I purchased tickets to their event in ************** for July 2024. They have now moved the event to April 2025. They are saying these tickets are non-refundable but from what I am seeing online this is a scam and there is no intention of holding the event. My free child will also age out of being free by April 2025 which means I would have to purchase an additional ticket if the event comes to fruition.

Brickfest re-scheduled their Dayton event less than 10 days before the event due to operations issues and will not issue refunds to tickets unless they were purchased with a protection plan. This is misleading and any other ticket purchase I've made. While tickets can be used at the rescheduled event the option should be provided for a refund.

I purchased 2 VIP tickets to Brick Fest in *********** for June 22nd. I received an email less than a week before the event that the event has been postponed. I emailed customer service listed in the email requesting a refund since we were traveling over 3 hours to attend. I have not had a response - even to acknowledge that they received my request.

We purchased tickets for Brickfest Live for my son's birthday. We just recieved an email telling us the event had been rescheduled 4 months from now on a date that I am not able to attend.I would like a refund for the company breaking their end of the agreement by changing the date and not giving customers the option to refund when they are unable to attend. This has also effectively ruined my sons birthday, as he has been excited for over 3 months.

I paid ridiculously high amounts for four VIP tickets for my grandchildren and husband and felt like there was absolutely nothing VIP about the event. The lines were ridiculously long, the statues and the activities were not at all what the advertising said they would be, And the limited activities that were there were extremely crowded despite our vip tickets. My grandkids are small for their ages and could barely see over the tables of some displays. The advertising was a lie, and the services were a joke. I would like At least the difference between VIP and general ticket prices back. thank you.

Purchased tickets for a total of $145.00 on January 19, 2024 for an event in *******, ** for May 18th and May 19th, 2024 for my family. The convention was a JOKE. Very few activities and overpriced **** sets (upwards of 20% over normal prices). There is almost nothing to see and NOTHING worth the ridiculous prices of *** admission. The entire event is a scam. The general admission attendees received the same lanyard and badge as the **** So there was no real difference between the *** and GA. The room was spread out and so empty. Nothing to do, so much empty space and very disappointing.

Purchased tickets in advance for Brick Fest live in *******, *****. Attended on 5/19/24. The event was HORRIBLE. The large displays had bricks missing, the racing car activity bricks were filthy and the cars wheels were broken, the lego store items were overpriced, activities like coloring and building legos is something we can do at home at no charge, the activity tables were nothing more than piles of legos with everyone sorting through to build things which can be done at home, the name wall was nothing more than a wooden display with lego bases glued on to put your name on. We attended with 6 children and were done in one hour because it was so boring and a joke. This was a complete waste of money and time and Lego should immediately remove their products from this even AND *** for misrepresentation.

5/26/24 purchase tickets for my 8 year old son, and his two cousins, myself and my sister. Event had three stations to build your own Lego structures with small areas to take picture of your structures. No instructions provided. There were three large Lego structures which were cool. A station to build Lego vehicle and race it, and a coloring area to color a small Lego mini figure. This event cost us $25 a person for less than 30 minutes of entertainment. Kids were so disappointed. Biggest area was there store where they were selling over priced lego sets. I just hope other families dont waste their time and money on this event. Such a joke.

I was tricked into buying these tickets without doing proper research. My mistake, but there is literally no option to cancel the order to get a refund, even though I sent them a note within an hour of the order going through. This is an obvious scam with targeted marketing and no option to cancel for an event that isnt for another 5 months. All i want is to cancel the tickets and get my money back.
