken until January 24, 2023 for me to pick up my truck because I had to scrounge up the money since my truck was in the garage for over 3 weeks. If they treated me like this I can only imagine all the other folks who they swindled with that warranty that no one wants to honor, not even Car Vision themselves. It’s funny how *** ****** that works for them said they tried to swindle a friend of his as well, but when he told them that he worked in the legal department for Car Vision they quickly fixed his issue. He said they should’ve given me a new fob, the manual, and that because of my race that’s why they treated us like this! If they wanted to fix the issue they should’ve paid the entire bill and refunded me the down payment at least.

      On 11/19/2022 I visited Car Vision on ************* with the high hopes of purchasing a 2018 ***** * I had seen online. I was greeted promotly and told to have a seat. The representative approached me shortly after to inform me the car was not at that location. We agreed to have the car delievered and began the purchase process. Pictures were not discussed or shown at any point during this process, I was going by what my eyes could see. not only did the finance team attempt to add a $6,000 service contract, they tried to hide it under service and fees. It was not until I called them out on this that it was explained to me. This $6000 was a warranty they were attempting to add without discussion. After some back and forth, we agreed to a $2000 warranty. The care arrvied 11/22/2022 after 5 pm. I went by with my family, finsihed all the paper work and drove off. On 11/23/2022 I returned to dealer after noticing the car was not driving correctly and had a huge dent on the rocker panel which Car Vision attempted to cover up with white paint that did not match car. After negotiating with sales manager we agreed to split the accident repair and the car would be put in the shop for drivabilty correction. The mazada was taken 12/01/2022 and given back 12/13/2022The car was received with a horrible paint job, confirmed by the sales manager and as of today the car is still not driveable. I have made multiple attempts to discuss the issue with this car and the fact something is wrong with it and the communication required by this dealership has been lack luster. I sent an email to Car Vision Corp on 11/29/2022 requesting to speak with another manager. As of today no other manager has called. I reached out to Car vision 12/16/2022 and once again the Gm for service is not there. This car is under warranty for only the next few days and I would like this to be resolved. I am coming up on my first car note payment and the car has been in the shop more than it has been driven.

      I purchased a new 2022 ****** ****** ** in September of 2021. During that month the weather was mostly overcast not allowing me to truly see the condition of the paint, in the sunlight all you see are what look like buffer stripes in the paint, also the side mirrors are not each the same color. After questioning the sales person about it he brushed it off saying it would wash off. His only concern was me writing a review so he could get a bonus. I had brought the car to the dealership multiple times to have them correct it, waiting ove 6 hours or more for them to 'detail' and it is still no better today than when it was initially noticed. I recently went back to give them another shot, but was initially treated rudely by a manager refusing to correct the car. After some talk I agreed to drop off the car as he promised to resolve this. As I was returning from work expecting to pick up my new car with a new paint job I received a call from the dealership saying they could only do the mirrors and I would have to dropped the car off again. When I picked up the car I didn't see anything done to the mismatched mirrors. That is now why I am writing this complaint. I refuse to deal with this place again, and definitely will never recommend them to others.

      Car Vision Complaint Escalations Specialist has investigated this complaint by communicating with Car Vision Service Department.

      Investigation found that *** ******** was contacted by Car Vision Service Department and an appoint for service was scheduled for !2/16/22 . On 12/16/22 the customer brought his vehicle in for repair to Car Vision Service Department and was given a loaner vehicle while his vehicle is being repaired.

      Car Vision Complaint Escalations Specialist will follow up on this matter until the vehicle has been repaired and return to customer. The customer's complaint of needing a repair has been addressed.

      *** ******** is asked to contact Al G*****, Car Vision Complaint Escalations Specialist, at (his direct number) ###-###-####, if he has any other issues with this matter.

Car Vision has done nothing wrong in this process, before and after the customer’s complaint, and has gone above and beyond anything it was required to do in accommodating and resolving this complaint.
