Do not sign up for any Sweepstakes being offered at this convention. They do not vet the companies and we were almost scammed out of money for a "Free Sweepstakes" to Legoland. Thankfully I saw the red flags, had Brick Fest Live taken 5 seconds to Google the "Travel Agency" (5 Star VIP Vacations) they would have easily found all the people scammed from this company and shouldn't have allowed them to set up a booth.

My experience was less than stellar. Wisconsin Center dated 1/7/23. We were at the 11:30 "entry time". We showed up at 11:45 to let the line die down. To my shock the line was literally the entire length of the building (large complex). It didn't start moving forward until approximately 12. We got to the escalator to go to the second floor. The second floor had a line as long as the first. Waited through that line and got to the third floor. Another line. All in all we WAITED an hour to get in for an 11:30 "entrance time". Once in I expected a plethora of creative builds, dozens people showing off their creations. Instead there were a few small builds (each with a QR code to scan so you could purchase the instructions) the lego store was easily the largest display. we spent a half hour there and left. Every "interactive" display had a significant que. If you like lines, this is the place for you. If you want to see magnificent LEGO creations, this is NOT the place to find it.

We purchased tickets to this event at n Corpus Christi, Tx months ahead of the show just to find that there’s no show. We had to do some research to find out that the show has been pushed to April 2023. This news was NOT disseminated by any method whatsoever as there were tons of people there stating that they had no notice either. Unfortunately, this is a somewhat common scam. They’ll just keep rescheduling. Take your money elsewhere unless you like donating.
